Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the storage device 010 further includes a first flap 200, the first panel 110 is connected to the first flap 200, when the first panel 110 and the second panel 120 are folded along the first folding line 132, the first flap 200 is configured to be flipped about a first set axis 141 relative to the first panel 110 to overlap a surface of the second panel 120 to close the storage opening 131, or the first flap 200 is configured to be flipped about the first set axis 141 relative to the first panel 110 to extend from the storage opening 131 into the storage cavity 130. The storage device 010 further includes at least one first safety managing means 210, and the first safety managing means 210 is adapted to connect the first flap 200 to the second panel 120 when the first flap 200 is overlapped on the surface of the second panel 120 and closes the storage opening 131, i.e., to close the storage opening 131 with the first flap 200 or to disconnect the first flap 200 from the second panel 120 so that the storage opening 131 can be opened. Thus, when the article is placed in the storage cavity 130 and stored by the storage device 010, the first flap 200 may be inserted into the storage cavity 130 such that the first flap 200 is sandwiched between the second plate 120 and the article or the first flap 200 is sandwiched between the first plate 110 and the article, or the first flap 200 may be turned around the first set axis 141 such that the first flap 200 overlaps the surface of the second plate 120, and the first flap 200 is connected to the second plate 120 by the first security management mechanism 210, so as to prevent the article placed in the storage cavity 130 from accidentally falling out of the storage opening 131; when it is desired to remove the article from the storage cavity 130, the first flap 200 is disconnected from the second panel 120 by the first security management mechanism 210 such that the first flap 200 can rotate about the first set axis 141 to open the storage opening 131.
The first flap 200 is turned around the first set axis 141 with respect to the first panel 110 to be overlapped on the surface of the second panel 120 to close the storage opening 131, and means: the first flap 200 is adapted to be flipped about a first set axis 141 relative to the first panel 110 to overlap a surface of the second panel 120 facing away from the first panel 110 to close the storage opening 131.
The first flap 200 is attached to the surface of the second panel 120, and the first flap 200 is connected to the second panel 120 by the first safety managing mechanism 210, so that the stability of attaching the first flap 200 to the second panel 120 is improved, the first flap 200 can be surely closed from the storage opening 131, and the reliability of storing articles can be effectively improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the second panel 120 is provided with a second safety managing mechanism 220, and the second safety managing mechanism 220 is used for connecting the second panel 120 with the first flap 200 to close the storage opening 131 when the first flap 200 is inserted into the storage cavity 130; with this arrangement, when the storage device 010 is used to store articles and the storage opening 131 needs to be closed, the first security management mechanism 210 or the second security management mechanism 220 can be selected to close the storage opening 131 as needed.
In this embodiment, when the storage device 010 is used to store an article for the first time and the storage opening 131 needs to be closed, the first flap 200 may be turned over in the forward direction and inserted into the storage cavity 130 from the storage opening 131, the first flap 200 is clamped between the second plate 120 and the article in the storage cavity 130, and the second security management mechanism 220 is used to connect the first flap 200 and the second plate 120, so that the storage opening 131 is closed by the second plate 120 and the first flap 200; when it is desired to remove an article, the second security management mechanism 220 can be broken such that the first flap 200 is disconnected from the second panel 120, and the first flap 200 can be reversed such that the first flap 200 is removed from the storage cavity 130, i.e., the article in the storage cavity 130 can be removed from the storage opening 131. When the article is stored for the second time by using the storage device 010 and the storage opening 131 needs to be closed, the first flap 200 may be turned over in the forward direction and overlapped on the surface of the second panel 120, and the first flap 200 and the second panel 120 are connected by the first security management mechanism 210, so that the storage opening 131 is closed by the first flap 200; when the article needs to be removed, the first security management mechanism 210 can be broken, so that the first flap 200 is disconnected from the second panel 120, and the storage opening 131 can be opened by reversely turning the first flap 200, so that the article in the storage cavity 130 can be removed from the storage opening 131.