Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following will describe in detail an implementation method of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments, so that how to apply technical means to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented.
In the prior art, two-dimensional codes, bar codes and the like are used as anti-counterfeiting codes for identifying authenticity of products, on one hand, the anti-counterfeiting codes are easy to be imitated in batches; and in the identification process, the corresponding website link on the product anti-counterfeiting code is easy to be tampered, so that the inquired verification result is not real, and the counterfeit product cannot be accurately identified.
Based on the above problems, the present application provides a product authenticity identification method, a product anti-counterfeiting method and a storage medium. The product authenticity identification method is characterized in that an anti-counterfeiting mark which is arranged on a product and uniquely corresponds to the product is obtained, and the anti-counterfeiting mark comprises a reference pattern and a code which is arranged at a preset position on the reference pattern and forms a preset angle relative to the reference pattern. The code corresponds to code information, and a prestored anti-counterfeiting mark corresponding to the code information can be inquired from a database based on the code information. And determining that the product is a genuine product by judging whether the acquired anti-counterfeiting mark and the inquired pre-stored anti-counterfeiting mark meet preset conditions or not under the condition that the acquired anti-counterfeiting mark and the inquired anti-counterfeiting mark meet the preset conditions. The anti-counterfeiting mark arranged on the product in the application is uniquely corresponding to the product, namely, the preset angle and/or the preset position of the code relative to the reference pattern can be randomly selected for different products to set the anti-counterfeiting mark, and the preset angle and/or the preset position of the code relative to the reference pattern are not easy to determine, so that an illegal counterfeiter cannot know the setting rule of the code relative to the reference pattern in advance, a database which is consistent with the anti-counterfeiting mark of a genuine product and comprises the anti-counterfeiting mark to be inquired cannot be constructed, whether the acquired anti-counterfeiting mark and the inquired anti-counterfeiting mark meet the preset condition or not can be judged, the reliability of the authenticity identification result of the product can be effectively improved, and the mass imitation of illegal users can be avoided.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for authenticating a product according to an embodiment of the present application.
The method includes steps S101 to S104.
In step S101, an anti-counterfeit mark uniquely corresponding to the product and arranged on the product is obtained, where the anti-counterfeit mark includes a reference pattern and a code arranged at a preset position on the reference pattern and at a preset angle with respect to the reference pattern, and the code corresponds to code information.
The step may specifically be: and photographing the anti-counterfeiting mark arranged on the product to obtain a picture of the anti-counterfeiting mark. The anti-counterfeiting mark comprises a reference pattern and a code, and the position information and the angle information of the code relative to the reference pattern can be acquired according to the acquired anti-counterfeiting mark picture comprising the reference pattern and the code, so that more judgment bases can be provided for product identification, and the reliability of the identification can be improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the reference pattern may be a shading pattern preset in a non-pattern area of the product, preferably, the shading pattern may be an irregular shading pattern, and the imitation difficulty of the irregular shading pattern is high, so that the anti-counterfeiting performance of the product can be improved. In addition, the pattern of the product itself can be used as a reference pattern.
Wherein the preset position and the preset angle can be determined in the following way: when the reference pattern is a rectangle, a two-dimensional coordinate system is established based on the reference pattern, a vertex at the lower left position of the rectangle is used as an origin of the coordinate system, and an x axis and a y axis are respectively established from the origin along the directions of the long side and the short side of the rectangle. And selecting coordinates corresponding to a plurality of points at different positions on the code, and determining the preset position of the code according to the coordinates. And selecting an included angle of the code relative to the x axis as a preset angle. It should be noted that, in the present application, the preset position and the preset angle are not limited to be determined by establishing the coordinate system, and may also be determined by directly using a certain characteristic pattern in the reference pattern as a reference object and directly comparing the relative positions of a certain point on the code and the reference object.
