After a stack of steel plates is placed in the feeding frame 94, the bottommost steel plate in the feeding frame 94 falls to the top of the second pressing block 103, the first rack 102 slides backwards on the third slide rail 101 manually, the sixth spring 104 is changed from an initial state to a compressed state, the first rack 102 moves, the second pressing block 103 slides backwards between the slide rail 92 and the feeding frame 94, then the steel plate in the feeding frame 94 moves downwards due to gravity, the bottommost steel plate in the feeding frame 94 falls onto the slide rail 92, then the first rack 102 is released by people, the sixth spring 104 is reset from the compressed state, the second pressing block 103 and the first rack 102 are moved back by elasticity, the second pressing block 103 pushes the bottommost steel plate in the feeding frame 94 into the clamp 52, in addition, the process that the second pressing block 103 moves back to the original position can prevent the remaining steel plate in the feeding frame 94 from moving downwards, and then people repeatedly push the first rack 102, until all steel plates are tapped, the tapping device is convenient for people to push materials.

When the first support frame 3 repeatedly moves up and down, the first support frame 3 repeatedly moves the second rack 111 up and down, when the second rack 111 moves down, the second rack 111 is meshed with the first gear 114, the second rack 111 moves to rotate the first gear 114, and further the second rotating shaft 113 rotates, so as to drive the transmission component 115 to rotate, the transmission component 115 rotates to drive the third rotating shaft 117 to rotate, the third rotating shaft 117 rotates to drive the second gear 118 to rotate, because the second gear 118 is meshed with the first rack 102, the second gear 118 rotates to drive the first rack 102 to move backwards, and further the second pressing block 103 moves backwards, and then the steel plate in the feeding frame 94 moves downwards due to gravity, and the steel plate at the bottommost in the feeding frame 94 falls onto the slideway 92, when the second rack 111 moves upwards, the second rack 111 moves to reverse the first gear 114, and further the second rotating shaft 113 and the transmission component 115 reverse, therefore, the third rotating shaft 117 and the second gear 118 are reversely rotated, the second gear 118 reversely rotates the first rack 102 to move forward, the first rack 102 moves to enable the second pressing block 103 to move forward, the second pressing block 103 pushes the steel plate at the bottommost part in the feeding frame 94 into the clamp 52, and meanwhile, the second pressing block 103 prevents the remaining steel plate in the feeding frame 94 from moving downward, so that the purpose of automatic material pushing is achieved.

Claims (9)