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, when the storage device 010 is used to store an article for the first time and it is desired to close the storage opening 131, the first flap 200 may be flipped over and lapped over the surface of the second panel 120, and the first flap 200 and the second panel 120 are connected by the first security management mechanism 210, such that the storage opening 131 is closed by the first flap 200; when it is desired to remove an article, the first security management mechanism 210 can be broken such that the first flap 200 is disconnected from the second panel 120 and the storage opening 131 can be opened by reversing the first flap 200, so that the article in the storage cavity 130 can be removed from the storage opening 131. When the storage device 010 is used for storing articles for the second time and the storage opening 131 needs to be closed, the first flap 200 can be turned over in the forward direction and inserted into the storage cavity 130 from the storage opening 131, the first flap 200 is clamped between the second plate 120 and the articles in the storage cavity 130, and the second safety management mechanism 220 is used for connecting the first flap 200 and the second plate 120, so that the storage opening 131 is closed by the second plate 120 and the first flap 200 together; when it is desired to remove an article, the second security management mechanism 220 can be broken to disconnect the first flap 200 from the second panel 120, and the first flap 200 can be reversed to remove the first flap 200 from the storage cavity 130, i.e., the article in the storage cavity 130 can be removed from the storage opening 131.
The envelope provided by the related art generally requires a structure for adhesion at the storage port 131 so that the storage port 131 of the envelope is sealed by adhesion; in the opening process, the edge of the envelope needs to be cut by using a cutter or the envelope needs to be torn open by force to take out the articles stored in the envelope, and after each envelope is unsealed and taken out, the envelope does not have a structure of being bonded again to close the storage opening 131, so that the envelope provided by the related technology is short in service life, difficult to reuse after being unsealed once, and poor in environmental protection. The storage device 010 provided by the present application can use the first security management mechanism 210 or the second security management mechanism 220 to seal the storage port 131, that is, one storage body 100 can use the first security management mechanism 210 and the second security management mechanism 220 to seal the storage port 131 at least twice, so that the service life of each storage device 010 is prolonged, and the storage device 010 is convenient to reuse, and the environmental protection performance is improved.
Optionally, in other embodiments, the second security management mechanism 220 is configured to connect the first panel 110 adjacent the storage opening 131 to the second panel 120 adjacent the storage opening 131 when the first flap 200 is overlapped on the surface of the second panel 120 to close the storage opening 131. With such an arrangement, when the article is stored for the first time and the storage opening 131 needs to be closed, the storage opening 131 can be closed by the first security management mechanism 210, and when the article is stored for the second time and the storage opening 131 needs to be closed, the storage opening 131 can be closed by the second security management mechanism 220; or when the article is stored for the first time and the storage port 131 needs to be closed, the storage port 131 is closed by using the second safety management mechanism 220, and when the article is stored for the second time and the storage port 131 needs to be closed, the storage port 131 is closed by using the first safety management mechanism 210; in this way, the storage device 010 can be used to store the articles at least twice reliably, so as to prolong the service life of the storage device 010, facilitate repeated use and improve environmental protection.
The number of the first security administration mechanisms 210 may be selected as needed, and the number of times the storage device 010 is used for reuse is increased as the number of the first security administration mechanisms 210 is increased. Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment, the storage device 010 includes three sets of first security authorities 210; thus, the storage device 010 stores the articles and the number of times of the safe storage closing the storage opening 131 is four, wherein one time of the safe storage is realized by the second safety managing mechanism 220 connecting the second panel 120 and the first flap 200 to close the storage opening 131, and the other three times of the safe storage is realized by the first safety managing mechanism 210 connecting the second panel 120 and the first flap 200 to close the storage opening 131. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of groups of the first security management entity 210 may be one group (as shown in fig. 1), two groups, four groups, etc., and is not limited in particular.
