When the device is used for correcting a thermoplastic plate, correction liquid is respectively filled in the liquid storage cavity 14 through the control valve 17, the correction liquid can be a solution made of a proper material according to the actual use condition, after a proper amount of correction liquid is filled in the liquid storage cavity 14, the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 12 is electrified to work, the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 12 has the characteristic of refrigerating and heating one surface and acts on the conducting sheet 13 connected with the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 12 respectively so as to respectively refrigerate and heat the correction liquid in the liquid storage cavity 14, and in the heating and refrigerating processes of the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 13, the vibration motor 18 is started to respectively vibrate the correction liquid in the liquid storage cavity 14, so that the heating and refrigerating are more uniform, and the heating and refrigerating efficiency is improved;
