本发明公开一种环保型农药手抛剂,其包括水溶膜,所述水溶膜内包裹油剂型农药,所述水溶膜的厚度为30~80um,所述油剂型农药按质量百分数计包括以下组分:农药活性成分0.5~40%、表面活性剂0.5~5%、助溶剂0~10%,余量为扩展性植物精油。本发明的环保型农药手抛剂作为农药使用方便,直接抛置于田间即可,抛置于田间后水溶膜内的油剂型农药释出,农药活性成分随着扩展性植物精油在田间水面上扩散,使得农药活性成分能够均匀分布在目标施药区域,既发挥了农药活性成分的作用,又不会产生污染,使用后的水溶膜在田间随水溶解降解,对环境友好安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型农药手抛剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着我国农业的迅速增长,农业投入物使用量不断增加,导致农业废弃物数量也随之增加,从而带来一系列生态环境问题。我国农药使用量远远超过发达国家水平,平均使用农药0.15kg/亩,在水稻田上的农药使用量远远超过平均水平,导致了水稻安全生产面临的挑战依然是农药包装物和药剂残留污染问题。
一直以来,农药包装物的材料主要是玻璃和塑料,塑料本身是一种难以降解的材料,丢弃在田间不仅会影响作物生长,而且还会影响土壤的微生物活动,甚至对人们产生“视觉污染”。而且农药包装袋中残留的农药,在雨水或灌溉水的冲刷后,随着水流直接污染地表和地下水资源。水稻田中的病虫害防治的农药使用方式通常为田间喷雾,其工作效率低下,采用喷雾器喷洒的方式虽然大大提高了工作效率,但是大多数的药物被雾化在空气中,随着空气的流动随处飘散,绝大多数的药物并没有直接作用在农作物本身。四处飘散的药雾,不仅影响周边的其他作物生长,同时也会影响附近居民的身体健康。
由于当前我国农民的科学用药和环保意识还不全面,导致农业面源污染还处于上升状态,农药包装废弃物的处理尚无实质性进展,因此亟需寻求解决此问题的可行性办法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中农业应用农药所存在的污染问题,提供一种环保型农药手抛剂,该环保型农药手抛剂作为农药使用方便,直接抛置于田间即可,抛置于田间后水溶膜内的油剂型农药释出,农药活性成分随着扩展性植物精油在田间水面上扩散,使得农药活性成分能够均匀分布在目标施药区域,既发挥了农药活性成分的作用,又不会产生污染,使用后的水溶膜在田间随水溶解降解,对环境友好安全。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种环保型农药手抛剂,其包括水溶膜,所述水溶膜内包裹油剂型农药,所述水溶膜的厚度为30~80um,所述油剂型农药按质量百分数计包括以下组分:
农药活性成分0.5~40%、表面活性剂0.5~5%、助溶剂0~10%,余量为扩展性植物精油。
水溶膜也即是水溶性薄膜,具有优异的阻隔性、水溶性和对环境的友好性,成膜组分(包括添加的助剂)均为C、H、O化合物,其最终降解物为CO2和H2O,是近年来国内外开发最为成功的绿色环保材料之一。由于其成膜性好、柔软性好的特点,在本发明中,利用水溶膜作为载体,用来包裹农药活性成分。在使用时,为了使得农药活性成分能够释放作用于田间,利用了具有扩展性的植物精粙的扩展性能带动农药活性成分扩展,使得农药活性成分能够均匀分布于目标区域,发挥其杀虫、杀菌、除草的作用,最终实现了既环保又去除杂草及害虫功效。在本发明中,一方面利用了某些植物精油具有扩展性的性能,另一方面,植物精油也具有杀虫、杀菌、抗病毒等多种生物活性,并对多种农药具有增效作用。植物精油是从芳香植物中分离提取的一类有特征香气的植物次生代谢物质,为具有挥发性的油状液体。植物精油主要存在于植物的腺毛、油室、油管、分泌细胞或树脂道中,在植物的根、茎、叶、花、果、种子等器官均有分布,具有杀虫、杀菌、抗病毒等多种生物活性,并对多种农药具增效作用。植物精油对人畜安全、害虫不易产生抗药性、在自然环境中易于降解。