In another embodiment, the second board 120 is not provided with the second security management mechanism 220, and in order to prolong the service life of the storage device 010, the storage device 010 includes at least two sets of the first security management mechanisms 210, and each time the storage device 010 stores an article and closes the storage opening 131, the first flap 200 and the second board 120 are connected by one set of the first security management mechanisms 210 to close the storage opening 131.
Referring to fig. 2, the first security management mechanism 210 of the present embodiment includes a first self-adhesive component 211 and a first security inspection portion 212, the first security inspection portion 212 is disposed on the first flap 200, and the first self-adhesive component 211 is disposed on the first flap 200 through the first security inspection portion 212, the first self-adhesive component 211 is used for connecting the first flap 200 and the second board 120, so that the storage opening 131 is closed; the first safety inspection part 212 is used to disconnect the first flap 200 from the second panel 120 so that the storage port 131 can be opened; the first self-adhesive assembly 211 and the first security inspection portion 212 are sequentially arranged along a preset direction, wherein the preset direction is disposed at an angle with the first set axis 141. With such an arrangement, when the storage opening 131 is opened by turning over the first flap 200 connected to the second panel 120, the connection between the first flap 200 and the second panel 120 can be disconnected by merely destroying the structure of the first security inspection part 212, so that the first flap 200 can rotate freely around the first set axis 141 to be turned over to open the storage opening 131, and the structure of the storage body 100 cannot be destroyed, so that the storage body 100 can be reused for storing articles next time.
It should be understood that in other embodiments, the first self-adhesive assembly 211 is disposed on the second panel 120, the first security check portion 212 is disposed on the first flap 200, the first self-adhesive assembly 211 is used to connect the first flap 200 and the second panel 120 when the first flap 200 is overlapped on the surface of the second panel 120, so that the storage opening 131 is closed, i.e., when the first flap 200 is overlapped on the surface of the second panel 120, the first self-adhesive assembly 211 is connected with the first flap 200 through the first security check portion 212; the first safety inspection part 212 serves to disconnect the first flap 200 from the second panel 120 so that the storage port 131 can be opened. With this arrangement, when the storage opening 131 is opened by turning over the first flap 200 connected to the second panel 120, the first flap 200 and the second panel 120 can be disconnected by breaking the structure of the first security inspection part 212, so that the first flap 200 can rotate freely around the first set axis 141 to be turned over to open the storage opening 131, and the structure of the storage body 100 is not broken, so that the storage body 100 can be reused for storing articles next time.
It should be noted that the preset direction of the present embodiment is perpendicular to the first setting axis 141, that is, the included angle between the preset direction and the first setting axis 141 is 90 °. Of course, in other embodiments, the angle between the preset direction and the first setting axis 141 may also be 88 °, 93 °, and the like, and is not limited in particular.
It should be noted that, when the number of the first safety management mechanisms 210 is greater than or equal to two, all the first safety management mechanisms 210 are sequentially arranged along the preset direction, one of the first safety management mechanisms 210 is closest to the first set axis 141, the first safety inspection part 212 closest to the first set axis 141 is directly connected to the first flap 200, and the first safety inspection parts 212 of the remaining first safety management mechanisms 210 are disposed on the first flap 200 through the first safety inspection part 212 of another first safety management mechanism 210 closer to the first set axis 141, for example: in the three sets of first safety management mechanisms 210 of the present embodiment, the first safety inspection part 212 of the No. 2 first safety management mechanism 210 is directly connected to the first flap 200 from the set distant from the first setting axis 141 to the set close to the first setting axis 141, which is designated by 1, 2, and 3,3 in this order, the first safety inspection part 212 of the No. 2 first safety management mechanism 210 is connected to the first flap 200 through the first safety inspection part 212 of the No. 3 first safety management mechanism 210, and the first safety inspection part 212 of the No. 1 first safety management mechanism 210 is connected to the first flap 200 through the first safety inspection part 212 of the No. 2 first safety management mechanism 210. The order of connecting the first flap 200 and the second panel 120 using the first safety managing means 210 may be such that the first safety managing means 210 located farthest from the first set axis 141 is used first, and then the next first safety managing means 210 located relatively previous to the first set axis 141 is used in sequence; in this way, when the first security check unit 212 of the previous first security management mechanism 210 is broken to disconnect the first flap 200 and the second panel 120, the storage device 010 can be reused while avoiding damage to the next first security management mechanism 210 and ensuring that the other first security management mechanisms 210 are not damaged; referring to fig. 4-8, for example: the storage device 010 of this embodiment uses three sets of the first security management mechanisms 210 in the order of using the first security management mechanism 210 No. 1, then using the first security management mechanism 210 No. 2, and finally using the first security management mechanism 210 No. 3, so that when the first security management mechanism 210 No. 1 is used and the first security inspection part 212 of the first security management mechanism 210 No. 1 is damaged, the first security management mechanism 210 No. 2 and the first security management mechanism 210 No. 3 are still intact, and the storage device 010 can be reused.
