Abstract
本发明公开了一种入耳式客观性耳鸣诊断装置,包括插入式耳机、处理器和听诊器,所述插入式耳机置入于患者耳道后收集耳道内的耳鸣声音,通过连接线将收集到的声音传输给所述的处理器,所述处理器将接收到的声音信号进行放大以及滤波处理,并且将处理后的声音信号通过输出线传输给所述的听诊器,医生通过听诊器获得患者的客观性耳鸣声音,对耳鸣患者进行诊断。该装置解决了目前临床医生需耳贴耳倾听患者耳内客观性耳鸣的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于人体耳科的诊断设备,具体是指一种入耳式客观性耳鸣诊断装置。
背景技术
客观性耳鸣是由患者身体内在声源通过气导或骨导,刺激耳蜗,进而由听觉传导通路传至大脑产生。客观性耳鸣不仅患者自己能听到,也能够被他人听到,其来源可能是肌肉收缩引起,也可能是血管狭窄导致血流加速以及血流紊乱形成与心跳同步的搏动性或急流样声音传至内耳。
目前尚无可以对客观性耳鸣进行诊断的设备,在诊断患者耳内的客观性耳鸣声音,需要医生耳贴耳倾听诊断,存在如下不足之处:
(1)、目前的诊断结果全凭医生个人的经验得出,由于医生个体之间的诊断经验存在差异,可能会导致诊断结果不够准确的情况出现;
(2)、目前的诊断需要医生耳贴耳倾听诊断,不够卫生和方便,也会影响诊断效率;
(3)、由于患者的耳鸣信息无法记录和保存,如果出现对诊断结果的质疑,也无法提供有效的耳鸣信息证据来验证;
(4)、由于患者的耳鸣诊断结果无法记录,不能量化,不利于诊断数据的比较、统计、归纳以及诊断经验的总结和分析。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种入耳式客观性耳鸣诊断装置,该装置能够直接获得患者耳内的客观性耳鸣声音,从而对耳鸣患者进行诊断,解决了目前临床医生需耳贴耳倾听患者耳内客观性耳鸣的问题。
本发明的上述目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种入耳式客观性耳鸣诊断装置,其特征在于:所述装置包括插入式耳机、处理器和听诊器,所述插入式耳机置入于患者耳道后收集耳道内的耳鸣声音,通过连接线将收集到的声音传输给所述的处理器,所述处理器将接收到的声音信号进行放大以及滤波处理,并且将处理后的声音信号通过输出线传输给所述的听诊器,医生通过听诊器获得患者的客观性耳鸣声音,对耳鸣患者进行诊断。
本发明的装置填补了目前尚无客观性耳鸣诊断设备的空白,方便医生对客观性耳鸣进行精确诊断,能够为耳鸣患者提供帮助。
本发明中,所述处理器具有初级放大电路模块、滤波模块和主放大电路模块,所述的初级放大电路模块接收所述插入式耳机传输来的耳鸣声音信号,将接收的声音信号转换成电流信号并进行放大,然后将放大后的电流信号传输给所述的滤波模块;所述的滤波模块将接收到的电流信号进行滤波处理,保留直流电流信号,滤除交流电流信号,并且将处理后的电流信号传输给所述的主放大电路模块;所述的主放大电路模块将接收到的电流信号再次进行放大,然后将电流信号转换成声音信号传输给所述的听诊器。经两级放大后,声音信号放大至初始声音的5至15倍。
本发明可以做如下改进:所述处理器还具有录音模块,所述录音模块与主放大电路模块相连接,用于记录和保存主放大电路模块传输给听诊器的声音信号。
本发明增设有录音模块,能够记录患者耳内的耳鸣声,可以使得患者的耳鸣声量化,可供后续的会诊、比较、数据分析、数据总结和交流使用,为医生的诊断结果提供依据,也为由于医生个体诊断经验差别而导致诊断结果的不同提供了补救的机会。
本发明还可以做如下改进:所述装置还包括头戴式耳机,所述插入式耳机安装在所述头戴式耳机的耳罩内侧,所述头戴式耳机具有隔音和收集微弱精细声音的功能,用于检测时通过罩耳隔防外界噪声。