The code may be at least one of an alphabetic code consisting of a sequence of letters, a numeric code consisting of a sequence of numbers, and a graphical code. The letter code and the number code can be directly read by a user without a tool, and the product can be identified by directly inputting a corresponding letter sequence or a corresponding number sequence into a product identification website. The graphic code may include a one-dimensional code and a two-dimensional code, and the identification result can be further obtained only by identifying and analyzing the code with the help of other software. Each code may correspond to different code information, which may include, as an example: at least one of a product generation time, a product generation place, a product batch, a product expiration date, and a product manufacturer; as another example, the encoded information may also be a string based on which product information corresponding to the numeric string may be queried from a database.
In step S102, the anti-counterfeit mark corresponding to the encoded information is queried from the constructed database.
The step may specifically be, based on the obtained anti-counterfeit mark, calling out the coded information corresponding to the code in the obtained anti-counterfeit mark, and querying the anti-counterfeit mark corresponding to the coded information from the database according to the association relationship between the coded information and the pre-stored anti-counterfeit mark.
As a specific example, based on the obtained picture of the anti-counterfeit mark, the picture is analyzed to identify the coding information corresponding to the coding in the picture, and according to the association relationship between the coding information and the pre-stored picture of the anti-counterfeit mark, the picture of the anti-counterfeit mark corresponding to the coding information is queried from the database.
In step S103, it is determined whether the obtained anti-counterfeit mark and the queried anti-counterfeit mark satisfy a preset condition.
The step may specifically be to determine whether the similarity between the obtained anti-counterfeit identifier and the queried anti-counterfeit identifier is greater than a preset similarity threshold.
As an example, by comparing the preset position of the code on the reference pattern in the obtained anti-counterfeit mark with the preset position of the code on the reference pattern in the queried anti-counterfeit mark, the similarity between the obtained anti-counterfeit mark and the queried anti-counterfeit mark is determined based on the comparison result. The preset position can be determined by the coordinates of the code in a two-dimensional coordinate system set based on the reference graph, and the similarity between the acquired anti-counterfeiting mark and the inquired anti-counterfeiting mark is judged by comparing the position coordinate of the code in the acquired anti-counterfeiting mark with the position coordinate of the code in the inquired anti-counterfeiting mark. In addition, the similarity may be determined according to the following formula:
Figure BDA0002196118230000061
wherein S represents similarity, x1For obtaining the coordinate of a vertex of a code in the anti-counterfeiting mark in an x-axis method, x2The coordinates of the same vertex of the code in the inquired anti-counterfeiting mark in the x-axis direction. The similarity threshold can be set according to the image quality, the identification technology and the like and the production requirements in the actual identification processAnd (4) determining.
As another example, the similarity between the obtained anti-counterfeit mark and the queried anti-counterfeit mark is determined based on the comparison result by comparing the setting angle of the code in the obtained anti-counterfeit mark relative to the reference pattern with the setting angle of the code in the queried anti-counterfeit mark relative to the reference pattern.
It should be noted that, a certain characteristic pattern in the reference pattern may also be selected as a reference object, and the similarity between the acquired anti-counterfeit identifier and the queried anti-counterfeit identifier is determined by directly comparing the relative position of a certain vertex on the code in the acquired anti-counterfeit identifier and the relative position of the reference object and the corresponding vertex on the code in the queried anti-counterfeit identifier.
In addition, as a preferred example, the obtained printing effect of the code in the anti-counterfeit mark and the printing effect of the code in the queried anti-counterfeit mark may be compared, and the similarity between the obtained anti-counterfeit mark and the queried anti-counterfeit mark may be determined based on the comparison result. Specifically, whether the obtained anti-counterfeiting mark is consistent with the inquired anti-counterfeiting mark can be judged according to the printing effects of the coded characters, the fonts, the shade of the pattern color, the characters of the code overlapped with the reference graph, the natural texture of the paper at the printing position and the like.
In step S104, when it is determined that the acquired anti-counterfeit mark and the queried anti-counterfeit mark satisfy the preset condition, it is determined that the product is genuine.
