The video conference service platform comprises a conference group distribution module, an identity authentication module, a grading management module, a speech right distribution module and a scheduling module; and the conference group allocation module establishes an application for allocating a conference group for the participating device according to the conference group of the participating device and allocates a corresponding conference group number, and meanwhile, the participating device management can be carried out, and the corresponding participating device is bound to the conference group and used as a default conference group of the participating device. In the invention, because the mobile communication has unstable condition, the connection between the participating equipment and the video conference service platform is possible to be disconnected, after the disconnection is recovered, the participating equipment is automatically reconnected with the video conference service platform and automatically rejoins the corresponding group of the conference without manual intervention of system control personnel.
The invention is suitable for meeting equipment in different forms such as high-definition mobile video equipment, smart phone terminals, computer clients and the like, the number of the meeting equipment is not limited, and the usability and maintainability of the system are improved.
