本发明公开了一种可快速降解的一次性纸杯及其制备方法,涉及一次性纸杯技术领域,具体为包括纸杯杯体和支撑卡条,所述纸杯杯体的表面分布有折痕槽,所述纸杯杯体的内壁两侧开设有卡槽,所述支撑卡条设置于卡槽的内部。该可快速降解的一次性纸杯及其制备方法,纸杯杯体通过折痕槽可实现延展,从而增加可容量,而折痕槽均匀分布于纸杯杯体表面,且每道折痕槽表面均设置有刻度数据,即每道折痕槽延展后可增加该杯体的容量数值得以确认,方便药剂冲泡时的精确度,从而方便人们使用,而且每道折痕槽延展后纸杯杯体内部相应的支撑卡条随之翘起使得其顶部插入卡槽内部,从而对延展后的纸杯杯体进行支撑,避免纸杯杯体回缩,提高了纸杯杯体的稳固性。

本发明涉及一次性纸杯技术领域,具体为一种可快速降解的一次性纸杯及其制备方法。
背景技术
一次性纸杯是一种方便携带和使用,价格低廉的纸质杯子,是许多家庭和公共场所常见的喝水工具,原先一次性杯多采用塑胶颗粒经热熔塑形而成,而随着社会的发展人们对环保问题越加重视,原先的塑料一次性杯子也慢慢演化呈采用可快速降解材料制成的一次性纸杯,从而避免环境污染。
现有的一次性纸杯其容量往往是固定的,无法根据不同需求的人们对容量加以调整,比如药剂冲泡,大人与小孩所需的药剂容量是不同的,故而不方便人们使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可快速降解的一次性纸杯及其制备方法,解决了上述背景技术中提出现有的一次性纸杯其容量往往是固定的,无法根据不同需求的人们对容量加以调整,比如药剂冲泡,大人与小孩所需的药剂容量是不同的,故而不方便人们使用的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种可快速降解的一次性纸杯,包括纸杯杯体和支撑卡条,所述纸杯杯体的表面分布有折痕槽,所述纸杯杯体的内壁两侧开设有卡槽,所述支撑卡条设置于卡槽的内部。
可选的,所述折痕槽均匀分布于纸杯杯体的表面,且纸杯杯体的通过折痕槽构成伸缩结构。
可选的,所述支撑卡条与纸杯杯体之间呈粘接,且支撑卡条顶部的外口结构尺寸与卡槽的内口结构尺寸相吻合。
一种可快速降解的一次性纸杯的制备方法,包括下述操作步骤:
S1、选材制备:
按重量份准备聚乙烯醇%、植物纤维%、修饰剂%和增塑剂%,其中植物纤维采用桑麻纤维或木薯纤维,修饰剂为聚己内酯,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,将上述重量份的聚乙烯醇、植物纤维、修饰剂和增塑剂置入搅拌器中加纯净水搅拌均匀;
S2、加热炼制:
将步骤S中搅拌均匀的产物加入混炼机中混炼-h,混炼后的产物通过双杆挤出机挤出塑形为薄片状纸片;
S3、防水隔膜涂抹:
聚乙烯经热熔后通过涂抹装置涂抹至S步骤的薄片状纸片表面,且之后薄片状纸片表面经过开槽机开槽形成折痕槽,亦在折痕槽一侧开槽形成卡槽,并随之二次涂抹聚乙烯;
S4、纸杯杯身、杯底成型:
通过模切机对步骤S中的二次涂抹聚乙烯后的薄片状纸片进行加工,形成纸杯杯身与杯底,并对边角料进行二次切割纸杯形成支撑卡条;
S5、纸杯成型:
支撑卡条通过防水胶粘黏于卡槽的相对侧,之后将纸杯杯身与杯底置入成型机中组装成型即可。

综上,该可快速降解的一次性纸杯及其制备方法,使用时,首先一手固定纸杯杯体1底部,而另一只拉伸纸杯杯体1顶部,此时纸杯杯体1通过折痕槽2可实现延展,从而增加可容量,且折痕槽2延展时是从上至下依次延展,然后每道折痕槽2延展后纸杯杯体1内部相应的支撑卡条4随之翘起使得其顶部插入卡槽3内部,从而对延展后的纸杯杯体1进行支撑,避免纸杯杯体1回缩,最后折痕槽2均匀分布于纸杯杯体1表面,且每道折痕槽2表面均设置有刻度数据,方便药剂冲泡时的精确度,从而方便人们使用。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可快速降解的一次性纸杯,其特征在于:所述支撑卡条(4)与纸杯杯体(1)之间呈粘接,且支撑卡条(4)顶部的外口结构尺寸与卡槽(3)的内口结构尺寸相吻合。
