Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of mining chains, in particular to a mining flat chain with double straight arms and special-shaped cross sections. The mining flat chain with the special-shaped cross section as the double straight arms comprises long chain structures which are connected by round cross section welding flat rings arranged at intervals and forged vertical rings with special-shaped cross sections as the double straight arms. The double straight arms are special-shaped section forging vertical rings, the height of the chain can be reduced through the differentiated design of the section shapes of the double straight arms, the diameter of the flat ring is unchanged, and the outer width of the vertical ring is obviously reduced. Background
Such chains are used in the underground coal mining industry as transmission chains for driving scraper conveyors. The mining flat chain has the beneficial effects that the height of the mining flat chain is further reduced, and meanwhile, the thickness (m) of a single-side straight arm entering the opening of the chain wheel is prevented from being increased. Not much interference to sprocket design. Under the condition of the same outer width of the vertical ring, the sectional area of the chain is larger, so that the overall mechanical performance of the chain is obviously improved.
