the separation tank (4) is detachably sleeved in the storage tank (3), the lower end face of the separation tank is higher than the lower end face of the storage tank (3), a gap is reserved between the outer side wall of the separation tank and the inner side wall of the storage tank (3), the upper end of the separation tank is in sealing connection with the upper end face of the storage tank (3), a sealing cover (5) is arranged at the upper end port of the separation tank, a feeding port (6) is formed in the sealing cover (5), a plurality of discharging holes (9) are formed in the side wall of the separation tank, a material guide plate (10) is fixedly connected to the wall of each discharging hole (9), the material guide plate (10) inclines downwards, and one end of the downwards inclination extends into the separation tank (4);

the liquid collecting box (11) is fixed on the rack (1) and communicated with the bottom end of the liquid carrying tank (2) through a first pipeline (12), the bottom of the separation tank (4) is connected into the first pipeline (12) through a second pipeline (26), a liquid pump (13) is arranged on the first pipeline (12), and the liquid pump (13) is electrically connected with the power supply.

The chemical industry solid-liquid classification, recovery and treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a condensation pipe (28) is connected between the liquid collection tank (11) and the separation tank (4), one end of the condensation pipe (28) extends into the separation tank (4) through the sealing cover (5), the other end of the condensation pipe (28) extends into the liquid collection tank (11), an exhaust fan (29) is arranged on the condensation pipe (28), and the exhaust fan (29) is electrically connected with the power supply.

The chemical industry solid-liquid classification recycling device according to claim 2, wherein the lower end of the stirring shaft (7) passes through the separation tank (4) and extends into the storage tank (3), the lower end of the stirring shaft (7) is fixedly connected with a driving bevel gear (17), a rotating shaft (30) is arranged in the storage tank (3) along the horizontal direction, two driven bevel gears (18) which are symmetrically arranged by taking the stirring shaft (7) as the center are sleeved on the rotating shaft (30), the driving bevel gear (17) is vertically meshed with the driven bevel gears (18), two helical blades (19) which are opposite in helical direction and axially distributed along the rotating shaft are arranged on the periphery of the rotating shaft (30) from the center to the two sides, the left side and the right side of the storage tank (3) are respectively fixedly connected with storage tanks (20) communicated with the side walls thereof, and the two ends of the rotating shaft (30) respectively extend into the outer side walls of the storage tanks (20), and is hinged with the outer side wall thereof.

s2, the liquid attached to the solid matter flows into the liquid carrying tank (2) through a liquid leakage hole (27) at the bottom of the storage tank (3);
s3, the liquid pump (13) continuously pumps the liquid material in the liquid-carrying tank (2) into the header tank (11).
7. The use method of the chemical industry solid-liquid classification recovery processing device according to claim 6, wherein the step S2 further comprises: the solid matter is pressed into the storage bin (20) along with the rotation of the rotating shaft (30).

The use method of the chemical industry solid-liquid classification recovery processing device according to claim 6, wherein the step S3 further comprises: the condensate pipe (28) is used for condensing the volatilized liquid in the separation tank (4), the material storage tank (3) and the liquid carrying tank (2) through the exhaust fan (29) and then discharging the condensed liquid into the liquid collecting tank (11).
