Abstract
The invention relates to a method and a system for data configuration, comprising the following steps: determining a service opening request of a user side, determining corresponding equipment according to the service opening request and acquiring resource information of the equipment; acquiring the current network parameters according to a preset service rule; and determining to issue a service opening instruction according to the service opening request, the resource information of the equipment and the current network parameters. The method and the system realize automatic and rapid opening of the APN service, automatically acquire the equipment to be manufactured according to the equipment relation, support network activation and automatic configuration of different issuing modes, complete data manufacturing and verification by different equipment types, and activate work order data to be uniformly and automatically filed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of APN and network management, in particular to a method and a system for automatic data configuration based on APN service.
Background
At present, an Access Point Name (APN) service opens an appeal, a local city needs to manually fill in resource information and submits to a provincial company, wherein part of parameters depend on the current network configuration condition; then, manually logging in equipment one by one to obtain a current network value, and calculating according to an algorithm to obtain required parameters; and after the resources are filled, generating a service opening instruction according to the specification, and manually, logging in equipment one by one, and manually issuing the service opening instruction one by one to open the APN service.
However, in actual work, the APN is manually opened, and manual operation is repeated; because the starting process needs to be operated on a plurality of devices, a large amount of repeated manual operations are faced, the efficiency is low, and errors are easy to occur. In addition, different professionals independently make the work order according to the equipment maintenance characteristics, and cannot acquire the making condition of the work order data in time.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art and actual multiple devices, the invention has frequent manufacture and comparison, is easy to have human errors, and requires repeated confirmation because the resource information is not filled in the specification; the method and the system for configuring the data realize automatic and rapid opening of the APN service, automatically acquire equipment to be manufactured according to equipment relation, support network activation and automatic configuration of different issuing modes, complete data manufacturing and verification of different equipment types, and enable work order data to be uniformly and automatically filed.
To achieve the above object, in a first aspect, the present invention provides a method for configuring data, the method comprising the steps of: determining a service opening request of a user side, determining corresponding equipment according to the service opening request and acquiring resource information of the equipment; acquiring the current network parameters according to a preset service rule which is preset according to the resource information of the equipment; and determining to issue a service opening instruction according to the service opening request, the resource information of the equipment and the current network parameters.
In an implementation manner, after the step of "acquiring the current network parameters according to the preset service rule, where the preset service rule is preset according to the resource information of the device", the method may further include: sending the issued service opening instruction to the equipment through an issuing interface, wherein the issuing interface is configured according to the attribute of the equipment; and the analysis equipment provides an exception handling mechanism according to the log fed back by the service opening instruction.

The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail by the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario for APN service data configuration provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the application scenario includes: a user terminal 10, a management server 20 and a network side 30. Wherein the network side 30 comprises: a packet domain core network device, the packet domain core network device comprising: SGSN (serving GPRS support node)/MME (mobility management entity), GGSN (gateway GPRS support node)/SAEGW, Domain Name System (DNS), FW, etc. The user terminal 10 includes: a subscriber server (HSS), at least one network element, etc. The business processes of the three parts comprise: when a data service request of the user terminal 10 is sent to the SGSN/MME, after DNS domain name resolution, the SGSN/MME initiates an activation request to the GGSN/SAEGW, accesses the internet through an interface of the GGSN/SAEGW, and the management server 20 can issue a service activation instruction to the user terminal 10 through the network side 30. Wherein, the functions of the SGSN/MME comprise: mobility management, session management, routing and forwarding, charging and lawful interception. In this embodiment, the method for automatically making and configuring APN service data provided by the present invention is used as a method for configuring service data in the telecommunication industry, and a network administrator manages an APN user side through a data configuration system, including the following procedures. A user side accesses an APN access platform, and the access mode of the access platform comprises the following steps: circuit access and MPLS VPN access. The user side refers to a method for inputting a single user side, and a plurality of user sides can also be used for submitting a provincial bureau data manufacturing work order through a power-saving electronic operation and maintenance system and applying for APN bureau data manufacturing.
The data configuration system automatically acquires the resource information of the equipment to be configured through the work order, determines the equipment corresponding to the work order according to the resource information of the equipment, and generates a data association table. And repeating the process, determining the equipment corresponding to the plurality of work orders, generating a plurality of data association tables, and determining the data manufacturing rule according to the plurality of data association tables. The data making table includes: the resource information of the work order and different devices corresponding to the resource information of different work orders.

And the unified data making entrance is convenient for people in different data making specialties to obtain the progress of data configuration based on the dimension of the work order.
Corresponding equipment is logged in according to preset business rules to collect current network parameters, distribution parameters are automatically calculated according to a distribution algorithm, and large amounts of LOG LOGs are manually checked and calculation errors are reduced. The current network parameter may refer to data at the time, or may be data within a time window.
The above process may be understood as a process of data production for business modeling.
S230: and determining to issue a service opening instruction according to the service opening request, the resource information of the equipment and the current network parameters.
Specifically, parameters are automatically allocated by using a configuration algorithm according to resources in the work order, configured equipment and resource information of the equipment and the acquired current network parameters, and a service opening instruction and/or a file are/is generated. The data configuration system manages the configuration rules of X manufacturers and Y equipment types, and when N pieces of equipment need data configuration, the data configuration system matches the configuration preset rules one by one to generate corresponding service opening instructions and/or files according to service opening requests, resource information of the equipment and current network parameters one by one.
S240: and sending the service opening instruction to the equipment through an issuing interface, wherein the issuing interface is configured according to the attribute of the equipment.
Specifically, the data configuration system sends the generated service provisioning instruction and/or file to different devices through different issuing interfaces, and the issuing interfaces configure different issuing interfaces according to different attributes of the devices, which can be understood that a plurality of devices include the same attribute, so that the service provisioning instruction and/or file is sent to the plurality of devices through the same issuing interface.
In addition, the data configuration system service opening instruction and/or file supports the development or serial function of the same equipment type and the same equipment according to different equipment types; the real-time monitoring of the channel state of the equipment is supported; and the timeout of equipment login is supported, and the timeout setting of the instruction return result is realized.
The data configuration system supports the configuration before the backup service opening instruction and/or the file, and the configuration is restored after the service opening instruction and/or the file fail and provides the browsing and downloading of the backup file and the modified file colleague.
S250: and the analysis equipment provides an exception handling mechanism according to the log fed back by the service opening instruction.

