b: disinfectant is added into the inner cavity of the water tank (21) through the water adding pipe (22), the controller (34) controls the water pump (23) to operate and convey the disinfectant, the disinfectant in the inner cavity of the water tank (21) sequentially passes through the connecting pipe (24), the vertical pipe (11), the rotating cover (12) and the spray head (13) and is sprayed to the cover plate (4) and the net frame (3), the disinfectant passes through the cover plate (4) and the net frame (3) to be contacted with surgical instruments, the surgical instrument washing device is washed, the controller (34) controls the second motor (16) to operate to drive the gear (17) to rotate, the gear (17) drives the circular ring (14) to rotate through the teeth (15), the circular ring (14) drives the rotating cover (12) and the spray head (13) to rotate, disinfectant is sprayed uniformly, the controller (34) controls the first motor (2) to operate to drive the screen frame (3) to rotate, surgical instruments in the inner cavity of the screen frame (3) are overturned, and the surgical instruments are washed uniformly;
c: after the washing is finished, the controller (34) controls the heating wire (19) to operate and heat, the controller (34) controls the blower (20) to operate, and hot air in the inner cavity of the heating box (18) sequentially passes through the blower (20), the vertical pipe (11), the rotating cover (12) and the spray head (13) and is blown to surgical instruments to be dried;
d: after drying, the surgical instruments are taken out and placed on the top of the placing disc (30), the surgical instruments are separated through the partition plate (32), and the controller (34) controls the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp (28) to operate and irradiate and sterilize the surgical instruments.
