Abstract
The invention relates to the field of clamps, and particularly discloses a filling and sealing clamp device for a photoelectric coupler, which comprises a fixed seat for mounting the photoelectric coupler, wherein the photoelectric coupler comprises a metal tube shell, a metal cylinder and a connecting block, the metal cylinder is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the metal tube shell, a metal lead is arranged on the connecting block, and the lower end of the metal lead is bent at a right angle for forming; the fixing seat is provided with a plurality of placing holes, a plurality of symmetrically arranged fixing holes are formed in the periphery of each placing hole, the fixing holes are used for fixing metal cylinders, and the metal lead is placed in the placing holes. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that a metal tube shell is not fixed well.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of clamps, and particularly discloses a potting clamp device for a photoelectric coupler and a using method of the potting clamp device.
Background
The photoelectric coupler is a semiconductor optoelectronic device which is formed by packaging a light-emitting device and a photosensitive device in the same shell and transmitting an electric signal through electric → optical → electric conversion in the middle. It has good isolation function to input and output electric signals, so it is widely used in various circuits. Photoelectric coupler generally includes light source chip and detector chip, and light source chip and detector chip bond on the metal lead, use the gold wire to draw the electrode on the chip pad on another metal lead, and a light source chip and a corresponding detector chip are a passageway, and the product has multiple form: single channel, dual channel, four channels, etc., each channel forming a loop. During encapsulation, light guide glue is firstly dispensed to each channel, and sealant is coated after the light guide glue is cured to seal all the channels together. The potting process has some difficulties: 1. the metal lead is fixed on the metal tube shell, and two protruding cylinders are arranged at the bottom of the metal tube shell and cannot keep balance by the metal lead; short circuit is easily caused when the distance between the two chips is too close, the current transmission parameters are unqualified when the distance is too far, and glue leakage is possible when light guide glue is dispensed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a potting fixture device for a photocoupler and a method for using the same, so as to solve the technical problem that a metal tube is not fixed well.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a filling and sealing clamp device for a photoelectric coupler comprises a fixed seat for mounting the photoelectric coupler, wherein the photoelectric coupler comprises a metal tube shell, a metal cylinder and a connecting block, the metal cylinder is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the metal tube shell, a metal lead is arranged on the connecting block, and the lower end of the metal lead is bent at a right angle for forming; the fixing seat is provided with a plurality of placing holes, a plurality of symmetrically arranged fixing holes are formed in the periphery of each placing hole, the fixing holes are used for fixing the metal cylinders, and the lower ends of the metal leads are placed in the placing holes.
Optionally, the fixing base further comprises a potting box, an ear plate extends outwards horizontally from the upper end of the potting box, a first mounting hole is formed in the ear plate, a second mounting hole is formed in the fixing base, and the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole are aligned and can be in threaded connection with a bolt.
Optionally, the bottom of the fixing hole is provided with a through hole, the bottom of the metal cylinder is provided with a screw hole, and the metal cylinder can be fixedly arranged in the fixing hole through a bolt and a nut.

s2, mounting the metal tube shells, putting the metal cylinders of the metal tube shells into the fixing holes, and manually adjusting the distance between the two metal tube shells to change the distance between the metal leads;
s3, fixing the metal tube shell, screwing a bolt into the bottom of the metal cylinder from the lower part of the through hole, and screwing a nut into the bolt to fix the metal cylinder and the metal tube shell;
s4, dispensing the light guide glue and waiting for the glue to solidify;
and S5, dispensing sealant to fill the potting box and seal all the metal leads.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the scheme are as follows:
the fixing seat in the scheme is provided with a placing hole and a fixing hole, wherein the placing hole is used for accommodating the potting box and the metal lead, and the dispensing operation is basically completed in the placing hole; the fixed orifices is used for holding the metal cylinder of metal tube bottom, adjusts the position of metal cylinder in the fixed orifices and just can adjust the distance between two metal tube, and then adjusts the interval between the metal lead wire, can not leak when guaranteeing the point and glue, also can prevent that the metal lead wire is too close to and the short circuit simultaneously.
