Abstract
The invention discloses a skin care gel bead and a preparation method thereof, the skin care gel bead comprises the following components by weight: 0.1-5 parts of wrapping agent, 10-90 parts of stem cell active ingredient solution and 20-100 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the wrapping agent, the stem cell active ingredient solution and water according to the weight ratio; dispersing the wrapping agent in water, adding the stem cell active ingredient solution, and stirring and mixing uniformly; and dropwise adding the obtained mixed solution into pre-cooled receiving liquid, and filtering after solidification to obtain the coagulated beads. According to the invention, the stem cell active ingredients are wrapped by the gel, so that the effects of the active ingredients are protected; the stem cell active ingredient solution is solidified into balls, and the embedding rate is almost 100%; the bead has simple components, low-temperature operation and easy preparation method, does not influence the activity of the active ingredients, and does not influence if the active ingredients contain salt; the gel beads are convenient to use and can release active ingredients only by smearing.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the stem cell active ingredient solution is one or more of an umbilical cord extract, a placenta extract, a stem cell culture supernatant and a plant tissue culture.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stem cell culture supernatant is obtained by culturing and expanding stem cells with a serum-free medium, collecting the culture supernatant during liquid change and passage, and filtering to obtain a stem cell active factor component solution.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the receiving solution is one of a sodium tripolyphosphate solution and a NaOH solution.
