s4, when the ingredients need to be added, the second pressing plate 22 is pulled upwards to enable the second pressing plate 22 to move upwards against the elastic force of the compression spring 28, at the moment, air in the external environment can enter the inside of the storage barrel 3, so that the ingredients in the storage barrel 3 can flow into the collecting hopper 4 and then flow to the designated position through the blanking pipe 5, the longer the time for pulling the second pressing plate 22 is, the more the ingredients flow downwards, and the adjustable addition of the ingredients is realized.
