Poor oil quality caused by dirt of the bearing box can directly lead to abrasion of the bearing bush, equipment damage is caused, and cleaning of the bearing box is important.
The bearing box needs to be cleaned before the unit is started and in the overhaul process, most overhaul sites at present adopt a mode of manually entering the bearing box for cleaning, and the mode has more defects: firstly, the volume of the bearing box is limited, and the manual entering of the bearing box is difficult to work; bearing boxes of current 660MW or 1000MW turbine sets are relatively large, but after rotor reinstallation, the bearing boxes are limited in size, and only thin workers can enter cleaning. The sizes of the bearing boxes are different when the sizes of the units are different, and for a small unit, the size of the bearing box is smaller, so that the operation of entering the bearing box by manpower is difficult; secondly, during manual cleaning, the cleaning effect is poor when the cleaning device is positioned in the bearing box, and residual pollutants are easy to exist; thirdly, the manual cleaning takes longer time and has lower efficiency.

Referring to fig. 1, the turbine bearing box cleaning device comprises an oil collecting tank 3 and an oil shoveling plate 1 connected to the front end of the oil collecting tank 3, wherein a notch is formed in the side face of the front end of the oil collecting tank 3, the oil shoveling plate 1 is hinged to the bottom edge of the notch position of the oil collecting tank 3, and two side edges of the oil shoveling plate 1 are connected with two side edges of the notch position of the oil collecting tank 3 through folding baffles 2.
