The sizes of the bearing boxes are different when the units are different in size, and for small units, the bearing boxes are smaller in size and difficult to enter the bearing boxes for manual operation; secondly, when the bearing box is manually cleaned, the bearing box is not good in working cleaning effect, and residual pollutants are easy to exist; thirdly, manual cleaning takes longer time and has lower efficiency.

Referring to fig. 1, the cleaning device for the bearing box of the steam turbine comprises an oil collecting tank 3 and an oil shoveling plate 1 connected to the front end of the oil collecting tank 3, wherein a notch is formed in the side surface of the front end of the oil collecting tank 3, the oil shoveling plate 1 is hinged to the bottom edge of the notch of the oil collecting tank 3, and two side edges of the oil shoveling plate 1 are connected with two side edges of the notch of the oil collecting tank 3 through folding baffles 2. The moving direction of the oil shoveling plate can be adjusted, and dead angles can be cleaned. Compared with manual cleaning, the cleaning process is more efficient, time-saving and labor-saving, manual limited space operation is not needed, labor cost is reduced, and secondary pollution to the bearing box cannot be caused in the cleaning process.
