The dispensing platform of claim 4, wherein: the first information module detects temperature and humidity data of the temperature and humidity sensor and sends the temperature and humidity data to a wireless receiving end arranged on a sorting center, a finished product warehouse or a distribution vehicle through a wireless transmitting end, and the wireless receiving end uploads the temperature and humidity data to the tracing information module; and if the traceability information module detects that the temperature and humidity data is larger than the preset threshold value, generating a warning event and recording.
