Mechanical control panel 4 is connected to flat panel controller 3, is provided with a plurality of instrument check on the cabinet body 1, all is provided with cabinet door 5 on every instrument check, is provided with mechanical lock on the cabinet door 5, and mechanical control panel 4 is connected with the mechanical lock on the cabinet door 5, and mechanical control panel 4 controls opening and close of each cabinet door 5 according to flat panel controller 3's instruction.
The cabinet body 1 includes a main cabinet and an auxiliary cabinet. The mechanical control panel 4 is connected with the power supply, the main cabinet and the auxiliary cabinet through 485 cascade lines. The mechanical control panel 4 is provided with a one-key full-open button for one-key opening of all the cabinet doors 5.
The panel controller 3 controls various external devices 2 and completes the input of all operation instructions. The tablet controller 3 is directly connected to the mechanical control board 4, and sends instructions to the mechanical control board 4. The mechanical control board 4 receives the instruction, and controls the cabinet door 5 to open, close, inquire the state and the like.

APP sends cabinet door switch signal to mechanical control panel according to the function, realizes opening and closing operation of cabinet door.

setting identity information of an administrator and a user, and binding related work cards; binding a tool through a scanning tool two-dimensional code; setting tasks such as tool getting, returning and the like through tool management APP on the operation panel controller; the panel controller sends a signal to the mechanical control panel to control the opening and closing of the cabinet door electric control lock; scanning the two-dimensional code of the tool to determine the tool cabinet to be received or returned; and finishing the corresponding process according to the determined task type on the APP. The main data material generated in the process can be classified and stored on the APP for subsequent use and viewing.
In this embodiment, the tool management APP specifically includes:
the tool information management module is used for acquiring tool information by scanning the two-dimensional code pasted on the tool, adding and deleting the tool in the system, and binding and unbinding the tool and the specified position of the tool cabinet;

The tool checking module is used for a user to carry out special receiving operation specially used for checking on the tool stored in the tool cabinet and input related checking information; setting a verification period and a reminding time of the tool in the checking function, and displaying related prompt information on a main page after the verification reminding time is expired;
the tool counting module is used for allowing a user to check and set information such as a tool list, tool use conditions, maintenance check records and the like managed by the tool cabinet, and supporting mail sending and interface export of all the information;
and the setting module is used for setting personnel authority, tool information and service information by a user.
In this embodiment, the tool cabinet is provided with standardized interface, supports the real-time transmission of data.
On the basis of basic functions, the intelligent tool cabinet and the system thereof support the addition of hardware or software modules such as RFID tags, Bluetooth locks, image recognition systems, intelligent positioning systems and the like.
