(2) product water washing: taking an ultrafiltration membrane to be cleaned, closing an ultrafiltration water valve, opening a product water discharge valve, and pumping product water into the ultrafiltration membrane from a cleaning tank through a cleaning pump;
(3) after the product water is washed for 20-30 min, closing a product water discharge valve and stopping washing;
(4) taking a clean cleaning box, pouring all prepared alkaline cleaning solution into the cleaning box, and then putting the ultrafiltration membrane washed by the product water into the cleaning box to ensure that the alkaline cleaning solution in the cleaning box submerges the ultrafiltration membrane;
(5) soaking the ultrafiltration membrane in a cleaning box for 1-2 hours, then starting a cleaning pump, pumping alkaline cleaning liquid into the ultrafiltration membrane, and circularly cleaning the ultrafiltration membrane by the alkaline cleaning liquid for 15-20 min;
(6) after the cyclic washing is finished, completely discharging the alkaline cleaning solution in the cleaning box, then adding new alkaline cleaning solution, placing the ultrafiltration membrane in the cleaning box, and soaking for 15-20 hours;
(7) discharging alkaline cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank, then washing the cleaning tank by using product water, and filling the product water into the cleaning tank after the cleaning tank is cleaned;
(8) pumping product water into the ultrafiltration membrane by using a cleaning pump, and circularly cleaning the ultrafiltration membrane; the circulating cleaning time is 25-30 min;
(9) and discharging all product water in the cleaning box, flushing the cleaning box with high-purity clear water, filling the interior of the cleaning box with the high-purity clear water, pumping the high-purity clear water into the ultrafiltration membrane for circulating flushing by using a cleaning pump for 25-30 min, and discharging the high-purity clear water in the cleaning box to finish the whole cleaning process.
2. The method for cleaning the organic matter on the ultrafiltration membrane according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the pH value of the alkaline cleaning solution is 10-12.
3. The method for cleaning the organic matter on the ultrafiltration membrane according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the alkaline cleaning solution comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1-2 parts of sodium hydroxide, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium hypochlorite, 0.1-0.2 part of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.5-0.8 part of tridecyl isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene and 95-98 parts of ether product water.
4. The method for cleaning the organic matter on the ultrafiltration membrane according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the product water is free chlorine-free water.
5. The method for cleaning the organic matter on the ultrafiltration membrane according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and (4) detecting the concentration of the alkaline cleaning solution every 3-5 minutes in the steps (4), (5) and (6).

The method for cleaning the organic matter on the ultrafiltration membrane according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: 2 parts of sodium hydroxide, 0.2 part of sodium hypochlorite, 0.1 part of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.7 part of tridecyl isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene and 97 parts of ether product water.
