Abstract

7. The intelligent tool borrowing and returning method according to claim 6, further comprising the step of returning, specifically:
step 5, acquiring device information of the tool to be returned through the tool identification device, and acquiring second identity verification information of a person returning through the identity identification device;
step 6, verifying whether the device information is matched with the second identity verification information, if the device information is verified to be matched with the second identity verification information, executing step 7, and if not, generating second error prompt information;
and 7, opening the returning bin, and when the tool to be returned is detected to be placed in the returning bin, moving the tool to be returned to the target storage bin through the workpiece taking mechanism.
8. The intelligent tool borrowing and returning method according to claim 7, wherein the verification of whether the device information and the second authentication information are matched is specifically:
step 601, checking all the borrowing records, and acquiring first identity verification information corresponding to the device information;
step 602, determining whether the second authentication information is consistent with the corresponding first authentication information, if so, indicating that the pickup person and the return person of the target tool are the same, the authentication is passed, and executing step 7.
9. The intelligent tool borrowing and returning method according to claim 8, wherein the verification of whether the device information and the second authentication information are matched is specifically:
step 604, obtaining change information of a returning person sent by a pickup person through a cloud, wherein the change information of the returning person comprises device information of the tool to be returned and third identity verification information of the returning person after the change;
step 605, determining whether the second authentication information is consistent with the corresponding third authentication information, if so, passing the authentication, generating a return record, and executing step 7;
the return record comprises appliance information of the target appliance, first authentication information of the pickup person and third authentication information of the return person.
