The second cutter 24 on the adjacent cutter cylinder 15 is perpendicular to the first cutter 23 and can be matched with the first cutter 23 to longitudinally cut off the waste cloth, and along with the rotation of the cutter cylinder 15, the second sliding block 34 keeps sliding in the second guide groove, so that the extension and retraction of the second cutter 24 are controlled.

The working process is as follows: under the action of the driving mechanism, the knife cylinders 15 rotate, the adjacent knife cylinders 15 are opposite in rotation direction, the first guide groove and the second guide groove are fixedly connected with the central rod 28 and are kept fixed, when the first sliding block 30 is located in the first circular arc section 25 along with the rotation of the knife cylinders 15, the knife handle 29 drives the first cutting knife 23 to extend out of the knife cylinders 15, when the first sliding block 30 is located in the first straight line section 32, the knife handle 29 drives the first cutting knife 23 to retract into the knife cylinders 15, when the second sliding block 34 is located in the second circular arc section 35, the guide rod 26 drives the second cutting knife 24 to extend out of the knife cylinders 15, when the second sliding block 34 is located in the second straight line section 36, the guide rod 26 drives the second cutting knife 24 to retract into the knife cylinders 15, the first guide groove and the second guide groove in the adjacent knife cylinders 15 are symmetrical in position, the first straight line sections 32 in the two adjacent knife cylinders 15 can be arranged on one side close to each other and are parallel to each other, or the second straight line sections 36 in the two adjacent knife cylinders 15 are arranged on one side close to each other and the first cutter 23 in one side that two knife section of thick bamboo 15 are close to each other like this stretches out and the shrink of second cutter 24, and the first cutter 23 in one side that two knife section of thick bamboo 15 were kept away from each other shrink and the second cutter 24 stretches out, perhaps on the contrary, so the cooperation of first cutter 23 on two knife section of thick bamboo 15 carries out the cutting once and smashes, and the second cutter 24 cooperation carries out the secondary cutting and smashes, and cutting direction mutually perpendicular can reach the effect of preventing twining.