本发明的工作原理和工作过程为:当使用该装置进行诊断时,先将插入式耳机置于患者外耳道,将头戴式耳机压住患者耳廓,带好医生听诊耳机,此时声音从内耳被插入式耳机所接收,再转化为电信号进行放大,转化为声信号进入医生的耳朵,如需录音即按下录音开关,记录客观性耳鸣声信号。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的入耳式客观性耳鸣诊断装置,该装置包括头戴式耳机1、插入式耳机2、处理器3和听诊器7,头戴式耳机1具有隔音和收集微弱精细声音的功能,插入式耳机2安装在头戴式耳机1的耳罩内侧,插入式耳机2置入于患者耳道后收集耳道内的耳鸣声音,通过连接线8将收集到的声音传输给处理器3,处理器3将接收到的声音信号进行放大以及滤波处理,并且将处理后的声音信号通过输出线6传输给听诊器7,医生通过听诊器7直接获得患者的客观性耳鸣声音,对耳鸣患者进行诊断。
本实施例中,处理器3具有初级放大电路模块31、滤波模块32和主放大电路模块33,初级放大电路模块31接收插入式耳机2传输来的耳鸣声音信号,将接收的声音信号转换成电流信号并进行放大,然后将放大后的电流信号传输给滤波模块32;滤波模块32将接收到的电流信号进行滤波处理,保留直流电流信号,滤除交流电流信号,并且将处理后的电流信号传输给主放大电路模块33;主放大电路模块33将接收到的电流信号再次进行放大,然后将电流信号转换成声音信号传输给听诊器7。经两级放大后,声音信号放大至初始声音的8倍。
本实施例的处理器3还具有录音模块5,录音模块5与主放大电路模块33相连接,用于记录和保存主放大电路模块33传输给听诊器7的声音信号,可供后续的会诊、比较、数据分析、数据总结和交流使用。
该装置使用时,将插入式耳机2放置于患耳后,佩戴好头戴式耳机1,启动处理器3电源4后,可启动录音模块5进行录音,同时,可使用听诊器7听诊。头戴式耳机1具有罩耳隔音的作用,减少外界声音干扰,插入式耳机2收集声音的质量,收集到的声音传入处理器3后,处理器3对声音处理后可以进行通过录音模块5进行录音,可以用于客观性耳鸣的声音的保存、比较等分析。同时,通过输出线6可用听诊器7听诊,医生可以直接听到客观性耳鸣的声音。
本发明的装置兼具直接听诊客观性耳鸣声音功能以及录音保存的功能,且可以减少外界噪音声客观性耳鸣诊断的影响。可提高诊断的准确率的同时,也可以将客观性耳鸣声音保存,用于诊断、治疗比较及医学交流。

Claims (4)
1.一种入耳式客观性耳鸣诊断装置,其特征在于:所述装置包括插入式耳机(2)、处理器(3)和听诊器(7),所述插入式耳机(2)置入于患者耳道后收集耳道内的耳鸣声音,通过连接线(8)将收集到的声音传输给所述的处理器(3),所述处理器(3)将接收到的声音信号进行放大以及滤波处理,并且将处理后的声音信号通过输出线(6)传输给所述的听诊器(7),医生通过听诊器(7)获得患者的客观性耳鸣声音,对耳鸣患者进行诊断。
2.根据权利要求1所述的入耳式客观性耳鸣诊断装置,其特征在于:所述处理器(3)具有初级放大电路模块(31)、滤波模块(32)和主放大电路模块(33),所述的初级放大电路模块(31)接收所述插入式耳机(2)传输来的耳鸣声音信号,将接收的声音信号转换成电流信号并进行放大,然后将放大后的电流信号传输给所述的滤波模块(32);所述的滤波模块(32)将接收到的电流信号进行滤波处理,保留直流电流信号,滤除交流电流信号,并且将处理后的电流信号传输给所述的主放大电路模块(33);所述的主放大电路模块(33)将接收到的电流信号再次进行放大,然后将电流信号转换成声音信号传输给所述的听诊器(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的入耳式客观性耳鸣诊断装置,其特征在于:所述处理器(3)还具有录音模块(5),所述录音模块(5)与主放大电路模块(33)相连接,用于记录和保存主放大电路模块(33)传输给听诊器(7)的声音信号。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的入耳式客观性耳鸣诊断装置,其特征在于:所述装置还包括头戴式耳机(1),所述插入式耳机(2)安装在所述头戴式耳机(1)的耳罩内侧,所述头戴式耳机(1)具有隔音和收集微弱精细声音的功能。
