本发明涉及一种发热控制装置技术领域,尤其是指一种用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置。
背景技术
电暖产品(如电暖被、电热毯、热敷带等等)是寒冷冬天中的必备用品。目前市场上电暖产品的控制器很难让快充电源快速识别从而很难对发热负载快速充电(更高的直流电压),导致发热时间长和发热效率低。还有,现有快充电源在工作一段时间后,则会进入睡眠状态,导致没有输出电流。
因此,本发明专利申请中,申请人精心研究了一种用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术所存在不足,主要目的在于提供一种用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置,其在握手成功后使得快充电源对发热负载实现快充,缩短发热时间,进而提高发热效率;而且,自主操作按键即可唤醒快充电源继续工作,避免快充电源进入睡眠状态,唤醒过程自主操作,灵活性强。
为实现上述之目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置,包括有用于按键唤醒快充电源的按键唤醒电路、支持QC快充协议的主控电路、用于给主控电路供电的电源供电电路、用于与快充电源进行配对连接的TYPE-C接口以及用于与发热负载连接的输出控制电路,所述主控电路分别连接输出控制电路和按键唤醒电路;
所述TYPE-C接口具有引脚IN+、引脚IN-、引脚D+、引脚D-以及引脚OUT1-,所述引脚IN+通过按键唤醒电路连接电源供电电路,所述引脚IN-接地,所述引脚D+和引脚D-连接主控电路以与快充电源完成QC快充协议的握手通讯,所述引脚OUT1-连接输出控制电路以在握手通讯状态下对发热负载快充。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1和图2所示,一种用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源70型发热控制装置,包括有用于按键唤醒快充电源70的按键唤醒电路20、支持QC快充协议的主控电路10、用于给主控电路10供电的电源供电电路30、用于与快充电源70进行配对连接的TYPE-C接口40以及用于与发热负载50连接的输出控制电路60,所述主控电路10分别连接输出控制电路60和按键唤醒电路20;
在本实施例中,快充电源70可以为支持快充协议的充电宝或充电器,当然也可以为其他TYPE-C快充电源70,在此不作限定。所述发热负载50可以为发热丝,当然也可以为其他发热负载50,在此不作限定。
所述TYPE-C接口40具有引脚IN+、引脚IN-、引脚D+、引脚D-、引脚OUT1-以及引脚OUT2-,所述引脚IN+通过按键唤醒电路20连接电源供电电路30,所述引脚IN-接地,所述引脚D+和引脚D-连接主控电路10以与快充电源70完成QC快充协议的握手通讯。在本实施例中,所述发热负载50设置有两个,相应地,所述引脚OUT1-和引脚OUT2-分别连接输出控制电路60以在握手通讯状态下分别输出20V直流电压至相应发热负载50完成对相应发热负载50快充。
在本实施例中,所述主控电路10包括有支持QC快充协议(例如QC2.0协议、QC3.0协议以及QC4.0协议)的主控芯片U1,所述主控芯片U1具有主控引脚1至主控引脚16;
主控引脚4和主控引脚5分别连接输出控制电路60,主控引脚9连接电源供电电路30,主控引脚14连接TYPE-C接口40的引脚D-,主控引脚15连接TYPE-C接口40的引脚D+。
在本实施例中,所述输出控制电路60包括有第一输出控制电路61和第二输出控制电路62;
所述第一输出控制电路61包括有电阻R13、电阻R8以及MOS管Q1,所述主控电路10的主控引脚4通过电阻R13连接MOS管Q1的栅极,MOS管Q1的栅极通过电阻R8连接MOS管Q1的源极,MOS管Q1的源极接地,MOS管Q1的漏极连接引脚OUT1-;
所述第二输出控制电路62包括有电阻R7、电阻R14以及MOS管Q2,所述主控电路10的主控引脚5通过电阻R7连接MOS管Q2的栅极,MOS管Q2的栅极通过电阻R14连接MOS管Q2的源极,MOS管Q2的源极接地,MOS管Q2的漏极连接引脚OUT2-。
在本实施例中,所述按键唤醒电路20包括有按键S1、二极管D6、二极管D7、电阻R11、电阻R12、电阻R17、电阻R18、电容C1、MOS管Q4以及三极管Q3;
二极管D7的阴极和二极管D6的阴极共同通过按键S1接地,所述主控电路10的主控引脚10连接二极管D7的阳极,二极管D6的阳极通过电阻R12连接三极管Q3的集电极,二极管D6的阳极还连接MOS管Q4的栅极;
MOS管Q4的栅极通过电容C1接地,所述引脚IN+连接MOS管Q4的源极,MOS管Q4的源极和MOS管Q4的栅极之间通过电阻R11连接,MOS管Q4的漏极连接下述电源供电电路30的稳压引脚2;所述主控电路10的主控引脚3通过电阻R17连接三极管Q3的基极,三极管Q3的发射极接地,三极管Q3的基极和其发射极之间通过电阻R18连接。