Referring to fig. 2, the first self-adhesive component 211 of the present embodiment includes a self-adhesive tape 214 and a protection layer 215 detachably covering the self-adhesive tape 214, a side of the self-adhesive tape 214 away from the protection layer 215 is bonded to the first security inspection portion 212, and the first security inspection portion 212 is connected to the first flap 200, so that the self-adhesive tape 214 and the covering self-adhesive tape 214 are disposed on the first flap 200 through the first security inspection portion 212; when the first flap 200 is overlapped on the surface of the second board 120 and the first flap 200 is connected to the second board 120 by using the first self-adhesive component 211, the protective layer 215 can be torn off, and then the side of the self-adhesive tape 214 away from the first security inspection part 212 is adhered to the second board 120, so that the first flap 200 can be connected to the second board 120; breaking the first security inspection portion 212 disconnects the first flap 200 from the second panel 120 so that the first flap 200 can be flipped over freely about the first set axis 141. The protective layer 215 may be used to cover the side of the self-sealing adhesive tape 214 away from the first safety inspection portion 212 to protect the self-sealing adhesive tape 214 when the first flap 200 is not required to be adhered to the second board 120 by the self-sealing adhesive tape 214.
Optionally, in other embodiments, the side of the self-sealing adhesive tape 214 facing away from the protective layer 215 is adhered to the surface of the second panel 120, and the first security check portion 212 is connected to the first flap 200; when the first flap 200 is overlapped on the surface of the second board 120 and the first flap 200 is connected with the second board 120 by using the first self-adhesive component 211, the protective layer 215 can be torn off, and then the side of the self-adhesive tape 214 departing from the second board 120 is connected with the first security check part 212, so that the first flap 200 can be connected with the second board 120; breaking the first security inspection portion 212 disconnects the first flap 200 from the second panel 120 so that the first flap 200 can be flipped over freely about the first set axis 141.
Referring to fig. 2, the first safety inspection portion 212 of the present embodiment includes an inspection portion main body 216 and a connection portion 217, the self-sealing adhesive tape 214 is connected to the connection portion 217, and the inspection portion main body 216 is used for connecting the connection portion 217 to the first flap 200; the inspection portion main body 216 of the first safety inspection portion 212 closest to the first set axis 141 is directly connected to the first folding wing 200, the inspection portion main body 216 of the first safety inspection portion 212 farther from the first set axis 141 is connected to the first folding wing 200 through the previous connecting portion 217 of the first safety inspection portion 212 closer to the first set axis 141, the inspection portion main body 216 of the first safety inspection portion 212 of the No. 3 first safety management mechanism 210 of this embodiment is directly connected to the first folding wing 200, the inspection portion main body 216 of the first safety inspection portion 212 of the No. 2 first safety management mechanism 210 is connected to the connecting portion 217 of the first safety inspection portion 212 of the No. 3 first safety management mechanism 210, the inspection portion main body 216 of the first safety inspection portion 212 of the No. 1 first safety management mechanism 210 is connected to the connecting portion 217 of the first safety inspection portion 212 of the No. 2 first safety management mechanism 210, and the arrangement manner of the first safety inspection portions 212 having other numbers of the first safety management mechanisms 210 is similar to that is described in this embodiment.
