Another film is made of polyvinyl chloride, which is also non-toxic, but the additives added according to the use of the film are often substances harmful to the human body.
The plastic bag application range is wide, consequently can appear a lot of plastic bags of abandoning, and the plastic bag is difficult for degrading in environment such as atmosphere, soil, abandons the polluted environment, consequently needs broken recovery processing, and the direct broken plastic bag of current equipment can make broken rear portion remain float in the air, contaminated air, the difficult centralized processing of follow-up collection nevertheless.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a plastic bag processing device for environmental protection recovery, which solves the problem that the existing plastic bag is directly crushed to cause the residual floating in the air to pollute the air.

discharging waste water, starting the air cylinder, starting and pulling the straight rod to ascend, driving the pull rod to ascend, pulling the water outlet plate by the pull rod to open by 50 degrees, enabling a plastic bag in the cleaning box to flow out, enabling the cleaned waste water to flow out from the water outlet hole and fall onto the water guide plate, and then flow out backwards from the water guide plate, after the waste water is discharged from the water outlet hole, continuing driving the straight rod to ascend by the air cylinder, enabling the water outlet plate to open to 80 degrees, jacking the tilting rod after the water outlet plate is opened, enabling the tilting rod to rotate upwards, enabling the first gear to be meshed with the second gear, enabling the material blocking plate to be turned right, and enabling the plastic bag to fall into the crushing;

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention relates to a plastic bag processing device for environmental protection recovery, which discharges waste water in a drainage tank after cleaning a plastic bag by a cleaning box body, and because moisture is remained on the plastic bag, the plastic bag is crushed by a crushing knife so that the plastic bag residue does not float in the air, and part of the residue can be stuck on the crushing knife, and the plastic bag is conveyed into an extrusion box body by a transmission belt after being brushed by a brush roller to be extruded, compressed and concentrated, thereby completing the recovery processing work of the plastic bag; the invention has the beneficial effect of effectively crushing the plastic bag and preventing air from being polluted again.

as shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention provides an apparatus for processing plastic bags for environmental recycling, comprising: the cleaning device comprises a cleaning box body 1, a drainage channel 2, a crushing box body 3, a supporting seat 6 and a water guide plate 5, wherein the cleaning box body 1 is provided with a feeding top cover 101 and a stirring impeller 103, the feeding top cover 101 is arranged at the top of the cleaning box body 1, a water inlet pipe 102 is arranged on the left side of the feeding top cover 101, and the water inlet pipe 102 is used for introducing cleaning liquid into the cleaning box body 1; the stirring impeller 103 is arranged in the cleaning box body 1, and the stirring impeller 103 is used for stirring the cleaning liquid to be mixed with the plastic bag; the drainage channel 2 is arranged on the right side of the cleaning box body 1, a plurality of water outlet holes 200 are formed in the bottom of the drainage channel 2, and the water outlet holes 200 are used for discharging cleaning liquid; the crushing box body 3 is arranged at the lower right side of the drainage groove 2, the crushing box body 3 is internally provided with two crushing knives 302, and the two crushing knives 302 are symmetrically arranged and used for crushing plastic bags; the supporting seat 6 is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning box body 1; the water guide plate 5 is arranged at the bottom of the water drainage tank 2 and is positioned between the crushing box body 3 and the supporting seat 6, and the water guide plate 5 is used for guiding out cleaning liquid.
As shown in fig. 2, a water outlet plate 105 is arranged on the right side of the cleaning box 1, a connecting rod 108 is connected to the front end of the water outlet plate 105, a straight rod 107 is connected to the upper end of the connecting rod 108, a first cylinder 106 is connected to the upper end of the straight rod 107, and the first cylinder 106 can drive the straight rod 107 to move and drive the water outlet plate 105 to open and close; the feeding top cover 101 is used for feeding plastic bags, the bottom of the cleaning box body 1 is provided with a first motor 104, the first motor 104 is connected with a stirring impeller 103, and the first motor 104 is used for driving the stirring impeller 103 to rotate and stir.
As shown in fig. 3, a tilting rod 201 is transversely arranged on the drainage channel 2, a material blocking plate 202 is vertically arranged on the right side of the tilting rod 201, a first gear 203 is arranged at the right end of the tilting rod 201, a second gear 204 is arranged at the upper end of the material blocking plate 202, and the first gear 203 and the second gear 204 are meshed with each other.
As shown in fig. 4, the crushing box 3 is provided with a sloping plate 301, the sloping plate 301 is positioned above the crushing knife 302, a brush roller 303 is arranged below the crushing knife 302, bristles are arranged on the brush roller 303, and a transmission belt 304 is arranged below the brush roller 303.
As shown in fig. 5, a second motor 307 is arranged at the rear part of the crushing box body 3, a belt pulley 305 is arranged above the second motor 307, the belt pulley 305 is connected with the crushing knife 302, a belt 306 is sleeved on the belt pulley 305 and the second motor 307, and the second motor 307 can drive the crushing knife 302 to rotate and crush the plastic bags.
After cleaning the plastic bag through cleaning box 1, discharge waste water in water drainage tank 2, because still remain moisture content on the plastic bag, can not make the plastic bag remain to float in the air through broken sword 302 breakage, some remains can glue on broken sword 302, send into in the extrusion box 4 through the transmission band 304 after the brush roll 303 brushes down and extrude the compression and concentrate, accomplish the recovery processing work of plastic bag.