进一步的,所述农药活性成分为1.5~40%。
进一步的,所述农药活性成分为除草活性成分、杀虫活性成分或杀菌活性成分中的一种或两种以上混合。
进一步的,所述除草活性成分包括但不限于二甲四氯、乙草胺、禾草敌、禾草丹、异丙甲草胺、丁草胺、二氯喹啉酸、五氟磺草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸、水扬酸双嘧啶、苄黄隆、甲黄隆、双草醚、吡嘧磺隆、苯磺隆、咪唑磺隆、解草啶、解草唑、骠马中的一种或两种以上混合;所述杀虫活性成份包括但不限于氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟啶虫胺腈、杀螺胺、四氯虫酰胺、氟啶虫酰胺、杀螟松、对硫磷、乐果、亚胺硫磷、杀虫双、白僵菌、绿僵菌中的一种或两种以上混合;所述杀菌剂活性成分包括但不限于井冈霉素、托布津中的一种或两种混合。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为月桂醇醚磷酸酯、月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠、月桂醇醚磷酸酯钾、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺或椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱中的一种或两种以上混合。
进一步的,所述助溶剂为乙腈、乙醇、丙酮、吐温、司班、异丙醇、甲苯、二甲苯、二氯甲烷、二甲基亚枫或乙酸乙酯中的一种或者多种。
进一步的,所述扩展性植物精油的扩展能力为1ml精油滴在水面上扩展形成大于5m2的油膜。
进一步的,所述扩展性植物精油为香茅油、玫瑰果油、薰衣草油、丁香油、薄荷油、松针油、桉叶油或艾叶油中的一种或两种以上混合。
进一步的,所述水溶膜在温度为4℃以上的水中完全溶解的时间为120~180s,所述水溶膜的抗拉强度在25Mpa以上,断裂伸长率在180%以上,直角撕裂抗力大于80KN/m。在本发明中,采用的水溶膜,属于绿色环保材料,既无毒也不会阻碍微生物的生长繁殖,可完全溶解。本发明优选用性能指标达到以上要求的水溶膜,基于以下几方面的考虑:在4℃以上水均能溶解,完全溶解的时间120-180s,溶解后的存留残渣越少越好,水质越清越好。抗拉强度要求在25Mpa以上,太小容易拉断。断裂伸长率要求在180%以上,少于则不柔软。直角撕裂抗力要求大于80KN/m。拉伸强度、张力等均等同或优于传统塑胶薄膜;且透明度高、光泽好;耐油耐溶性好、可热封和可印刷。
本发明的另一目的是提供所述的环保型农药手抛剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
制备油剂型农药:将配方量的农药活性成分、表面活性剂、助溶剂和扩展性植物精油混合均匀,制得油剂型农药。
注射密封:将油剂型农药注射进水溶性膜中,使用热封口机对水溶膜进行热封包装,制成环保型农药手抛剂。
进一步的,每个环保型农药手抛剂中油剂型农药的重量为18~25g。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
与现有常规包装的农药产品比较,本发明所提供的一种环保型农药手抛剂,施用方便,省工省时,使用成本低、不易产生抗性,同时又提高药物有效成分利用率。本发明的环保型农药手抛剂配方简单可行,无过多化学添加剂,手抛剂遇水即溶无残留,农药主要作用成分随扩展性植物精油的释放均匀地铺在水面上,使用方便,直接在田埂随手抛施到水田中即可,无接触污染和包装废弃物污染的产生。
具体有益效果体现在以下几方面:
(1)制备工艺简单,可批量生产。在助溶剂的作用下,通过将除草活性成分、杀虫活性成分或杀菌活性成分溶入扩展性植物精油中,适当的加入表面活性剂,然后用水溶膜进行封装即可。
