In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
It should be noted that the term "axial direction" in the present invention is parallel to the front-rear direction.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, the nasal administration device of the present invention will now be described. The nasal cavity drug delivery device comprises an injector 1, a push rod 2, an inner shell 3, an outer shell 4, a circumferential limiting structure and a circumferential stopping structure; a first anti-back buckle 5 is arranged in the injector 1; the push rod 2 is arranged in the injector 1 in a sliding manner, the front end of the push rod 2 is provided with an anti-withdrawal end head 6 matched with the first anti-withdrawal buckle 5, and the first anti-withdrawal buckle 5 can limit the anti-withdrawal end head 6 at the rear side of the anti-withdrawal end head 6; the inner shell 3 is in threaded fit with the front end of the injector 1, and the front part of the inner shell 3 is provided with a communication port 7; the outer shell 4 covers the inner shell 3, the outer shell 4 and the inner shell 3 are in clamping fit in the front-back direction, and the injector 1 is communicated with a nozzle 8 at the front end of the outer shell 4 through a communication port 7; the circumferential limiting structure is arranged between the outer shell 4 and the inner shell 3 and is used for preventing the outer shell 4 and the inner shell 3 from rotating relatively; the circumferential retaining structure is provided between the syringe 1 and the outer housing 4 for preventing the outer housing 4 from rotating in a direction opposite to a preset mounting direction of the inner housing 3, which is a direction of screwing the inner housing 3 to the syringe 1. The push rod 2 comprises a first rod body 201 and a second rod body 202 arranged behind the first rod body 201, the first rod body 201 and the second rod body 202 are connected through a breakpoint structure 203, a piston 204 is sleeved on the periphery of the first rod body 201, and the piston 204 is in sealing butt joint with the inner wall of the injector 1.
Compared with the prior art, the nasal cavity administration device provided by the invention has the advantages that after the anti-withdrawal end 6 is clamped into the first anti-withdrawal buckle 5, the push rod 2 cannot be integrally pulled out, if the push rod 2 is pulled out forcibly, the breakpoint structure 203 is broken, the second rod body 202 is separated from the first rod body 201, finally, only the second rod body 202 can be pulled out, and the first rod body 201 is still limited by the first anti-withdrawal buckle 5; in addition, not only be equipped with between push rod 2 and the syringe 1 and prevent moving back the self-destruction structure, because the joint has limited the relative position of circumference between inner shell 3 and the shell 4 through circumference limit structure, in addition threaded connection between inner shell 3 and the syringe 2, if will dismantle the shell, must follow the reverse of predetermineeing the installation rotation direction and twist the shell 4 soon, and the motion has been prevented again to circumference backstop structure, if dismantle shell 4 by force will damage shell 4, this just makes circumference backstop structure form and prevents moving back the self-destruction structure, effectively avoided the complete possibility of dismantling shell 4, avoid shell 3 and the shower nozzle structure that inner shell 4 formed to be recycled. The nasal cavity administration device of the invention is provided with effective anti-back self-destruction structures among all main parts, thus improving the self-destruction of the administration device and preventing the parts from being detached and flowing into the market again to harm the personal safety of users.
In addition, the self-destruction structure (the first anti-retreating buckle 5) matched with the push rod 2 is arranged in the injector 1, compared with the spray head structure, the nasal administration device is simpler to manufacture, does not occupy the limited space in the spray head, is beneficial to optimizing the spray head structure, reduces the difficulty in manufacturing and assembling the spray head, and further reduces the production cost.

Meanwhile, the front end of the first section 101 and the rear end of the second section 102 are respectively provided with a first puncture needle 106, the first puncture needle 106 on the first section 101 extends forwards, the first puncture needle 106 on the second section 102 extends backwards, when the first section 101 and the second section 102 are installed, the first puncture needle 106 on the front end of the first section 101 can puncture the sealing film 103 on the rear end of the second section 102, the first puncture needle 106 on the rear end of the second section 102 can puncture the sealing film 103 on the first section 101, and the nasal cavity administration device can be shaken to uniformly mix the medicine in the first sealing cavity 104 and the medicine in the second sealing cavity 105. In addition, the front end of the anti-withdrawal end head 6 is in a sharp-pointed shape, when the medicines in the two cavities are mixed, the push rod 2 is pushed forward, the front end of the anti-withdrawal end head 6 penetrates the sealing film 103 at the front end of the first section 101 and the sealing film 103 at the rear end of the second section 102 one by one, finally the sealing film 103 in the middle of the second section 102 can be penetrated, the area of the broken opening can be enlarged by the push rod 2, and the medicine liquid finally flows to the front end of the second section 102.
In the embodiment, the injector is arranged in a sectional form, different kinds of medicines are separately stored in a sealed mode and are mixed only before use, so that the storage period of the medicines is greatly prolonged, and a certain storage space can be saved.
Furthermore, the front end of the first section 101 is fixedly provided with an internal thread ring 108, the outer wall of the rear part of the second section 102 is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread ring 108, the first section 101 and the second section 102 are matched by adopting a thread structure, so that the connection between the first section 101 and the second section 102 is firmer, and in the process that the first puncture needle 106 punctures the sealing membrane 103, the first puncture needle 106 can move a certain distance on the radial surface of the sealing membrane 103, so that the area of a puncture on the sealing membrane 103 is enlarged, and the two medicines are mixed.
It should be noted that there is no interference between the first spike 106 on the first section 101 and the first spike 106 on the second section 102, and therefore the size of the threads is controlled to ensure that the first spike 106 does not interfere with the sealing membrane 103 before it makes effective contact therewith.
