Abstract

Description
发明领域
本发明涉及用于通过链接到移动通信网络的移动站把数据发送到公司的数据系统,并接收公司的数据系统确认该移动站的系统和方法。
技术背景
例如,通过把移动站与便携式计算机相连并在其中运用遵从上述移动站的调制解调器,可将移动站用于数据传输。于是,建立到接收数据系统的调制解调器组的第一连接,之后一旦建立连接就发送数据。另一种可能性(特别是在GSM系统中)是把数据作为短消息或者SMS消息进行发送。另一方面,在智能网中心存在基于A用户标识和号码转换的业务,从而使得通过用分机号码作为拨号号码进行从移动站到公司的局域网的分机号码的呼叫成为可能。
上述移动数据的传输模式的缺点是,如果运用调制解调器传输,那么需要几十秒来建立连接,之后才能开始数据传输。所需的调制解调器相当昂贵。然而,短消息所带来的问题是通过移动站进行的传输非常复杂,而且在接收端没有到数据系统的直接接口。
发明概述
本发明的主要目的在于,克服上述缺点和不足之处,而且实现用于发送数据和接收确认的新型系统和方法。已由在本说明书开头提到的那类系统和方法达到该目的,在所附权利要求书中示出其特征技术。
根据本发明,移动站直接对公司的数据系统的目标号码发送经编码的数据。主叫者的号码(A标识,移动站用户则为IMSI或者国际移动用户标识)和由主叫者拨通的目标号码(B号码)一起确定根据接触得出什么功能。运用连到电话网络的智能可编程服务器,把数字序列的后缀转换成数据。用主叫者标识把移动站的接入限制在业务范围内。通过智能网中心完成该限制。通过运用数据网络连接,把与其相关的数据和A号码从服务器发送到用户的数据系统。在GSM移动电话的情况下,用声音消息或者短消息服务(SMS)确认消息到达,和从用户数据系统直接送回该发送数据代码的移动站的返回消息的实时传输。
本发明的优点在于,代码发送和返回消息都是实时的,而且运用GSM移动电话的整个处理链只占大约十几秒。移动电话不需要辅助设备来使数据传输成为可能。b
下面,参照附图,详细描述本发明,其中:

图2示出根据本发明的系统结构;
图3示出系统的功能的流程图。
执行本发明的最佳模式
图1示出移动通信网络的结构。移动通信网络包括至少一个移动业务交换中心1、至少一个基站控制器2和至少一个基站3。移动业务交换中心可以是登记移动站的移动站归属位置中心、移动电话随时所处非永久性登记区域中的访问站位置中心、或者网关移动业务交换中心,其中当来自移动通信网络外部的呼叫不是直接被连到服务区内设有移动电话的该移动通信网络的移动业务交换中心时,把它连到所述网关移动业务交换中心。移动站控制器是属于移动通信网络的设备,相对于建立呼叫、信令、运用无线电信道和各种维护功能,它控制一个或多个基站的功能。基站是与移动电话保持联系的移动通信网络的发射机-接收机站。
在图2中,示出根据本发明的系统的结构。移动电话20通过把包括待发数据的编号代码的号码用作目标号码(B号码),经过移动通信网络,呼叫智能网中心21。由于运用以9开头的号簿区域代码(在1996年10月将改为以0开头的通信区域代码)呼叫在本地电信网络中的所有号码,而且服务、紧急通信业务、国际和移动通信网络号码也已0,1或9开头,所以当移动电话呼叫公用电信网络时,B号码通常以0、1或9开头。于是,编号空间内以2-8开头的号码可作其它用途,诸如供根据本发明的数据代码用。如果以2-8开头的编号空间例如被用作公司的局域网号码的拨号号码,那么在B号码的开头,可用例如双数字代码来表示存在上述数据代码传输。智能网中心根据主叫者的号码(A标识,移动用户则为IMSI或者国际移动用户标识),检验主叫者是否被授权使用此业务。此外,根据A号码,智能中心确定移动电话把数据代码发送到在哪个公司的哪个数据中心。此后,智能中心最好通过运用电信网络信令把B号码(数据代码)、A号码和公司的数据系统的地址发送到声音服务器22。声音服务器是连到电信和数据网络的计算机,也能够识别电话号码并组成声音消息。声音服务器把B号码转换成数据,而且通过运用数据网络(最好是基于TCP/IP协议的数据网络)把数据和A号码都发送到公司的数据系统23中。公司的数据系统把数据存储在数据系统中,并组成返回消息,运用数据网络把它发送到声音服务器,其中所述返回消息包括接收数据的确认以及附加消息。声音服务器运用移动通信网络把返回消息作为GSM短消息(文本消息)或者声音消息发送到发送数据代码的移动电话,或者作为寻呼机消息发送到所需的寻呼机装置。从声音服务器到GSM短消息中心和寻呼机系统存在着直接连接。如果把返回消息作为声音消息发送,那么声音服务器向呼叫移动电话开通话音信道,并发送声音消息。否则,由于把返回消息作为分开的GSM短消息或者寻呼机消息发送,所以不必开通任何声音连接,而且在电信网络中数据传输仅仅作为信号消息进行,不开通话音信道。