(2)施药方式轻简化。与常规喷雾比较,本发明产品在使用过程中,操作简便,不需使用任何施药器械,施药时不需加水或拌土,每亩只需手抛10个20g的环保型农药手抛剂,确定了要抛施的地点后,每亩人工施药时间3-5分钟即可,而常规喷雾人工施药时间30-40分钟,使用本发明产品每亩可节省人力成本投入80%以上,比常规施药提高工效8-10倍,极大减轻施药劳动强度,是改变现有传统繁重施药方式一次重大改进和突破。
(3)提高农药活性成分的利用率,减少农药的使用量,提高实际防治效果。同样施药量下,手抛剂施药到达水稻基部的农药有效成分剂量远高于常规喷雾农药有效成分达到水稻基部的剂量,所以使用手抛剂可有效地提高农药活性成分的利用率,同时减少农药的使用量,提高实际防治效果。
(4)减少环境污染。本发明手抛剂在制备过程中,减少了除有效成分外的化学助剂的使用量,以及产品的包装的污染。在施药过程中不会产生药液漂移的现象,减少了施用农药对周围环境的污染。

下面将结合本发明实施例中,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。本领域普通人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,均属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1 23%扑草净的环保型农药手抛剂
一种环保型农药手抛剂,其包括水溶膜,所述水溶膜内包裹油剂型农药,所述水溶膜的厚度为30~80um,所述油剂型农药按质量百分数计包括以下组分:
扑草净23%,月桂醇醚磷酸酯1%,二甲基亚枫1%,吐温(T-80)0.5%,余量为香茅油。
所述环保型农药手抛剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将扑草净、吐温(T-80),二甲基亚砜、月桂醇醚磷酸酯、香茅油,按比例计量准确,搅拌混合均匀,直至完全溶解均匀透亮停止搅拌,即制得:23%扑草净油剂型农药,备用。
第二步:将第一步制备的23%扑草净油剂型农药静置30min后无沉淀形成后,取20g油剂型农药注射进水溶膜袋中,使用热封口机进行热封包装,即制得23%扑草净的环保型农药手抛剂。
本实施例中,水溶膜材料为聚乙烯醇水溶性薄膜,厚度为30um,抗拉强度25.7Mpa,断裂伸长率204%,直角撕裂抗力83KN/m。
实施例2 20%二甲四氯的环保型农药手抛剂
一种环保型农药手抛剂,其包括水溶膜,所述水溶膜内包裹油剂型农药,所述水溶膜的厚度为30~80um,所述油剂型农药按质量百分数计包括以下组分:
二甲四氯20%,椰油酸单乙醇酰胺1%,二甲苯1%,吐温(T-80)0.5%,余量为松针油。
所述环保型农药手抛剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将二甲四氯、二甲苯、吐温(T-80)、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、松针油,按比例计量准确,搅拌混合均匀,直至完全溶解均匀透亮停止搅拌,即制得:20%二甲四氯油剂型农药,备用。
第二步:将第一步制备的20%二甲四氯油剂型农药静置30min后无沉淀形成后,取20g油剂型农药注射进水溶膜袋中,使用热封口机进行热封包装,即制得20%二甲四氯的环保型农药手抛剂。

实施例3 10%氟啶虫胺腈的环保型农药手抛剂
一种环保型农药手抛剂,其包括水溶膜,所述水溶膜内包裹油剂型农药,所述水溶膜的厚度为30~80um,所述油剂型农药按质量百分数计包括以下组分:
氟啶虫胺腈10%,椰油酸单乙醇酰胺1%、丙酮1%、吐温(T-80)0.5%,余量为桉叶油。
所述环保型农药手抛剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将氟啶虫胺腈、吐温(T-80)、丙酮、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、余量为桉叶油,按比例计量准确,搅拌混合均匀,直至完全溶解均匀透亮停止搅拌,即制得10%氟啶虫胺腈油剂型农药,备用。
