Abstract
一种超声设备(100,200)及其成像方法,超声设备(100,200)包括:超声探头(101,201)、发射接收控制器(102,202)、回波信号处理器(104,204)、数据处理器(105,205)和显示装置(106,206)。其中,回波信号处理器(104,204),用于根据回波信号的用途进行不同的回波处理,其中对用于超声成像的第一回波信号进行以提升图像质量为目的的增益补偿,对用于计算肝的定量参数的第二回波信号进行以保留原始信息为目的的增益补偿;数据处理器(105,205),用于根据处理后的第一回波信号生成超声图像,根据处理后的第二回波信号计算肝的定量参数,并输出超声图像和定量参数。本超声设备(100,200),通过将超声图像和定量参数相结合,可降低医生经验及主观感受的影响,提高脂肪肝的诊断准确率。
