Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an electronic terminal rear cover and the electronic terminal rear cover, wherein the manufacturing method of the electronic terminal rear cover comprises the following steps: performing injection molding to obtain a rear cover blank; spraying semitransparent colored paint and imitation electroplating silver paste on the inner side of the rear cover white material; and processing hole sites on the rear cover white material according to the size requirement and finishing the rear cover white material. The electronic terminal rear cover is manufactured by adopting any one of the manufacturing methods of the electronic terminal rear cover. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of firstly using a mold to perform injection molding on a rear cover white material, then spraying semitransparent colored paint on the inner side of the rear cover white material, then spraying imitation electroplating silver paste on the inner side of the rear cover white material sprayed with the semitransparent colored paint, wherein the optical contrast of the rear cover is enhanced by the imitation electroplating silver paste, finally processing a required hole position on the rear cover white material, and trimming the rear cover white material to enable the rear cover to adapt to the actual size of an electronic terminal.

and processing hole sites on the rear cover white material according to the size requirement and finishing the rear cover white material.
The manufacturing method of the rear cover of the electronic terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: in the manufacturing process of the rear cover of the electronic terminal, the rear cover white material is firstly injected by a mold, then the semitransparent colored paint is sprayed on the inner side of the rear cover white material, then the imitated electroplating silver paste is sprayed on the inner side of the rear cover white material sprayed with the semitransparent colored paint, the optical brightness and the contrast of the rear cover are enhanced by the imitated electroplating silver paste, finally, a required hole position is processed on the rear cover white material, and the rear cover white material is trimmed, so that the rear cover can adapt to the actual size of the electronic terminal, and a high-cost electroplating method is replaced by a mode of spraying the imitated electroplating silver paste, thereby effectively reducing the manufacturing cost of the rear cover.

Specifically, in the manufacturing process of the rear cover of the electronic terminal, a rear cover blank is firstly injected by a mould, wherein the rear cover blank is transparent, then spraying semitransparent colored paint on the inner side of the rear cover white material, spraying imitation electroplating silver paste on the inner side of the rear cover white material sprayed with the semitransparent colored paint, wherein the imitation electroplating silver paste plays a role in protecting the semitransparent colored paint on one hand, plays a role in brightening the rear cover white material on the other hand, enhances the optical contrast and brightness of the rear cover, finally processes required hole sites on the rear cover white material according to the size requirement of the electronic terminal, and trims the rear cover white material, so that the rear cover can adapt to the actual size of the electronic terminal, the invention adopts a mode of spraying imitation electroplating silver paste to replace a high-cost electroplating method, therefore, the manufacturing cost of the rear cover of the electronic terminal is effectively reduced, the spraying process is completed on a spraying line, and compared with the technical scheme of electroplating, the problems of pollution and scratch caused by material transfer are reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, before the injection molding of the mold, a specific texture 10 is formed on the mold core 1 of the mold, so that the mold-injected back cover blank has a texture, and in particular, the texture 10 on the mold core 1 is cut by a single crystal cutter. In some embodiments, the protective paint is a UV paint.