第二步:将第一步制备的10%氟啶虫胺腈油剂型农药静置30min后无沉淀形成后,将20g油剂型农药注射进水溶膜袋中,使用热封口机进行热封包装,即制的10%氟啶虫胺腈的环保型农药手抛剂。
本实施例中,水溶膜材料为聚乙烯醇水溶性薄膜,厚度为42um。抗拉强度29Mpa,断裂伸长率212%,直角撕裂抗力87KN/m。
实施例4 40%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐的环保型农药手抛剂
一种环保型农药手抛剂,其包括水溶膜,所述水溶膜内包裹油剂型农药,所述水溶膜的厚度为30~80um,所述油剂型农药按质量百分数计包括以下组分:
杀螺胺乙醇胺盐活性成分40%,月桂醇醚磷酸酯钾1%,甲苯1%,司班(司班60)0.5%,余量为艾叶油。
所述环保型农药手抛剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将杀螺胺乙醇胺盐、司班60、甲苯、月桂醇醚磷酸酯钾、余量为艾叶油,按比例计量准确,搅拌混合均匀,直至完全溶解均匀透亮停止搅拌,即制得40%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐油剂型农药,备用。
第二步:将第一步制备的40%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐油剂型农药静置30min后无沉淀形成后,取20g油剂型农药注射进水溶膜袋中,使用热封口机进行水溶膜进行封口包装,即制40%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐的环保型农药手抛剂。
本实施例中,水溶膜材料为聚乙烯醇水溶性薄膜,厚度为32um。抗拉强度25Mpa,断裂伸长率185%,直角撕裂抗力82KN/m。
实施例5 25%吡虫啉的环保型手抛剂
一种环保型农药手抛剂,其包括水溶膜,所述水溶膜内包裹油剂型农药,所述水溶膜的厚度为30~80um,所述油剂型农药按质量百分数计包括以下组分:
吡虫啉25%,椰油酸单乙醇酰胺1%,二甲基亚枫1%,吐温(T-80)0.5%,余量为薰衣草油。
所述环保型农药手抛剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将吡虫啉、二甲基亚枫、吐温(T-80)、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、薰衣草油,按比例计量准确,搅拌混合均匀,直至完全溶解均匀透亮停止搅拌,即制得25%吡虫啉油剂型农药,备用。
第二步:将第一步制备的25%吡虫啉油剂型农药静置30min后无沉淀形成后,将20g油剂注射进水溶膜袋中,使用热封口机进行水溶膜封口包装,即制25%吡虫啉的环保型农药手抛剂。
本实施例中,水溶膜材料为聚乙烯醇水溶性薄膜,厚度为31um。抗拉强度25Mpa,断裂伸长率182%,直角撕裂抗力80KN/m。
实施例6 30%敌瘟磷的环保型农药手抛剂
一种环保型农药手抛剂,其包括水溶膜,所述水溶膜内包裹油剂型农药,所述水溶膜的厚度为30~80um,所述油剂型农药按质量百分数计包括以下组分:
敌瘟磷30%,椰油酸单乙醇酰胺1%,乙酸乙酯1%,吐温(T-80)0.5%,余量为玫瑰果油。
所述环保型农药手抛剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将敌瘟磷、乙酸乙酯、吐温(T-80)、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、玫瑰果油,按比例计量准确,搅拌混合均匀,直至完全溶解均匀透亮停止搅拌,即制得30%敌瘟磷油剂型农药,备用。