as in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 6-7, the right side of the crushing box 3 is provided with an extrusion box 4, the extrusion box 4 is provided with a pressing plate 401, a material containing frame 403 and a bottom plate 404, and the pressing plate 401 is located above the inside of the extrusion box 4; the material containing frame 403 is positioned below the pressing plate 401, the material containing frame 403 is used for containing broken plastic bags, the front part of the material containing frame 403 is provided with a left sliding block 412, and the rear part is provided with a right sliding block 406; the bottom plate 404 is arranged at the bottom of the material containing frame 403, the left end of the bottom plate 404 is movably connected below the left side of the material containing frame 403, and the maximum opening and closing angle of the bottom plate 404 is 25 degrees; the rear of the top of the extrusion box body 4 is provided with a screw motor 407, the screw motor 407 is connected with a right slider 406, the screw motor 407 is used for driving the material containing frame 403 to ascend and descend, the top of the extrusion box body 4 is also provided with a hydraulic cylinder 408, the hydraulic cylinder 408 is connected with a pressing plate 401, and the right side of the extrusion box body 4 is provided with a discharge hole 405.
As shown in fig. 8-9, a fixed block 410 is arranged at the front part of the extrusion case 4, a moving block 411 is arranged in the fixed block 410, a large spring 413 is arranged between the moving block 411 and the fixed block 410, a pulley is arranged in a left slider 412 and attached to the moving block 411, a first pulley 414 is arranged in the fixed block 410, a second pulley 415 is arranged at the top part of the fixed block 410, a third motor 409 is further arranged in front of the top part of the extrusion case 4, a pulling rope 416 is wound on the third motor 409, the pulling rope 416 is wound on the first pulley 414 and the second pulley 415, and the lower end of the pulling rope 416 is connected in front of the moving block 411; a buckle plate 417 is arranged between the material containing frame 403 and the bottom plate 404, the upper end of the buckle plate 417 is a butt 4171, the butt 4171 extends out of the material containing frame 403 and is positioned below the left sliding block 412, the lower end of the buckle plate 417 is a barb 4172, the barb 4172 is positioned in the bottom plate 404, and the rear part of the buckle plate 417 is provided with a small spring 418.
After the crushed plastic bags fall into the material containing frame 403, the screw motor 407 drives the material containing frame 403 to ascend, then the moving block 411 moves to the bottom of the left sliding block 412, then the hydraulic cylinder 408 is started to drive the pressing plate 401 to press down to extrude residual moisture out of the crushed plastic bags, the residual moisture is discharged from holes at two sides of the material containing frame 403, then the moving block 411 is completely attached to the front of the bottom plate 404, the moving block 411 is abutted to the front of the abutting head 4171 at the upper end of the buckle 417, the buckle 417 is pushed backwards to separate the barb 4172 from the bottom plate 404, the bottom plate 404 is automatically turned down to enable the crushed plastic bags to fall from the bottom plate 404 to the discharge port 405 and then be taken out, the centralized processing is realized, and the occupied space is saved,