1. A tapping device convenient for clamping and adjusting is characterized by comprising:
the base (1) is provided with two first sliding rails (2);
the upper parts of the two first sliding rails (2) are connected with a first support frame (3) in a sliding way;
the middle part of the first support frame (3) is provided with the tapping mechanism (4), and the tapping mechanism (4) is connected with the first sliding rail (2);
the fixing mechanism (5) is arranged on the base (1), and the fixing mechanism (5) is matched with the tapping mechanism (4).
2. Tapping device to facilitate the clamping adjustment according to claim 1, wherein the tapping means (4) comprises:
the two first sliding rails (2) are respectively wound with the first spring (41), the top of the first spring (41) is connected with the first support frame (3), and the bottom of the first spring (41) is connected with the first sliding rails (2);
the first support frame (3) is provided with a second support frame (42);
the middle part of the bottom side of the first support frame (3) is provided with the first motor (43), and an output shaft of the first motor (43) is rotatably connected with the second support frame (42);
the output shaft of the first motor (43) is provided with a first connecting block (44);
the inner side of the first connecting block (44) is connected with the second connecting block (45) in a sliding manner;
the upper part of the second connecting block (45) is wound with two second springs (46), the top of each second spring (46) is connected with the corresponding second connecting block (45), and the bottom of each second spring (46) is connected with the corresponding first connecting block (44);
tapping drill bit (47), tapping drill bit (47) are detachably installed in second connecting block (45) downside middle part.
3. Tapping device to facilitate the clamping adjustment according to claim 2, wherein the fixing means (5) comprise:
two second sliding rails (51) are arranged on the base (1);
the two clamps (52) are connected between the two second sliding rails (51) in a sliding mode, the two clamps (52) are symmetrical, and the clamps (52) are located below the tapping drill bit (47);
and the two second sliding rails (51) are respectively wound with two third springs (53), the inner sides of the third springs (53) are connected with the second sliding rails (51), and the outer sides of the third springs (53) are connected with the clamp (52).
4. Tapping device to facilitate clamping adjustment according to claim 3 further comprising a reciprocating mechanism (6), the reciprocating mechanism (6) comprising:
the shifting block (61) is arranged on the second support frame (42);
a third support frame (62), wherein the base (1) is provided with the third support frame (62);
the second motor (63) is mounted at the top of the third support frame (62);
a first rotating shaft (64) is arranged on an output shaft of the second motor (63);
the space cam (65) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (64), and the space cam (65) is matched with the shifting block (61).
5. Tapping unit for facilitating clamping adjustment according to claim 4, further comprising a clamping mechanism (7), the clamping mechanism (7) comprising:
the lower part of the second support frame (42) is provided with two first wedge-shaped blocks (71);
the first pressing blocks (72) are arranged on the two first wedge-shaped blocks (71) in a sliding mode;
the fourth springs (73) are wound on the two first wedge-shaped blocks (71), the tops of the fourth springs (73) are connected with the first pressing block (72), and the bottoms of the fourth springs (73) are connected with the first wedge-shaped blocks (71);
the two clamps (52) are respectively provided with a second wedge block (74), and the second wedge blocks (74) are matched with the first wedge blocks (71).
6. Tapping device convenient for clamping adjustment according to claim 5, further comprising a blanking mechanism (8), wherein the blanking mechanism (8) comprises:
the inner sides of the two second sliding rails (51) are both provided with a third connecting block (81) in a sliding manner;
the supporting block (82) is connected between the two third connecting blocks (81), and the supporting block (82) is matched with the clamp (52);
fifth spring (83), all around having two fifth spring (83) on two third connecting block (81), fifth spring (83) top is connected with second slide rail (51), and fifth spring (83) bottom is connected with third connecting block (81).
7. Tapping device to facilitate clamping adjustment according to claim 6 further comprising a feeding mechanism (9), wherein the feeding mechanism (9) comprises:
the base (1) is provided with a fourth supporting block (91), and the fourth supporting block (91) is arranged on the base (1);
the top of the fourth supporting block (91) is provided with a slide way (92), and the slide way (92) is matched with the clamp (52);
a fifth supporting block (93), wherein the base (1) is provided with the fifth supporting block (93);
a feeding frame (94), wherein the middle part of the upper side of the fifth supporting block (93) is provided with the feeding frame (94), and the feeding frame (94) is matched with the slide way (92).
8. The tapping device for facilitating clamping adjustment according to claim 7 further comprising a feeding mechanism (10), wherein the feeding mechanism (10) comprises:
two third sliding rails (101) are connected between the upper middle part of the base (1) and the sliding way (92);
the first rack (102) is arranged on each of the two third sliding rails (101) in a sliding manner;
the second pressing block (103) is connected between the middle parts of the top sides of the two first racks (102), and the second pressing block (103) is connected with the slide way (92) and the feeding frame (94) in a sliding mode;
and the sixth springs (104) are wound on the two third sliding rails (101), one side of each sixth spring (104) is connected with the first rack (102), and the other side of each sixth spring (104) is connected with the third sliding rail (101).
9. Tapping device to facilitate clamping adjustment according to claim 8, further comprising a transmission (11), wherein the transmission (11) comprises:
two second racks (111) are arranged on the first support frame (3);
the base (1) is provided with two sixth supporting blocks (112);
the upper parts of the two sixth supporting blocks (112) are rotatably connected with a second rotating shaft (113);
two first gears (114) are arranged on the second rotating shaft (113), and the first gears (114) are meshed with the second rack (111);
the base (1) is provided with two seventh supporting blocks (116);
the third rotating shaft (117) is rotatably connected between the upper parts of the two seventh supporting blocks (116);
two second gears (118) are arranged on the third rotating shaft (117), and the second gears (118) are meshed with the first rack (102);
two transmission assemblies (115) are connected between the second rotating shaft (113) and the third rotating shaft (117).