第二步:将第一步制备的30%敌瘟磷油剂型农药静置30min后无沉淀形成后,将20g油剂型农药注射进水溶膜袋中,使用热封口机进行水溶膜包装,即制的30%敌瘟磷的环保型农药手抛剂。
本实施例中,水溶膜材料为聚乙烯醇水溶性薄膜,厚度为35um。抗拉强度26Mpa,断裂伸长率182%,直角撕裂抗力84KN/m。
实施例7 1.5%氯虫苯甲酰胺的环保型农药手抛剂
一种环保型农药手抛剂,其包括水溶膜,所述水溶膜内包裹油剂型农药,所述水溶膜的厚度为30~80um,所述油剂型农药按质量百分数计包括以下组分:
氯虫苯甲酰胺1.5%,月桂醇醚磷酸酯1%,二甲苯1%,吐温(T-80)0.5%,余量为丁香油。
所述环保型农药手抛剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将氯虫苯甲酰胺、二甲苯、吐温(T-80)、月桂醇醚磷酸酯、丁香油,按比例计量准确,搅拌混合均匀,直至完全溶解均匀透亮停止搅拌,即制得1.5%氯虫苯甲酰胺油剂,备用。
第二步:将第一步制备的1.5%氯虫苯甲酰胺油剂型农药静置30min后无沉淀形成后,将20g油剂注射进水溶膜袋中,使用热封口机进行水溶膜包装,即制得1.5%氯虫苯甲酰胺的环保型农药手抛剂。
本实施例中,水溶膜材料为聚乙烯醇水溶性薄膜,厚度为35um。抗拉强度27Mpa,断裂伸长率187%,直角撕裂抗力85KN/m。
性能测试:
(一)水溶膜溶解性能和药膜面积的测定
以实施例1~7制备的环保型农药手抛剂为试验对象,测定其水中溶解性。检测方法:将手抛剂(20g/袋)投入稻田指定位置,记录开始溶解时间和完全溶解时间。手抛剂投入指定位置30min后,在油膜边缘进行标记,以抛入点为中心测量中心点到标记点的距离作为半径r,计算油膜面积。检测结果如表1所示:

(二)扑草净的环保型农药手抛剂大田实验
以本发明实施例1制备的23%扑草净的环保型农药手抛剂为试验药剂在机插秧水稻田进行除草药效试验。
施药方法:在移栽水稻田秧苗活棵后,在杂草较多的田块,在田埂上将实施例1制备的23%扑草净的环保型农药手抛剂(20g/个)均匀的抛撒在机插秧水稻田中,每亩均匀抛撒10-20处,制剂推荐用药量60-80克/亩,施药时水田保持水层高于5cm,施药后保水7天。试验设5个剂量,3次重复,并以扑草净可湿性粉剂为对照药剂,对照处理为清水处理。
调查方法:于药后15天调查本发明药剂的除草效果。按照以下公式计算处理后的鲜重防效效果:

从表2试验结果中可以看出,实施例1获得的扑草净手抛剂,在有效成分用量为60克/亩及其以上剂量时,对水稻田杂草的防效明显优于对照药剂(编号2),扑草净的环保型农药手抛剂药不仅提高了药效,还减少了扑草净的用药量。
(三)二甲四氯的环保型农药手抛剂模拟田间试验
以本发明实施例2制备的20%二甲四氯的环保型农药手抛剂为试验药剂在模拟田间环境进行防除水葫芦药效试验。
施药方法:将水葫芦置于驯养池培养1周后,根据面积计算用药量,在田埂上将实施例2制备的20%二甲四氯的环保型农药手抛剂(20g/个)抛撒在驯养池中,施药时水田保持水层高于20cm,施药后保水7天。试验以二甲四氯水剂为对照药剂,并设置3个重复。
试验调查过程中,叶片采用分级统计法进行统计,枯叶分级标准如下:
0级:全叶绿色;
1级:绿色面积占叶(叶柄)面积80%以上;
2级:绿色面积占叶(叶柄)面积60-79%;
3级:绿色面积占叶(叶柄)面积40-59%;
4级:绿色面积占叶(叶柄)面积20-39%;
5级:绿色面积占叶(叶柄)面积19%以下。
主要计算公式如下:

在同等剂量下,二甲四氯处理1天后,喷雾的防效比手抛剂对水葫芦的防治效果好,但是从施药后5天之后的结果来看,明显是手抛剂对水葫芦的防治效果优于喷雾处理。
(四)氟啶虫胺腈的环保型农药手抛剂大田实验
以本发明实施例3制备的10%氟啶虫胺腈的环保型农药手抛剂为试验药剂在水稻田进行稻飞虱杀虫剂药效试验。
施药方法:在移栽水稻田秧苗活棵后,在杂草较多的田块,在田埂上将实施例制备的10%氟啶虫胺腈的环保型农药手抛剂(20g/个)均匀的抛撒在机插秧水稻田中,每亩均匀抛撒10-20处,制剂推荐用药量5克/亩(有效成分),施药时水田保持水层高于5cm,施药后保水7天。试验设以氟啶虫胺腈悬浮液为对照药剂,每种处理重复3次。