在本实施例中,为了更方便进行按键唤醒,所述按键唤醒电路20还包括有按键S2、二极管D4以及二极管D5;二极管D4的阴极和二极管D5的阴极共同通过按键S2接地,所述主控电路10的主控引脚1连接二极管D5的阳极,二极管D4的阳极连接二极管D6的阳极。
由于TYPE-C接口40长时间插在充电宝上待机,导致充电宝没有输出而睡眠。在本实施例中,无论按下按键S1或按键S2,都可以模拟一次TYPE-C接口40的插入来唤醒充电宝。接下来,以按下按键S1为例进行原理说明:
当按下按键S1后,按键S1瞬间接地,MOS管Q4一瞬间被导通,主控芯片U1即刻启动,持续给一个信号触发给MOS管Q4以维持MOS管Q4的导通,让主控芯片U1持续有电,继而触发MOS管Q1和MOS管Q2导通来给发热负载50继续快充。
所述电源供电电路30包括有三端稳压器U3、电容C4、电容C5、电容C6、电容C7以及二极管D1;
所述三端稳压器U3具有稳压引脚1至稳压引脚3,所述稳压引脚1接地,所述引脚IN+连接二极管D1的正极,二极管D1的负极连接稳压引脚2,所述稳压引脚2通过电容C5连接稳压引脚1,所述电容C7并联于电容C5的两端;稳压引脚3输出3.3V直流电压至主控电路10的主控引脚9,稳压引脚3通过电容C6连接稳压引脚1,所述电容C4并联于电容C6的两端。
还包括有防浪涌电路81、状态指示灯电路90以及用于检测引脚IN+和引脚IN-之间电压的过压检测电路82;
所述引脚IN+通过防浪涌电路81连接电源供电电路30的稳压引脚2,优选地,所述防浪涌电路81包括有二极管D2,二极管D2的一端连接引脚IN+,二极管D2的另一端接地。
其中,TVS(Transient Voltage Suppressor)二极管,又称为瞬态抑制二极管,是普遍使用的一种新型高效电路保护器件,它具有极快的响应时间(亚纳秒级)和相当高的浪涌吸收能力。当它的两端经受瞬间的高能量冲击时,TVS能以极高的速度把两端间的阻抗值由高阻抗变为低阻抗,以吸收一个瞬间大电流,把它的两端电压箝制在一个预定的数值上,从而保护后面的电路元件不受瞬态高压尖峰脉冲的冲击。
所述电源供电电路30供电连接状态指示灯电路90,所述状态指示灯电路90连接主控电路10。
所述状态指示灯电路90包括有第一状态指示灯电路91,所述状态指示灯电路90包括有第一状态指示灯LED1、状态指示灯LED2、状态指示灯LED3、状态指示灯LED4、状态指示灯LED5、状态指示灯LED6、电阻R4、电阻R5和电阻R6;
所述状态指示灯LED1和状态指示灯LED4两者的负极均通过电阻R5连接主控电路10的主控引脚7;所述状态指示灯LED2和状态指示灯LED5两者的负极均通过电阻R6连接主控电路10的主控引脚6;所述状态指示灯LED3和状态指示灯LED6两者的负极均通过电阻R4连接主控电路10的主控引脚16;状态指示灯LED1至状态指示灯LED6六者的正极均连接电源供电电路30。需要说明的是,在本实施例中,所述发热负载50设置有两个,相应地,所述状态指示灯电路90还包括有第二状态指示灯电路92,第一状态指示灯电路91和第二状态指示灯电路92分别用于显示相应发热负载50工作状态,所述第二状态指示灯电路92与第一状态指示灯电路91两者的电路结构一致。对于第二状态指示灯电路92具体电路结构详见附图2。
所述过压检测电路82包括有电阻R21、电阻R22和电容C11,所述引脚IN+通过电阻R21连接主控电路10的主控引脚2,所述主控电路10的主控引脚2通过电阻R22接地,所述电阻R22的两端并联电容C11。在本实施例中,所述过压检测电路82位于按键唤醒电路20和电源供电电路30之间。
接下来大致说明下识别快充电源70后给电暖产品快速充电的原理:
当TYPE-C接口40与快充电源70插接后,快充电源70首先输出标准5V直流电压,电源供电电路30将标准5V直流电压转换为3.3V工作电压分别给主控芯片U1和状态指示灯电路90供电;
所述主控芯片U1得电后通过主控引脚14和主控引脚15发送握手信号至TYPE-C接口40的相应引脚D-、引脚D+,一旦握手成功后,TYPE-C接口40的引脚OUT1-输出20V电压至MOS管Q1的漏极,与此同时,引脚OUT2-也输出20V电压至MOS管Q2的漏极,MOS管Q1和MOS管Q2均导通,即可实现TYPE-C接口40输出20V至相应发热负载50进行快充以使发热负载50快速发热。
本发明设计要点在于,其主要是通过支持QC快充协议的主控电路与快充电源完成QC快充协议的握手通讯,在握手成功后使得快充电源对发热负载实现快充,缩短发热时间,进而提高发热效率;尤其是,通过按键唤醒电路,自主操作按键即可唤醒快充电源继续工作,避免快充电源进入睡眠状态,唤醒过程自主操作,灵活性强;
其次是,通过过压检测电路和防浪涌电路的配合,进一步提高产品的安全性和可靠性;
再者是,通过状态指示灯电路,能够实时显示本产品的工作状态