The code arranged on each product is unique, and the preset angle and the preset position of the code relative to the reference pattern are randomly selected, so that the obtained anti-counterfeiting code arranged on each product is also uniquely determined. And under the condition that the obtained anti-counterfeiting mark and the inquired anti-counterfeiting mark meet the preset conditions, determining that the product corresponding to the obtained anti-counterfeiting mark is a genuine product.
In addition, under the condition that the obtained anti-counterfeiting mark and the inquired anti-counterfeiting mark are judged not to meet the preset conditions, the identification result is output to be false, and an inquirer is prompted. And the product tracing function can be completed by matching with a product tracing data recording system. Therefore, the economic loss of consumers and the threats to life safety and social safety caused by counterfeit products can be effectively avoided.
In addition, in order to enhance the reliability of the authentication result, in addition to obtaining the anti-counterfeiting mark which is arranged on the product and uniquely corresponds to the product, the method can further comprise the following steps: and acquiring the query time and/or the geographic position of the anti-counterfeiting mark during query so as to perform query traceability of the product.
As an example, based on the query time for obtaining the anti-counterfeit mark, the following steps may be performed to perform product abnormal condition warning, as shown in fig. 2.
In step S201, the query time of the product anti-counterfeit mark is obtained, and the query times of the anti-counterfeit mark are determined according to the query time.
In step S202, it is determined whether the number of times of querying the anti-counterfeit identifier is greater than a preset threshold value of the number of times of querying.
In step S203, when the query frequency of the anti-counterfeit identifier is greater than the preset query frequency threshold, performing product abnormal condition early warning.
In the embodiment of the application, the historical query time of the product anti-counterfeiting mark can be stored in the database, the historical query time of the product corresponds to the code information, and all the historical query time of the product anti-counterfeiting mark can be obtained by calling the code information corresponding to the code.
As an example, the number of times of querying the anti-counterfeit mark may be determined according to the historical query time, and the preset threshold value of the number of times of querying may be set according to the characteristics of the product or the requirements of the product producer. For example, a preset query frequency threshold value can be set according to the durability of the product, the preset query frequency threshold value of the anti-counterfeiting mark on the beverage bottle is set to be 3 times, and when the historical query frequency is more than 3 times, the possibility that the product is a counterfeit product is high, and the product abnormal condition is early warned; and for the mobile phone charger baby, the preset query frequency threshold value of the anti-counterfeiting mark on the charger baby can be set to be 8 times, and when the historical query frequency is more than 8 times, the possibility that the product is a counterfeit product can be judged to be high, and the abnormal condition of the product is early warned.
As another example, the product abnormal condition warning may also be performed by performing the following steps based on the query time of the anti-counterfeit mark and the geographic location of the anti-counterfeit mark during the query, as shown in fig. 3.
In step S301: and acquiring a plurality of inquiry times of the product anti-counterfeiting mark and the geographical position of the product anti-counterfeiting mark in the inquiry process corresponding to each inquiry time.
In step S302: when the time interval of the two times of inquiry time is less than the preset time, judging whether the distance interval of the geographic positions in the inquiry corresponding to the two times of inquiry time is greater than the preset distance interval or not;
in step S303, when it is determined that the distance interval between the geographic positions in the query corresponding to the query time of two times is greater than the preset distance interval, performing early warning on an abnormal condition of the product.
As a specific example, the preset time for one product is 1 minute and the preset distance interval is 10 Km. The time interval between two times of inquiry for obtaining the product is 50 seconds, the distance interval between the geographical positions corresponding to the two times of inquiry when inquiring is 100km, the time interval between the two times of inquiry is less than the preset time, and the distance interval between the geographical positions corresponding to the inquiry when inquiring is greater than the preset distance interval, so that the possibility that the product is a counterfeit product is high, and the product abnormal condition is early warned.
The product authenticity identification method provided by the embodiment of the application obtains the anti-counterfeiting mark which is arranged on the product and uniquely corresponds to the product, and the anti-counterfeiting mark comprises a reference pattern and a code which is arranged at a preset position on the reference pattern and forms a preset angle relative to the reference pattern.
