Therefore, an early warning type self-detection fire extinguisher box is provided to solve the problems.

The invention aims to solve the defects that the existing fire extinguisher box in the prior art is single in function, time-consuming and labor-consuming in a fire extinguisher detection method and cannot be found in time when a fire extinguisher fails, and provides an early warning type self-detection fire extinguisher box.

the control mechanism comprises a control groove which is formed in the box body and communicated with the runner pipe, a second permanent magnet is elastically connected in the control groove through a limiting spring, the side wall of the second permanent magnet is in sealing sliding connection with the control groove, a through hole matched with the runner pipe is formed in the second permanent magnet, and a first permanent magnet matched with the second permanent magnet is installed on the lower end face of the bearing plate.
Preferably, the warning mechanism includes that the conducting block and the box that set up on the display slot inner wall are last to install warning device, and warning device's input is respectively through wire and conducting block and drive area electric connection, all pack in drive area and the elasticity gasbag and have the conducting liquid.
Preferably, warning mechanism includes the piezoceramics that sets up on the display slot inner wall and the piston piece of the sealed sliding connection in the display slot, all pack hydraulic oil in the sealed space that terminal surface and display slot are constituteed and the drive area under the piston piece, signal transmitter is installed to the box lateral wall, and signal transmitter's input passes through wire and piezoceramics electric connection.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: through setting up control mechanism and warning mechanism, when the fire extinguisher in the corresponding box became invalid, can in time send the warning signal to the staff to make the staff in time learn the position of inefficacy fire extinguisher, need not the staff and regularly inspect the fire extinguisher, not only saved a large amount of manpowers, still prevented the unnecessary damage that the fire extinguisher received when the inspection, and had more corresponding and practical, guaranteed the normal use of fire extinguisher when the conflagration took place.

In this embodiment, the warning mechanism includes the conducting block 17 disposed on the inner wall of the display slot 10 and the warning device mounted on the box body 1, the side wall of the driving area is also provided with a conducting strip, the input end of the warning device is electrically connected to the conducting block 17 and the conducting strip through wires, and the driving area and the elastic airbag 5 are filled with conducting liquid.
The invention can be illustrated by the following operating modes: initially, the elastic air bag 5 and the driving area are filled with conductive liquid, the position of the second permanent magnet 14 in the control groove 12 is limited from the outside through the opening to prevent displacement of the second permanent magnet 14, at the moment, the through hole 15 in the second permanent magnet 14 is dislocated with the circulating pipe 11, the circulating pipe 11 is blocked, when the carbon dioxide fire extinguisher is placed on the bearing plate 3, the bearing plate 3 moves downwards under the action of the gravity of the fire extinguisher, the bearing plate 3 extrudes the conductive liquid in the elastic air bag 5 into the driving area through the one-way liquid discharge pipe 9, because the circulating pipe 11 is blocked, the conductive liquid in the driving area pushes the movable plate 7 to move downwards and compress the return spring 8, then the limitation of the second permanent magnet 14 on the outside is removed, however, the distance between the first permanent magnet 4 and the second permanent magnet 14 is close, under the magnetic repulsion force between the first permanent magnet 4 and the second permanent magnet 14, the second permanent magnet 14 keeps the initial position and compresses the limit spring 13, and the circulating pipe 11 is still in a blocked state;
along with the increase of the placing time of the carbon dioxide fire extinguisher, when the carbon dioxide fire extinguisher is gradually invalid, the weight of the carbon dioxide fire extinguisher is gradually reduced, the bearing plate 3 moves upwards under the action of the self elasticity of the elastic air bag 5, the distance between the first permanent magnet 4 and the second permanent magnet 14 is gradually increased, the magnetic repulsion force between the first permanent magnet 4 and the second permanent magnet 14 is gradually reduced, the second permanent magnet 14 slides upwards gradually under the action of the elasticity of the limiting spring 13, when the weight of the fire extinguisher is lower than the minimum limit, the second permanent magnet 14 moves to the two ends of the through hole 15 on which the second permanent magnet 14 is communicated with the circulating pipe 11, the conductive liquid in the driving area is rapidly sprayed into the display groove 10 through the circulating pipe 11 under the action of the elasticity of the return spring 8 and submerges the conductive block 17, the circuit of the warning device on the box body 1 is communicated, and the warning device can conveniently work to find and inspect the corresponding fire extinguisher in time.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the warning mechanism includes piezoceramics 18 that sets up on the display slot 10 inner wall and the piston piece 19 of the sealed sliding connection in the display slot 10, piezoceramics 18 is the information function ceramic material that can interconvert mechanical energy and electric energy, all pack in the sealed space that terminal surface and display slot 10 are constituteed and the drive area under the piston piece 19 has hydraulic oil, signal transmitter is installed to 1 lateral wall of box, and signal transmitter's input passes through wire and piezoceramics 18 electric connection.
This embodiment during operation, when fire extinguisher inefficacy runner pipe 11 switches on with through-hole 15, hydraulic oil in the drive area gets into in the display slot 10 fast and promotes piston block 19 upwards to slide and extrude piezoceramics 18, convert mechanical energy into electric energy and transmit to external signal transmitter through the wire after piezoceramics 18 are compressed, signal transmitter in time reminds the staff to handle the fire extinguisher that corresponds with signal transmission to the receiving end, compare in embodiment 1, can avoid conducting liquid to stand for a long time the electric conductive property can't switch on warning device's shortcoming after reducing, and need not the manual work and patrol and examine, a large amount of manpowers have been saved, and it is targeted to have more, can in time learn the position of inefficacy fire extinguisher.
