120 parts of PVB powder, 2.5 parts of stabilizer, 22 parts of plasticizer, 1.2 parts of antioxidant, 0.6 part of light stabilizer, 1.5 parts of PVC processing aid, 8 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.5 parts of antifogging agent, 2 parts of tackifier, 2 parts of magnesium-based sun-screening agent and 2 parts of sodium stearate;
the PET film layer 100 comprises a PET film sheet 101, the PET film sheet 101 having a first surface 102 and a second surface 103;
a relief photoetching base film 104 is arranged on the first surface 102;
the second surface 103 is provided with a printed coating 105.
Preferably, in the embodiment provided by the present invention, the embossed photolithographic base film 104 is disposed on the first surface 102 of the PET film 101 in a composite manner.
Further, in a preferred embodiment provided by the present invention, the printed image layer 105 is printed on the second surface 103 of the PET film 101 by a UV printer.
Preferably, the base relief lithographic film 104 has a pattern thereon for relief lithography.
Preferably, the stabilizer is methyl tin mercaptide 181.
Preferably, the plasticizer is polyester plasticizer PN-850.
Preferably, the antioxidant is an antioxidant 1076.
Preferably, the light stabilizer is UV-9.
In conclusion, the glue-free water glass sticker provided by the embodiment of the invention is convenient to use and greatly reduces the cost by arranging the PET film layer, the electrostatic adsorption layer, the composite sticky film layer and the PVC film layer, and removing the PET film layer to enable the glue-free water glass sticker to be electrostatically stuck on glass; in the PVC film provided by the embodiment of the invention, the glass paste processed by the PVC film has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, good insulating property and high transparency through the arranged antioxidant, light stabilizer, PVC processing aid, titanium dioxide, magnesium-based sunscreen agent and sodium stearate.
It should be noted that all the directional indicators (such as upper, lower, left, right, front, rear, inner and outer …) in the embodiment of the present invention are only used to explain the relative position relationship between the components, the motion situation, etc. in a specific posture (as shown in the figure), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indicator is changed accordingly.

the PVC film layer (400) comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 portions of PVB powder, 120 portions of stabilizer, 2.0 to 2.5 portions of plasticizer, 16 to 22 portions of antioxidant, 0.7 to 1.2 portions of light stabilizer, 0.2 to 0.6 portion of PVC processing aid, 4 to 8 portions of titanium dioxide, 1.0 to 1.5 portions of antifogging agent, 1 to 2 portions of tackifier, 1.2 to 2 portions of magnesium-based sun-screening agent and 1 to 2 portions of sodium stearate;
the PET film layer (100) comprises a PET film sheet (101), the PET film sheet (101) having a first surface (102) and a second surface (103);
a relief photoetching base film (104) is arranged on the first surface (102);
the second surface (103) is provided with a printing coating (105).

The glue-free water glass paste as recited in claim 1, wherein the PVC film layer (400) comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 115 portions of PVB powder 105-containing materials, 2.1 to 2.4 portions of stabilizing agent, 18 to 20 portions of plasticizer, 0.8 to 1.0 portion of antioxidant, 0.3 to 0.5 portion of light stabilizer, 0.6 to 1.2 portions of PVC processing aid, 5 to 7 portions of titanium dioxide, 1.2 to 1.4 portions of antifogging agent, 1.2 to 1.6 portions of tackifier, 1.4 to 1.8 portions of magnesium-based sun-proof agent and 1.2 to 1.6 portions of sodium stearate.

The glue-free water glass paste as recited in claim 2, wherein the PVC film layer (400) comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of PVB powder, 2.2 parts of stabilizer, 19 parts of plasticizer, 0.9 part of antioxidant, 0.4 part of light stabilizer, 0.9 part of PVC processing aid, 6 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.3 parts of antifogging agent, 1.5 parts of tackifier, 1.7 parts of magnesium-based sun-screening agent and 1.4 parts of sodium stearate.
4. The glue-free waterglass paste according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the embossed photolithographic basic film (104) is compositely disposed on the first surface (102) of the PET film sheet (101).
5. The glue-free waterglass sticker as claimed in claim 4, wherein the printed image layer (105) is printed on the second surface (103) of the PET film sheet (101) by means of a UV printer.
6. The glue-free water glass paste as claimed in claim 5, wherein the relief photo-etching base film (104) has a pattern of relief photo-etching thereon.
7. The glue-free water glass paste as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the stabilizer is methyl tin mercaptide 181.
8. The glue-free water glass sticker of claim 7, wherein the plasticizer is a polyester plasticizer PN-850.
9. The glue-free water glass paste of claim 8, wherein the antioxidant is antioxidant 1076.
10. The glue-free water glass sticker of claim 9, wherein the light stabilizer is UV-9.