The above provides a product authenticity identification method according to the embodiment of the present application, and correspondingly provides a product anti-counterfeiting method according to the present application, specifically please refer to embodiment two.
Example two
Fig. 4 shows a flowchart of a product anti-counterfeiting method provided by an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes step S401 and step S402.
In step S401: and arranging a code at a preset position on a reference pattern of the product in a manner of forming a preset angle relative to the reference pattern, and taking the reference pattern and the code as an anti-counterfeiting mark uniquely corresponding to the product.
In step S402: and constructing a database, wherein the database is used for storing the anti-counterfeiting mark and the product information corresponding to the code in the anti-counterfeiting mark.
Selecting coordinates corresponding to a plurality of points at different positions on the code, determining a preset position of the code according to the coordinates, and selecting an included angle of the code relative to an x axis as a preset angle.
In the embodiment of the present application, the printing angle and the printing position of the code may be randomly selected for each product, and then the preset angle and the preset position of the code with respect to the reference pattern are also random for each product. For each product, a code may be printed on the product by adjusting at least one parameter of a printing angle, an x-axis coordinate of a preset position, or a y-axis coordinate. An illegal counterfeiter cannot know the setting rule of the code relative to the reference pattern in advance, and cannot perform large-batch counterfeiting on the anti-counterfeiting mark, so that the anti-counterfeiting performance can be effectively improved. As a preferred example, the code can be printed on the product along with the production date, the production batch number and other information of the product without increasing the production period. In addition, the generation of the anti-counterfeiting code and the image storage are all digital and electronic, and the material cost is avoided, so that the generation cost can be greatly saved.
It should be noted that, before the anti-counterfeit mark is set on the product, an area capable of setting the anti-counterfeit mark may be selected in advance on the product. For example, a white area on the product can be selected, and the anti-counterfeiting mark is arranged at a randomly selected position in the area, so that the color of the product does not influence the printed effect of the anti-counterfeiting mark, and the relative position relationship between the code and the reference pattern in the anti-counterfeiting mark can be more conveniently and obviously identified.
In addition, the reference pattern can be a shading pattern which is preset in a non-pattern area of the product, preferably, the shading pattern can be an irregular shading pattern, and the imitation difficulty of the irregular shading pattern is high, so that the anti-counterfeiting performance of the product can be improved. In addition, the pattern of the product itself can be used as a reference pattern.
It should be noted that the anti-counterfeit mark can be directly printed on the product or on the packing paper or the packing box of the product. The anti-counterfeiting mark can be printed on the packaging paper or the packaging box in batches before the product is packaged, and can also be printed on the packaging paper or the packaging box when the product flows along with a production line after being packaged.
In addition, in order to improve the anti-counterfeiting performance of the product, a plurality of different anti-counterfeiting marks can be arranged on the inner side and the outer side of a packaging box or packaging paper of the product. The anti-counterfeiting mark arranged on the inner side of the product package can be seen only after the product is used and the package is opened, so that the anti-counterfeiting mark is more difficult to imitate and is more favorable for improving the reliability of product identification.
In the method, the code is set at the preset position of the product in a manner of forming a preset angle relative to the reference pattern, the reference pattern and the code are used as the anti-counterfeiting mark uniquely corresponding to the product, and the database is used for storing the anti-counterfeiting mark and the product information corresponding to the code in the anti-counterfeiting mark by constructing the database. As for different products, the codes can be printed on the products by randomly adjusting at least one parameter of the printing angle, the x-axis coordinate or the y-axis coordinate of the preset position, so that the anti-counterfeiting marks comprising the reference patterns and the codes are uniquely corresponding to the products, an illegal counterfeiter cannot know the setting rule of the codes relative to the reference patterns in advance, and the anti-counterfeiting marks cannot be counterfeited in large batch, and the anti-counterfeiting performance of the products can be effectively improved.
EXAMPLE III
