本发明涉及一种中置柜智能安全警示装置,属于中置柜智能安全警示装置技术领域。
背景技术
目前,电力系统中开关柜在标识警示方面的做法简单且单一,不经济实用性,滞后于电网智能化前进的步伐。不足之处分析如下:
1、开关柜标识牌一般采用白底红字的荧光纸,将其打印粘贴于开关柜面,但荧光纸标识牌只能粘贴一次,在标识牌名称、编号错误或更改时,则需重新打印标识牌进行变更,且不说荧光纸价格较高,单从能源可再生利用角度来讲,浪费资源。
2、变电站开关间隔停电检修工作时,运维人员在将某开关柜断路器分闸,手车拉出后,还需要在检修开关柜柜门上悬挂“在此工作”与“禁止合闸,有人工作!”警示牌,邻近运行中的开关柜柜门上悬挂“止步,高压危险”警示牌,整套挂牌工作费时费力,运维人员在停电后装设安全措施的任务繁重,且占用检修人员的检修时间,对按时完成检修工作造成额外压力,间接影响供电质量。
3、停电检修时,停电警示牌没有特定的悬挂位置,经常采用的做法是悬挂于操作把手或柜门上(多面警示牌无法悬挂),这一做法使整个开关柜面杂乱,且警示牌悬挂不牢固易掉落,停电检修时,人员多任务重,人为或外力原因导致警示牌掉落的现象时有发生,如果不能及时挂回警示牌,将对人员及设备安全造成极大威胁。
4、现有的荧光纸标识牌跟停电警示牌都使得开关柜柜面杂乱,不规整美观,而且智能化程度低,不具有先进性。
因此,急需出现一种能克服上述不足之处的中置柜智能安全警示装置。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种中置柜智能安全警示装置,智能化程度高,警示效果好,大幅提高检修工作效率,减少检修停电时间,节约资源,提高经济效益。
本发明的一种中置柜智能安全警示装置,其特殊之处在于包括安装于开关柜柜门上的支撑架1,支撑架1上安装有电路板4及LED显示屏8,电路板4上设有单片机2、驱动电路3、用于向单片机2及驱动电路3供电的220V-5V变压器5,驱动电路3通过R232通讯口7与LED显示屏8通讯连接,单片机2通过以太网讯通口9与开关柜内局域网交换机10通讯连接,开关柜内局域网交换机10通过以太网通讯线11与站内局域网交换机12通讯连接,站内局域网交换机12通过以太网通讯线11与站内后台机13通讯连接;
所述支撑架1采用不锈钢铁板制成,支撑架1长度为55cm、宽度为26cm、厚度为40mm,支撑架背面开设有四个直径5mm的螺丝口;
所述单片机2采用STC51单片机或AT系列单片机,单片机2连接有文字库模块6;
所述LED显示屏8采用LED三色屏,长度为70cm、宽度为22cm,LED显示屏8采用集合式集成电路,LED显示屏8的屏幕控制器与集成电路板为一体式,并配有USR、USB、COM通讯接口,满足与单片机2传输信息、通过外部PC机编写功能;
所述LED显示屏8的主屏幕采用以26 12点阵排列发光二极管,共26行、16列,每行的26只发光二极管阳极相连,每列的16只发光二极管阴极相连,显示图像构成像素的每个LED的发光亮点都能调节,调节的精细程度为显示屏灰色等级,并满足到1024级到4096级灰度;

1、警示意识强。LED屏采用多种颜色文字显示,有利于区别开关柜的各种状态,LED屏自带光源,显示效果清晰,感官意识强,警示效果明显,有利于提醒现场人员正确操作与检修,并提醒警告现场人员防止误入带电间隔。
2、现场适用性强。中置柜智能安全警示装置适用于各种型号中置式开关柜,也可延伸在GG-1A型老式开关柜或组合电气以及企业电气操作的机床、加工机械上使用。
3、智能化先进性。采集开关柜不同接点的状态,利用单片机进行分析处理,输出于LED显示屏,使LED屏作出相应显示,呈现橙、绿、红等颜色的警示文字。采用61850网络通讯模式与站内后台机电脑通讯,通过后台机给每台开关柜单片机控制模块进行指令设置或数据编程。
4、扩展空间广阔。采用的单片机做中心芯片,开发空间巨大,拓展功能只需修改编程和引出拓展接点信号即可实现,现可以满足断路器分合闸位,手车工作、试验位,地刀分合位,空开手分,带电显示器带电等文字显示及警示;可扩展功能广泛,如:对开关柜故障、异常等接点信号的采集处理。
5、可推广性强。随着信息产业的高速发展,LED以其发光效率高、使用寿命长、组态灵活、色彩鲜艳以及对室内外环境适应能力强等优点直观、准确传播信息,成为现代信息化社会的一个闪亮标志。而我们采用LED屏替代了原有的荧光纸标识牌和停电警示牌,使整个柜面避免了两牌甚至多牌的出现,柜面整齐化一。
本发明的中置柜智能安全警示装置不仅显示直观、节约资源、造型美观,而且安全可靠,更主要的是高度集成化、智能化,节省了工作时间和人力物力,并且内部集成模块可以扩展,便于今后根据实际工作继续扩展安全警示装置的功能,应用前景十分广阔,而且中置柜智能安全警示装置成本较低,高度智能,能够适用于各种型号的中置柜,对检修工作具有极大的辅助作用,为工作人员创造很多的便利,省去很多不必要的复杂的人工操作,具有极大的可应用和推广价值。

