Abstract
The invention relates to a PCCS production program management method, which comprises the following steps: when a new product is produced, a solder paste printer is selected to carry out trial printing debugging; after debugging is finished, selecting a debugged solder paste printer at the PCCS client, extracting a debugged production program, and storing the production program database at the PCCS server as a standard production program; selecting a standard production program to be produced next at the PCCS client side, and sending the standard production program to each solder paste printer; the solder paste printer will start to produce according to the standard production program which is uniformly adjusted. The PCCS production program management method realizes the standardized management of the printing production program, the user stores the standard production program in the PCCS server, and the standard production program is uniformly distributed to the corresponding solder paste printing machine when the production is needed, thereby avoiding the disorder condition that the production programs have the same name or similar names but different production parameters.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of production program management, in particular to a method for managing a production program of a central control system (PCCS) of a solder paste printer.
Background
With the rapid development of industrial intelligent datamation, surface mount electronic assembly enterprises also develop an intelligent datamation production mode with times trend. The characteristics of equipment diversity, production process diversity, production link dispersion and the like of surface mount electronic assembly enterprises increase the difficulty for the requirement of intelligent datamation.
The solder paste printing link is the primary important link in the production process of surface-mount electronic assembly enterprises, and covers printing equipment, process matching components (steel mesh, solder paste, scrapers and supporting devices) and production consumables (cleaning paper and cleaning solvent).
Because of the importance of printing quality, the complexity of process flow and the complexity of process matching components and production consumables in the solder paste printing link, surface mount enterprises in the market adopt full manual operation aiming at the printing link at present, equipment terminals related to the printing link are mutually independent, and data are collected and managed manually. Leading to dispersed production links, dispersed management, slow abnormal feedback and processing, and low quality and efficiency.
At present, in a solder paste printing link, each printing machine needs to be configured with manpower to manage and operate the current printing machine, and the equipment is programmed and produced by respective responsible personnel when different products are produced. Therefore, different operators edit different programs, and cannot produce the same product by using the same standard production program, and there is a confusion situation that the production programs have the same name or similar name, but the production parameters are different.

(2) after debugging is finished, selecting a debugged solder paste printer at the PCCS client, extracting a debugged production program, and storing the production program database at the PCCS server as a standard production program;
(3) selecting a standard production program to be produced next at the PCCS client side, and sending the standard production program to each solder paste printer;
(4) the solder paste printer will start to produce according to the standard production program which is uniformly adjusted.
Furthermore, the PCCS client and the solder paste printer are communicated with the PCCS server through a TCP network.
Furthermore, the standard production program is modified and adjusted through the PCCS client.
Further, between step (2) and step (3), further comprising: and checking the production program data locally stored in the solder paste printer at the PCCS client, and deleting redundant production programs or directly emptying the production programs.
The technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the PCCS production program management method realizes the standardized management of the printing production program, the user stores the standard production program in the PCCS server, and the standard production program is uniformly distributed to the corresponding solder paste printing machine when in need of production, thereby avoiding the disorder condition that the production programs have the same name or similar names but different production parameters; the invention can improve the management efficiency and the production quality of the solder paste printing link in the surface mount electronic assembly enterprise, can further perfect the production mode of industrial intelligent datamation, and brings practical data foundation for truly realizing the future industrial automatic production.

And the PCCS client and the solder paste printer are communicated with the PCCS server through a TCP network.
When the adjustment is needed, the PCCS client is used for modifying and adjusting the standard production program.
Between step (2) and step (3) further include: and checking the production program data locally stored in the solder paste printer at the PCCS client, and deleting redundant production programs or directly emptying the production programs.

(1) when a new product is produced, a solder paste printer is selected to carry out trial printing debugging;
(2) after debugging is finished, selecting a debugged solder paste printer at the PCCS client, extracting a debugged production program, and storing the production program database at the PCCS server as a standard production program;
(3) selecting a standard production program to be produced next at the PCCS client side, and sending the standard production program to each solder paste printer;
(4) the solder paste printer will start to produce according to the standard production program which is uniformly adjusted.
2. The PCCS production recipe management method of claim 1, wherein the PCCS client and the solder paste printer both communicate with the PCCS server over a TCP network.
3. The PCCS producer management method of claim 1, wherein the modification adjustment is made to a standard producer by the PCCS client.

The PCCS production program management method according to claim 1, further comprising, between step (2) and step (3): and checking the production program data locally stored in the solder paste printer at the PCCS client, and deleting redundant production programs or directly emptying the production programs.