在图3中,示出本发明系统示例功能形式的流程图。在30处,移动站(它的A号码是123456)呼叫目标号码87654321,其中87是标识码,它表示询问数据代码传输,而654321是被发送的数据代码。把呼叫引到智能网中心,它在31处根据A号码检验移动站是否被授权运用此业务,以及移动站正在把数据代码发送到哪个公司的哪个信息系统。在32处智能网中心运用电信网络信令,把数据代码654321、A标识123456和公司数据系统的地址发送到声音服务器。在33处,声音服务器把数码654321转换成数据格式,而且把它和A标识发送到公司的数据系统。在34处,公司的数据系统更新数据库(例如,“机械师NN运用3个备件完成作业654,所用时间是21分钟”)。在35处,公司的数据系统用组成适当的返回消息(例如,“确认已完成作业654。下一个作业第655号在地址为Sturenkatu 16处,联系人MM。”,而且把它发送到声音服务器。在36处,声音服务器把返回消息作为GSM短消息或者声音消息发送到发送数据代码的移动站、整个处理链只花费大约10秒种。
以上的数据代码传输运用一个移动站。数据代码传输还可以运用移动站和便携式计算机或者固定网络电话的组合。如果把固定网络电话用于数据代码传输,那么必须保留属于公用电信网络编号的适当的拨号号码,以供连接到智能网中心时使用。
上文参照一个较佳实施例描述本发明。然而,这决不想把本发明限于这个实施例,落在下列权利要求书中所揭示的发明点的构思范围内的所有变化都是可行的。
Claims (8)
1.一种通过连接移动通信网络的移动电话(20)把数据发送到公司数据系统(23)并且接收所述公司数据系统对所述移动电话的确认的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
移动站(20),用于拨打一先前规定的目标号码;
智能网中心(21),所述目标号码指向所述智能网中心;
公司数据系统(23),在连接过程中,由所述目标号码转换得到的数据被发送到所述公司数据系统,并在连接过程中,从所述公司数据系统将一确认作为声音消息或文本格式的GSM短消息发送给用于发射所述数据的所述移动站,或者作为寻呼消息发送给一需要的寻呼装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述智能网中心运用识别主叫者号码来检验所述主叫者是否被授权使用该业务,以及检验把所述数据发送到哪个公司的哪个信息系统。
3.如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
声音服务器(22),所述智能网中心最好通过运用电信网络信令把所述目标号码、所述主叫者的号码和所述公司数据系统的地址发送到所述声音服务器,所述声音服务器是能够识别电话号码并组成声音消息的计算机,并且所述声音服务器把所述目标号码转换成数据,并运用数据网络,最好是基于TCP/IP协议的数据网络,把所述数据和所述主叫者号码发送到所述公司数据系统。
4.如权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述公司数据系统把所述数据存储在所述数据系统中,并组成一返回消息,所述返回消息包括对接收到的数据的确认和一可能的附加信息,所述公司数据系统运用所述数据网络把所述返回消息发送到所述声音服务器,所述声音服务器运用所述移动通信网络把所述返回消息作为GSM短消息(文本消息)或者声音消息发送给用于发送所述数据代码的所述移动站,或者作为寻呼消息发送给所述需要的寻呼装置。
5.一种通过连接移动通信网络的移动电话(20)把数据发送到公司数据系统(23)并接收所述公司数据系统对所述移动电话的确认的方法,其特征在于,移动站拨出一先前规定的目标号码,指向一智能网中心(21),在连接的过程中,把由所述目标号码转换得到数据发送到公司数据系统,并在所述连接过程中,把一确认作为声音消息或文本格式的GSM短消息发送给用于发送所述数据的所述移动站,或者作为寻呼消息发送给一需要的寻呼装置。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,通过识别主叫者号码,检验所述主叫者是否被授权使用该业务,并且检验已把所述数据发送到哪个公司的哪个信息系统。
7.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述智能网中心最好运用电信网络信令,把所述目标号码、所述主叫者号码和所述公司数据系统的地址发送到声音服务器,所述声音服务器是能够识别电话号码并组成声音消息的计算机,所述声音服务器把所述目标号码转换成数据,并运用数据网络,最好是基于TCP/IP协议的数据网络,把所述数据和所述主叫者号码发送到所述公司数据系统。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述公司数据系统把所述数据存储在所述数据系统中,并组成一返回消息,所述返回消息包括对所述接收到的数据的确认以及一可能的附加消息,所述公司数据系统运用所述数据网络把所述返回消息发送到所述声音服务器,所述声音服务器运用所述移动通信网络把所述返回消息作为GSM短消息(文本消息)或声音消息发送到用于发送所述数据代码的所述移动站,或者作为寻呼消息发送到一需要的寻呼装置。