请参阅图1-2,本实施例提供一种中置柜智能安全警示装置,包括安装于开关柜柜门上的支撑架1,支撑架1上安装有电路板4及LED显示屏8,电路板4上设有单片机2、驱动电路3、用于向单片机2及驱动电路3供电的220V-5V变压器5,驱动电路3通过R232通讯口7与LED显示屏8通讯连接,单片机2通过以太网讯通口9与开关柜内局域网交换机10通讯连接,开关柜内局域网交换机10通过以太网通讯线11与站内局域网交换机12通讯连接,站内局域网交换机12通过以太网通讯线11与站内后台机13通讯连接;
为了能使LED显示屏8安装牢固且拆卸方便问题,支撑架1采用不锈钢铁板制成,长度为55cm、宽度为26cm、厚度为40mm的条形框架,框架背面打4个直径5mm螺丝口,加工好的支撑架1固定在开关柜前后柜门上。
单片机2采用STC51单片机或AT系列单片机,单片机2连接有文字库模块6;

采各接点信号,集中于单片机2进行判别处理,把判别运算结果呈现在LED显示屏8上,以下是接点信号及对应的LED显示屏字幕。

本发明的中置柜智能安全警示装置的经济效益分析如下:
中置柜智能安全警示装置现场适用性强,通过模拟实践发现,直接提高了检修工作效率,平均每个开关柜检修一次减少悬挂(拆除)停电警示牌时间10分钟。
按照现我公司现管辖23座110kV、35kV变电站,每座变电站平均25面开关柜,这样每三年进行周期性检查(如遇特殊情况,开关柜故障检修或补充检验),这样每三年需要检修的开关柜面数达到600多面,减少停电时间100小时,开关柜容量按照平均5196千瓦时计算,负荷率按60%计算,则间接电量增效为311.76千千瓦,按蓬莱平均电价701.58元/千千瓦时计算,间接经济增效为21.873万元。
中置柜智能安全警示装置每三年间接电量增效为21.873万元,荧光标识牌与警示牌按照每3年更换一次计算,节省费用为1.2万元,每个设备检验周期就可以增效23.073万元,直接经济效益明显。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

1.一种中置柜智能安全警示装置,其特征在于包括安装于开关柜柜门上的支撑架,支撑架上安装有电路板及LED显示屏,电路板上设有单片机、驱动电路、用于向单片机及驱动电路供电的220V-5V变压器,驱动电路通过R232通讯口与LED显示屏通讯连接,单片机通过以太网讯通口与开关柜内局域网交换机通讯连接,开关柜内局域网交换机通过以太网通讯线与站内局域网交换机通讯连接,站内局域网交换机通过以太网通讯线与站内后台机通讯连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种中置柜智能安全警示装置,其特征在于所述支撑架采用不锈钢铁板制成,支撑架长度为55cm、宽度为26cm、厚度为40mm,支撑架背面开设有四个直径5mm的螺丝口。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种中置柜智能安全警示装置,其特征在于所述单片机采用STC51单片机或AT系列单片机,单片机连接有文字库模块。
4.按照权利要求1或3所述的一种中置柜智能安全警示装置,其特征在于所述LED显示屏采用LED三色屏,长度为70cm、宽度为22cm,LED显示屏采用集合式集成电路,LED显示屏的屏幕控制器与集成电路板为一体式,并配有USR、USB、COM通讯接口。
5.按照权利要求4所述的一种中置柜智能安全警示装置,其特征在于所述LED显示屏的主屏幕采用以26 12点阵排列发光二极管,共26行、16列,每行的26只发光二极管阳极相连,每列的16只发光二极管阴极相连,显示图像构成像素的每个LED的发光亮点都能调节,调节的精细程度为显示屏灰色等级,并满足到1024级到4096级灰度。
6.按照权利要求4所述的一种中置柜智能安全警示装置,其特征在于所述LED显示屏的主屏幕采用LED点阵模块,以干晶片够成光矩阵,采用R级、H级亮度。
7.按照权利要求1所述的一种中置柜智能安全警示装置,其特征在于所述将开关柜的断路器、手车、地刀、带电指示器、电源开关的无源接点从端子排上引出接入电路板的接线槽内,引接线采用屏蔽网状包线,屏蔽网接在接地排上。
