Abstract

The invention discloses a method for installing and fastening a stud bolt with a T-shaped head, which comprises the following steps: mounting one end of a stud bolt and an insulating plug; sleeving a stop washer at the other end of the stud bolt; the insulating plug and the stud bolt are arranged in a boot sleeve with a T-shaped head and fastened together; removing the insulating plug; fastening the joint of the stud bolt and the boot sleeve; and (5) installing and fastening an insulating plug. The invention utilizes the stop washer between the stud bolt and the T-shaped head, and carries out disassembly operation after the stud bolt and the T-shaped head are fastened by using the original installation mode. Due to the action of the stop gasket, the insulating plug is detached, and meanwhile the stud bolt and the T-shaped head are kept in an installation state. Thus, the stud bolt is fastened independently by using the torque wrench, and the purpose of fastening the stud bolt is achieved. The centering accuracy of the stud bolt and the T-shaped head is ensured, and meanwhile, the mounting torque of the stud bolt and the T-shaped head is ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of installation of electric locomotive transformers, in particular to a T-shaped head and an installation method of a stud bolt of the T-shaped head.
Background
The T-shaped head of the stud single-stop washer is widely used for the conductive connection of a 25KV loop of a locomotive. In some kinds of electric locomotives, there are factors such as high-voltage cable stiffness and sight shielding during installation of the T-shaped head, which are not favorable for the centering installation operation of the stud bolt, as shown in fig. 1-3, when the stud bolt 3 is installed and fastened, the conductive contact surface 6 between the transformer high-voltage terminal 5 and the high-voltage cable T-shaped head 1 will loosen, and discharge and even burning will be caused under the working voltage of 25 KV.
In order to solve the problem, in the prior art, the insulating plugs 4 are firstly fastened with the stud bolts 3, the insulating plugs 4 are of a cone structure, the installation guide effect of the cone is utilized to perform centering operation, the insulating plugs are installed in the boot sleeve 2, and then the insulating plugs and the boot sleeve are fastened together, as shown in fig. 1-3.
However, the stud bolt 3 is preassembled with the insulation plug 4 and then the T-head 1 is installed. In this operation, a process of co-torqueing fastening of three threaded fasteners is involved. The insulating plug 4 and the T-shaped head 1 have friction, and the fastening torque among the insulating plug, the T-shaped head and the T-shaped head is seriously influenced. Insufficient mounting torque of the stud bolt 3 and the T-shaped head 1 can seriously affect the running quality of the locomotive.
Based on this, the prior art still remains to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a method for mounting and fastening a stud bolt of a T-head and a method for mounting a T-head, which can solve the technical problems caused by insufficient mounting torque between the stud bolt and the T-head in the prior art.
On one hand, the mounting and fastening method for the stud bolt with the T-shaped head disclosed by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s1, mounting one end of the stud bolt and the insulating plug;
s2, sleeving a stop washer at the other end of the stud bolt;

s1, mounting one end of the stud bolt 3 and the insulating plug 4;
s2, sleeving a stop washer at the other end of the stud bolt 3;
s3, the insulating plug 4 and the stud bolt 3 are installed into the shoe sleeve 2 of the T-shaped head 1 together and are fastened by adopting a torque of 45-55 N.m; the insulating plug 4 is of a cone structure, so that a guiding effect is achieved, and the double-headed bolt 3 can be quickly centered with the T-shaped head 1; the other end of the T-shaped head is connected to a transformer high-voltage terminal 5;
s4, removing the insulation plug 4;
s5 fastening the joint of the stud bolt 3 and the shoe sleeve 2, wherein the fastening torque is 45-55 N.m;
s6, installing and fastening the insulating plug 4, wherein the fastening torque is 45-55 N.m;
s7 fitting the dust cap 9 to the end of the boot sleeve 2.
In this embodiment, the stop washer is a through hole for the stud bolt 3 to pass through on the side away from the insulating plug 4; and one surface far away from the insulating plug 4 is provided with anti-skid grains. Preferably, the stop washer gradually arches from the edge to the center in the direction close to the insulating plug 4.
After a plurality of tests on site, the T-shaped head 1 is installed after the stud bolt 3 and the insulating plug 4 are preassembled, and then the disassembly operation is carried out. It is determined that the stud bolt 3 and the T-shaped head 1 are maintained in the mounted state each time the insulating plug 4 is removed. And when the torque wrench 8 is used for torque fastening, 1/4-3/4 circles can be rotated again, which shows that the original operation can not ensure the fastening torque of the stud bolt 3 and the T-shaped head 1.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the present embodiment discloses a method for mounting a T-head 1, including:
and (4) completely wrapping the insulating plug by using dust-free wiping cloth, and placing aside. The insulating plug is required not to be in direct contact with the ground and dust during the whole process.
And wiping lubricating grease on the inner part of the boot sleeve 2 and the insulating plug by using dust-free wiping cloth and absolute ethyl alcohol, and then coating new lubricating grease on the surface of the insulating plug 4 and the inner surface of the boot sleeve 2.
Installing a stud bolt 3 and insulating a plug:
the short end of the stud bolt 3 and the insulating plug are installed first.
The stopper washer is attached to the long end side of the stud bolt 3, and the tapered surface of the stopper washer faces the stud bolt 3.
The insulating plug and the stud bolt 3 are installed into the boot sleeve 2, and the torque is 50 N.m.
And then the insulating plug is removed, after removal, the stud bolt 3 is remained in the boot sleeve 2 due to the action of the stop pad, and the stud bolt 3 is subjected to torque fastening by using a torque wrench 8 and a 22mm lengthened sleeve 7, wherein the fastening value is 50 N.m.
The moment wrench 8 and the 24mm sleeve 7 are used for insulating plug installation, and the tightening moment is 50 N.m.
The inside of the dustproof cap 9 is cleaned (without applying lubricating grease), and the dustproof cap is pushed onto the boot sleeve 2 of the T-shaped head 1 with strength until the boot sleeve is clawed, and then is bound by a binding belt.
In summary, in the embodiment of the invention, the assembled stud bolt and the insulating plug are separated after being installed by using the stop washer; after the insulating plug auxiliary stud bolt is used for centering installation, the stud bolt is fastened for the second time so as to ensure that the stud bolt is firmly installed. The installation quality of the T-shaped head of the high-voltage cable of the main transformer of the electric locomotive can be improved, and the possibility that the locomotive has major accidents in the running process due to the installation and fastening problems of the T-shaped head is eliminated.