Optionally, the self-sealing adhesive tape 214 adhered to the connecting portion 217 and the inspection portion body 216 are distributed at intervals along a preset direction; with this arrangement, it is more convenient to separately break the structure of the inspection portion main body 216 when the self-sealing adhesive tape 214 connects the first flap 200 and the second panel 120, so that the connection between the first flap 200 and the second panel 120 is broken, and the structure of the storage main body 100 is reliably prevented from being broken, so that the storage main body 100 can be reused.
Alternatively, the distance between the self-sealing adhesive tape 214 adhered to the connecting portion 217 and the inspection portion body 216 may be 1mm,1.5mm,1.2mm, or the like, and is not particularly limited herein.
Optionally, referring to fig. 9, the inspection portion body 216 is a connection strip, and the connection strip is connected to the connection portion 217 and/or the first flap 200 in a breaking-point manner; taking the connection strip and the connection portion 217 as an example, the breakpoint connection means: along the length extension direction of the first setting axis 141, the connection part of the connecting strip and the connecting part 217 is provided with a plurality of through holes or openings which are distributed at intervals and are not connected, namely, the connection part of the connecting strip and the connecting part 217 is not completely connected along the extension direction of the connection part of the connecting strip and the connecting part; the use of a break-point connection allows the connecting strip and the connecting portion 217 to be easily disconnected by an external force.
The first flap 200 of the present embodiment is exemplified by being provided with three sets of the first safety management mechanisms 210. In the present embodiment, one side of the inspection portion main body 216 of the No. 3 first safety management mechanism 210 is connected to the first flap 200 in a breaking point manner, and the other side of the inspection portion main body 216 of the No. 3 first safety management mechanism 210 is connected to the connection portion 217 of the No. 3 first safety management mechanism 210 in a breaking point manner, so that the connection strip as the inspection portion main body 216 is easily disconnected from the first flap 200 and the connection portion 217 of the No. 3 first safety management mechanism 210 by being torn off by an external force, so that the connection between the first flap 200 and the connection portion 217 and the connection of the first self-adhesive member 211 adhered to the connection portion 217 are disconnected, and if the first self-adhesive member 211 is also adhered to the second plate 120, the connection between the first flap 200 and the second plate 120 is disconnected when the connection between the inspection portion main body 216 and both the first flap 200 and the connection portion 217 is disconnected. Similarly, one side of the inspection part main body 216 of the No. 2 first safety management mechanism 210 is connected to the connection part 217 of the No. 3 first safety management mechanism 210 in a breakpoint manner, the other side of the inspection part main body 216 of the No. 2 first safety management mechanism 210 is connected to the connection part 217 of the No. 2 first safety management mechanism 210 in a breakpoint manner, one side of the inspection part main body 216 of the No. 1 first safety management mechanism 210 is connected to the connection part 217 of the No. 2 first safety management mechanism 210 in a breakpoint manner, and the other side of the inspection part main body 216 of the No. 1 first safety management mechanism 210 is connected to the connection part 217 of the No. 1 first safety management mechanism 210 in a breakpoint manner; the operation principle of the inspection unit main body 216 of the first security management mechanism 210 nos. 1 and 2 is similar to that of the inspection unit main body 216 of the first security management mechanism 210 No. 3, and is not described herein again.
Alternatively, the connecting strip as the inspection part body 216 may have a zigzag shape, which can prevent the inspection part body 216 from being accidentally disconnected from the connecting part 217 or the first flap 200 when no external force is applied to the inspection part body 216 to tear the inspection part, and can make the inspection part body 216 easily torn to be disconnected from the first flap 200 or the connecting part 217 by an external force.