以及,整体电路结构设计巧妙合理,确保了产品在使用过程中的稳定性和可靠性。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置,其特征在于:包括有用于按键唤醒快充电源的按键唤醒电路、支持QC快充协议的主控电路、用于给主控电路供电的电源供电电路、用于与快充电源进行配对连接的TYPE-C接口以及用于与发热负载连接的输出控制电路,所述主控电路分别连接输出控制电路和按键唤醒电路;
所述TYPE-C接口具有引脚IN+、引脚IN-、引脚D+、引脚D-以及引脚OUT1-,所述引脚IN+通过按键唤醒电路连接电源供电电路,所述引脚IN-接地,所述引脚D+和引脚D-连接主控电路以与快充电源完成QC快充协议的握手通讯,所述引脚OUT1-连接输出控制电路以在握手通讯状态下对发热负载快充。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置,其特征在于:所述主控电路包括有主控芯片U1,所述主控芯片U1具有主控引脚1至主控引脚16;
主控引脚4和主控引脚5分别连接输出控制电路,主控引脚9连接电源供电电路,主控引脚14连接TYPE-C接口的引脚D-,主控引脚15连接TYPE-C接口的引脚D+。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置,其特征在于:所述输出控制电路包括有电阻R13、电阻R8以及MOS管Q1,所述主控电路通过电阻R13连接MOS管Q1的栅极,MOS管Q1的栅极通过电阻R8连接MOS管Q1的源极,MOS管Q1的源极接地,MOS管Q1的漏极连接引脚OUT1-。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置,其特征在于:所述TYPE-C接口还具有引脚OUT2-;
所述输出控制电路还包括有电阻R7、电阻R14以及MOS管Q2,所述主控电路还通过电阻R7连接MOS管Q2的栅极,MOS管Q2的栅极通过电阻R14连接MOS管Q2的源极,MOS管Q2的源极接地,MOS管Q2的漏极连接引脚OUT2-。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置,其特征在于:所述按键唤醒电路包括有按键S1、二极管D6、二极管D7、电阻R11、电阻R12、电阻R17、电阻R18、电容C1、MOS管Q4以及三极管Q3;
二极管D7的阴极和二极管D6的阴极共同通过按键S1接地,所述主控电路连接二极管D7的阳极,二极管D6的阳极通过电阻R12连接三极管Q3的集电极,二极管D6的阳极还连接MOS管Q4的栅极;
MOS管Q4的栅极通过电容C1接地,所述引脚IN+连接MOS管Q4的源极,MOS管Q4的源极和MOS管Q4的栅极之间通过电阻R11连接,MOS管Q4的漏极连接电源供电电路;
所述主控电路还通过电阻R17连接三极管Q3的基极,三极管Q3的发射极接地,三极管Q3的基极和其发射极之间通过电阻R18连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置,其特征在于:还包括有用于检测引脚IN+和引脚IN-之间电压的过压检测电路;
所述过压检测电路包括有电阻R21、电阻R22和电容C11,所述引脚IN+通过电阻R21连接主控电路,所述主控电路通过电阻R22接地,所述电阻R22的两端并联电容C11。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置,其特征在于:还包括有防浪涌电路,所述引脚IN+通过防浪涌电路连接电源供电电路。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置,其特征在于:还包括有状态指示灯电路,所述电源供电电路供电连接状态指示灯电路,所述状态指示灯电路连接主控电路。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置,其特征在于:所述状态指示灯电路包括有状态指示灯LED1、状态指示灯LED2、状态指示灯LED3、状态指示灯LED4、状态指示灯LED5、状态指示灯LED6、电阻R4、电阻R5和电阻R6;
所述状态指示灯LED1和状态指示灯LED4两者的负极均通过电阻R5连接主控电路;所述状态指示灯LED2和状态指示灯LED5两者的负极均通过电阻R6连接主控电路;所述状态指示灯LED3和状态指示灯LED6两者的负极均通过电阻R4连接主控电路;状态指示灯LED1至状态指示灯LED6六者的正极均连接电源供电电路。
10.根据权利要求1所述的用于电暖产品的智能识别快充电源型发热控制装置,其特征在于:所述电源供电电路包括有三端稳压器U3、电容C4、电容C5、电容C6、电容C7以及二极管D1;
所述三端稳压器U3具有稳压引脚1至稳压引脚3,所述稳压引脚1接地,所述引脚IN+连接二极管D1的正极,二极管D1的负极连接稳压引脚2,所述稳压引脚2通过电容C5连接稳压引脚1,所述电容C7并联于电容C5的两端;稳压引脚3输出3.3V直流电压至主控电路,稳压引脚3通过电容C6连接稳压引脚1,所述电容C4并联于电容C6的两端。