调查方法:通过轻拍或轻摇水稻植株,统计药前和药后1、5、10、15、20天掉落在水面稻飞虱数量来计算虫口减退率,按照以下公式计算个处理的药剂防效::

在处理1天后,与10%氟啶虫胺腈手抛剂相比,悬浮剂对稻飞虱的杀虫效果更好。氟啶虫胺腈是一种高效的内吸性杀虫剂。氟啶虫胺腈的手抛剂靶向水稻茎秆上的释放,加上精油的熏蒸作用和精油促进药剂吸收的作用,在药剂处理后5天,10天,15天和21天后,与氟啶虫胺腈悬浮液相比,氟啶虫胺腈手抛剂对稻飞虱的杀虫效果更好。
(五)40%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐的环保型农药手抛剂大田实验
以本发明实施例4制备的40%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐的环保型农药手抛剂为试验药剂在水稻田进行福寿螺杀虫剂药效试验。
施药方法:在移栽水稻田秧苗活棵后,在田埂上将实施例制备的40%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐的环保型农药手抛剂(20g/个)均匀的抛撒在机插秧水稻田中,每亩均匀抛撒10-20处,制剂推荐用药量60克/亩(有效成分),施药时水田保持水层3-4cm,施药后保水7天。试验以杀螺胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂为对照药剂,每种处理重复3次。
调查方法:施药后2天、4天、8天、15天在小区外分别检查一次小区内可见的活死螺数,药后15天找出所有放养的螺,检查活死螺数,防效计算公式如下:

从表5结果分析,试验药剂40%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐手抛剂有效控制水稻福寿螺为害,施药后8天内便可杀死大部分的福寿螺,相比之下杀螺胺乙醇胺盐的手抛剂比杀螺胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂对稻田福寿螺的防治效果好。
以上所述为本发明的较佳实施例而已,但本发明不应局限于该实施例所公开的内容,所以凡是不脱离本发明所公开的精神下完成的等效或修改,都落入本发明保护的范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种环保型农药手抛剂,其特征在于:由水溶膜内包裹油剂型农药构成,所述油剂型农药按质量百分数计由以下组分构成:
二甲四氯20%,椰油酸单乙醇酰胺1%,二甲苯1%,吐温T-80 0.5%,余量为松针油;
所述环保型农药手抛剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将二甲四氯、二甲苯、吐温T-80、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、松针油, 按比例计量准确,搅拌混合均匀,直至完全溶解均匀透亮停止搅拌,即制得:20% 二甲四氯油剂型农药,备用;
第二步:将第一步制备的20%二甲四氯油剂型农药静置30min后无沉淀形成 后,取20g油剂型农药注射进水溶膜袋中,使用热封口机进行热封包装,即制得 20%二甲四氯的环保型农药手抛剂;
水溶膜材料为聚乙烯醇缩乙醛水溶性薄膜,厚度为33μm;抗拉强度26.2Mpa,断裂伸长率196%,直角撕裂抗力81KN/m。

第二步:将第一步制备的30%敌瘟磷油剂型农药静置30min后无沉淀形成后, 将20g油剂型农药注射进水溶膜袋中,使用热封口机进行水溶膜包装,即制的30% 敌瘟磷的环保型农药手抛剂;
水溶膜材料为聚乙烯醇水溶性薄膜,厚度为35μm;抗拉强度 26Mpa,断裂伸长率182%,直角撕裂抗力84KN/m。