When the service is adjusted, the method can quickly adjust the data scheme.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another method for APN service data configuration according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method for opening the APN service includes:

HSS concurrence, the system sets the number of concurrent sessions, the issue fails, only the issue task of the current equipment is interrupted, and the issue of different equipment is not influenced; equipment of the same equipment type of DNS, SAEGW and firewall are in serial connection, one equipment of the same type fails, subsequent equipment of the same type stops issuing immediately, and different equipment types do not influence; the DNS is issued in an FTP mode and is updated through the whole file.

The method relates to a scheme service directory for automatic data production, and establishes a production rule of data according to a dictionary library, an instruction library and a scheme library module, and the method is specifically represented as follows:
a dictionary library: basic information required for defining a data production scheme, such as a work order field, equipment attributes (manufacturer, equipment model, version, equipment type), regional information (home city, home province), and parameters.
An instruction library: executing condition (precondition) constraint between instruction actions is extracted as an independent business rule, and a unified business rule base is established. There is no relation of execution sequence between the instruction templates, and the specific instruction template execution process is determined by the service rule judgment result. Defining an instruction template, a fixed parameter + variable parameter composition and a current network parameter acquisition rule according to a manufacturer, equipment type, model and version. The current network parameters are parameters which need to be used in the configuration generation process, are not contained in the work order information, need to be collected on the current network equipment, and are automatically generated according to an algorithm.
The solution library defines a routing layer, a flow template, and a rule layer (instructions of the flow or detailed rules of the interface layer). The routing layer refers to scheme path selection information, the work order follows the path of the work order key attribute matching scheme, the rule layer is obtained, and the routing layer is dynamically configurable. The process template refers to a link of the ticket, and one service scheme corresponds to one process template. The rule layer is a work order data making rule.
In conclusion, the main process link of APN service data configuration comprises work order creation, work order audit, sub-order processing and work order filing; the sub-single process links comprise sub-sheet creation, automatic equipment acquisition, sub-sheet examination, instruction generation, configuration issuing, data production examination and work sheet completion. And manually returning to the main/sub process links when the process links are abnormal.
The above links are predefined at the time of system release. When a new scheduling flow is created, a user can select links to be added according to the requirements of the actual service flow.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a data configuration system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the system includes:

The invention aims to solve the problems that the conventional APN is manually opened and is repeatedly manually operated; because the starting process needs to be operated on a plurality of devices, a large amount of repeated manual operations are faced, the efficiency is low, and errors are easy to occur. In addition, different professionals independently make the configuration according to the equipment maintenance characteristics, and cannot acquire the work order data making condition in time, and the method and the system for APN service data configuration are provided. After the wide application of part of operator companies, good economic benefits are obtained.
And the automatic data making of the APN service improves the standardization of work order resources and ensures the quality of data making. In an actual production scene, before the system is invented, one APN access relates to dozens of devices, several device types and different device manufacturers, corresponding instructions need to be generated according to different devices and different device types, then logging is carried out one by one, and the time is required to be 1-2 hours when the whole system is single. And only a dozen minutes are actually needed by system delivery.

determining to issue a service opening instruction according to the service opening request, the resource information of the equipment and the current network parameters;
the determining a service fulfillment request of a user side, determining corresponding equipment according to the service fulfillment request, and acquiring resource information of the equipment includes:
acquiring at least one work order submitted by a user side through a data configuration system, and filling in resources in the work order according to a preset resource information template specification, wherein service opening request information comprises the work order;
acquiring resource information of equipment to be configured through a work order, and determining equipment corresponding to the work order according to the resource information of the equipment;
the determining to issue a service provisioning instruction according to the service provisioning request, the resource information of the device and the current network parameter includes:
and automatically distributing parameters by using a configuration algorithm according to the service opening request, the resource information of the equipment and the current network parameters to generate a service opening instruction.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of determining to issue a service provisioning instruction according to the service provisioning request, the resource information of the device, and the current network parameter, the method further comprises:
sending the issued service opening instruction to the equipment through an issued interface, wherein the issued interface is configured according to the attribute of the equipment;
and analyzing the log fed back by the equipment according to the service opening instruction, and providing an exception handling mechanism according to the log.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the preset service rule is a service rule determined for any device corresponding to the resource information of the devices according to the same attribute.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining a service provisioning request of a user end, determining a corresponding device according to the service provisioning request, and acquiring resource information of the device comprises:

the single rule confirmation module is specifically configured to:
acquiring at least one work order submitted by a user side through a data configuration system, and filling in resources in the work order according to a preset resource information template specification, wherein service opening request information comprises the work order;
acquiring resource information of equipment to be configured through a work order, and determining equipment corresponding to the work order according to the resource information of the equipment;
the service provisioning instruction generating module is specifically configured to:
