Background
In order to ensure the safety of a production system and reduce the operation risk and moral risk of technicians, in the field with higher safety requirements, a principle of minimum authorization of system functions is adopted for passwords of the production system. When the super rights such as change are managed, double authorization or secondary authorization is required to be carried out when necessary, so that the risk brought by manual operation is reduced.
When an operator changes the production environment, secondary authorization is needed, and the authorization authentication mode is authentication by using a dynamic password token. The existing dynamic password token management mode of the production operation system is manual issuing and recovery, a user applies for changing operation by the system, and after approval, a token issuing person issues a corresponding token to the user. After the user uses the token to authenticate, the token is returned to the token issuing personnel, and then the token issuing personnel recovers and files the token. Fig. 1 is a schematic system configuration diagram of an automatic token issuance system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for automatically issuing tokens by the automatic token issuing system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. Referring now to fig. 1 and 2, a detailed description will be given of an automatic token issuing system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the token automatic issuing system of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to: control subsystem 100, token management subsystem 200, token library 300, and token locker 400. The automatic token issuing system can automatically issue tokens by the following method:
S101: the control subsystem responds to the operation of receiving the token of the user, acquires the identity information and the receiving time of the user, and sends the identity information and the receiving time of the user to the token management subsystem 200.
S102: the token management subsystem obtains a token application approval ticket matched with the pickup time of the user from an approval ticket library according to the identity information and the pickup time of the user, determines a token ID to be issued according to the token application approval ticket, and sends the token ID to be issued to the control subsystem, wherein the approval ticket library stores the token application approval tickets of each user, and the pickup time and the return time corresponding to the token application approval ticket.
S103: and the control subsystem acquires the token to be issued from the token library according to the token ID, transmits the token to be issued from the token library to the token cabinet, and sends a cabinet door opening instruction to the token cabinet.
S104: the token locker opens the locker door in response to a locker door opening instruction so that the user can obtain the token from the token locker.
The automatic token issuing system provided by the embodiment can respond to the operation of receiving the token by the user to acquire the identity information and the receiving time of the user, and determine the token to be issued according to the identity information and the receiving time of the user, so that the token to be issued is transmitted to the token cabinet from the token library, and the token is automatically issued for the user. The whole process is controlled by the system without manual attendance and issuing, so that the labor cost can be saved, and the efficiency and reliability of token issuing are improved.
Specifically, the control subsystem 100 may be an intelligent device on which a face information acquisition device for acquiring face information of a user and an information input device for inputting password information by the user may be mounted. The face information collecting device may be, for example, a camera or the like for real-time monitoring. The information input device may be, for example, a touch display screen or the like on which information may be input by a user. When the user gets the token, the operation of getting the token, such as clicking a get button, can be performed, face recognition can be performed at the face information acquisition device, and a password is input at the information input device. In response to a user's retrieval token operation, the control subsystem 100 may acquire password information input by the user, face information of the user, and a retrieval time of the user, and then transmit the password information, the face information, and the retrieval time of the user to the token management subsystem 200. The time of picking up the token may be determined by the control subsystem 100 according to the time when the user performs the operation of picking up the token. In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the control subsystem 100 may also consider that the user performs the operation of picking up the token after detecting that the user performs face recognition and inputs the password information.
After receiving the password information, the face information, and the acquisition time of the user transmitted by the control subsystem 100, the token management subsystem 200 may determine the token ID to be issued according to the password information and the face information of the user.
Specifically, the token management subsystem 200 may obtain the user ID of the user from the user information base according to the password information and the face information of the user. And obtaining the token application approval ticket of the user from the approval ticket library according to the user ID of the user and the acquisition time corresponding to the token application approval ticket. And then matching the receiving time of the user with the receiving time corresponding to the token application approval ticket of the user, and further obtaining the token application approval ticket matched with the receiving time of the user.
The user information base stores user information of each user, such as face information, password information, contact information, superior leaders and the like. Each user may register in the token management subsystem 200 in advance, and at the time of registration, the user ID, password information, and face information of the user may be uploaded to the token management subsystem. Thereafter, the token management subsystem 200 may store the user ID of each user, and the corresponding password information and face information thereof, in the user information base. Of course, in other implementations, the token management subsystem 200 may interface with other systems, obtain user information for each user from other systems, and store the user information for each user in the user information repository. For example, the token management subsystem may interface with an employee system from which user information for each user is obtained.
After receiving the password information and the face information transmitted from the control subsystem 100, the token management subsystem 200 may match the received password information and face information with the password information and face information in the user database. If the face information of the user matches the face information of the user stored in the user database, and the password information of the user matches the password information of the user stored in the user database, that is, both the password information and the face information match, the token management subsystem 200 may obtain the user ID of the user. If there is a mismatch in the password information and the face information, the token management subsystem 200 may send an identity mismatch message to the control subsystem 100. In response to the identity mismatch message, the control subsystem 100 may prompt the user for a failure to authenticate, e.g., display authentication failure information on a touch screen display. At this time, the user may reenter the identity information. Further, when the verification fails more than a set number of times, the token management subsystem 200 may freeze the account number of the user, and send a freeze message to the control subsystem, and in response to the freeze message, the control subsystem 100 may prompt the user that the account number of the user is frozen, and ask the user to contact the token administrator to perform password reset.
In the embodiment, the user ID, the password information and the corresponding face information are stored in the user information base in advance, when the user obtains the token, part of the user ID information (namely the password information and the face information) is obtained, and then the user ID is obtained according to the part of the user ID information, so that the safety of identity authentication can be improved. Further, in the embodiment, when the user ID is obtained, the security can be further improved by adopting a mode of dual identity information authentication of password information and face information. Of course, in other embodiments, other identity authentication methods may be used, for example, performing identity authentication according to account information and password information input by the user.
After determining the user ID, the token management subsystem 200 may obtain the token application approval ticket of the user and the pickup time corresponding to the token application approval ticket from the approval ticket library according to the user ID. The approval ticket library stores information such as user ID, picking time, returning time and the like corresponding to each token application approval ticket passing approval. Then, the token management subsystem 200 may match the time of the user's pickup with the time of the user's pickup corresponding to the token application approval ticket, and if the time of the user's pickup can be matched, obtain the token application approval ticket matched with the time of the user's pickup. If none match, the token management subsystem 200 may send a pickup time mismatch message to the control subsystem 100, and the control subsystem 100 may prompt the user for a pickup time mismatch. Further, when the pickup time does not match, the token management subsystem 200 may acquire the pickup time corresponding to the token application approval ticket of the user, and send the pickup time corresponding to the token application approval ticket of the user to the control subsystem 100 while sending the pickup time mismatch message to the control subsystem 100, so that the control subsystem 100 may prompt the user for the correct pickup time, so that the user can pick up the token before the correct pickup time.
After obtaining the token application approval ticket matching the current time of picking up the token user, the token management subsystem 200 may analyze the token application approval ticket, and obtain application scenario information, such as scenario information of the user applying for using the token, from the token application approval ticket. After the application scenario information is acquired, the token management subsystem 200 may acquire a token ID corresponding to the application scenario information from a preset mapping relationship table of the application scenario and the token ID. The token in this embodiment refers to a dynamic token device, and a dynamic password may be displayed on the device. The token ID is a number that can uniquely identify the token device, such as a device serial number that uniquely identifies the dynamic token device. After obtaining the token ID, the token management subsystem 200 may return the token ID to the control subsystem 100.
The control subsystem 100, upon receiving the token ID to be issued, may automatically issue a token based on the token ID.
Specifically, after acquiring the token ID, the control subsystem 100 may acquire the token to be issued from the token pool according to the token ID, place the token to be issued on a conveyor belt, and then transfer the token to be issued from the token pool 300 to the token locker 400. After the token is transferred to the token locker 400, the control subsystem 100 may send a door opening instruction to the token locker 400. In response to the instruction to open the cabinet door, the token cabinet 400 may open the cabinet door so that the user may retrieve the token from the token cabinet 400. Wherein the token locker may comprise an electrically controlled door which may be opened or closed in response to a command. Various token devices for authorizing various links of the production operation and maintenance system can be stored in the token library. The token locker 400 and the token library 300 may be connected by a conveyor belt. By arranging the token cabinet and the token cabinet, the embodiment can automatically finish the ex-warehouse, the warehouse-in and the archiving of the tokens through the token transmission between the token cabinet and the token cabinet, thereby providing convenience for the record and statistics of the token issuing and recycling.
Further, the control subsystem 100 may detect whether a user has removed a token from the token locker 400. For example, in a set period of time after the token to be issued is transferred from the token pool to the token locker, whether there is a token in the token locker 400 is recognized by an image recognition device provided in the locker body of the token locker 400, and if not, it is determined that the user has taken the token from the token locker. Upon detecting that the user has picked up a token from token locker 400, control subsystem 100 may send a release success message to token management subsystem 200. In response to the issuance success message sent by the control subsystem 100, the token management subsystem 200 may update the token status of the token taken by the user to issued.
By means of the method, the token management subsystem can automatically record and file the issuing states of the tokens, manual account checking and recording are not needed, and therefore labor is saved, and errors are avoided.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the token automatic issuing system provided in this embodiment may automatically recover the token in addition to automatically issuing the token. The method of automatically retrieving tokens is described in detail below.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a method for automatically retrieving tokens by the automatic token issuance system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, in addition to automatically issuing tokens, the token automatic issuing system provided by the embodiment of the present invention may automatically recover tokens by:
S201: the control subsystem responds to the return token operation of the user, acquires the token ID of the token to be returned, and sends the token ID to the token management subsystem.
S202: and the token management subsystem matches the token ID with the token ID of the issued token, and if the matching is successful, a matching success message is sent to the control subsystem.
S203: and the control subsystem responds to the matching success message and sends a cabinet door opening instruction to the token cabinet.
S204: and the token cabinet responds to the command of opening the cabinet door to open the cabinet door, so that a user returns the token to be returned to the token cabinet.
Specifically, after using the token, the user may automatically return the token through the token automatic issuing system provided in this embodiment. At return, the user may input token ID information of the token to be returned at the control subsystem 100 and perform a return token operation. For example, the user may input token ID information to be returned and confirm the returned token in the information input device of the control subsystem 100. In response to a user's return token operation, the control subsystem 100 may acquire the token ID to be returned and then send the token ID to be returned to the token management subsystem 200.
The token ID is usually a relatively long and complex character string information, and it is inconvenient for the user to input the token ID. The control subsystem 100 may also provide a radio frequency identifier for user operation. The user only needs to put the token to be returned on the radio frequency identifier, and the radio frequency identifier can automatically identify the token ID of the token to be returned, so that the user is prevented from inputting complex token ID information, and the user experience is improved.
In one implementation of this embodiment, upon detecting that the user has placed the token to be returned on the rfid for identification, the control subsystem 100 may consider that the user has performed a return token operation. At this point, the control subsystem 100 may automatically obtain the identified token ID from the radio frequency identifier and send the token ID to the token management subsystem 200.
After receiving the token ID of the token to be returned sent by the control subsystem 100, the token management subsystem 200 may match the received token ID of the token to be returned with the token ID of the issued token (i.e., the token whose status is issued), and send a match success message to the control subsystem 100 when the match is successful. In response to the match success message sent by the token management subsystem 200, the control subsystem 100 may send an open cabinet door instruction to the token cabinet 400. In response to the command to open the cabinet door, the token cabinet 400 may open the cabinet door, so that the user may place the token to be returned into the token cabinet to complete the token return.
In the embodiment, only the token ID is checked when the token is returned, but the identity of the returning person is not checked, and as long as the returned token ID is matched with the issued token ID, the token cabinet door is opened to enable the user to return the token. In this way, the user does not have to personally return the token, and convenience can be provided for the user to return the token.
Further, the control subsystem 100 may detect whether the user puts the token to be returned into the token holder 400, for example, in a set period of time after the door is opened, identify whether there is a token in the token holder by an image identifying device provided in the token holder 400, and if so, consider that the user has put the token to be returned into the token holder. Upon detecting that the user returns the token to be returned to the token locker 400, the control subsystem 100 may transfer the token from the token locker 400 to the token library 300 and then send a return success message to the token management subsystem 200. In response to the return success message, the token management subsystem 200 may update the token state of the user-returned token to returned.
By means of the method, the return information of each token can be automatically recorded and archived, manual account checking and recording are not needed, labor cost can be saved, and manual operation errors are avoided.
In one implementation of this embodiment, the token management subsystem 200 may detect whether each token is picked up on time and send alert information to users that are not picking up tokens on time to prompt the users to pick up tokens as soon as possible.
Specifically, the token management subsystem 200 may obtain the approved token application approval orders and the pickup time corresponding to each token application approval order from the approval order library, detect that when the pickup time is reached, obtain the token ID from the token application approval orders corresponding to the pickup time, detect whether the state of the token is updated to be picked up according to the token ID, and if not, obtain the user ID from the token approval orders, and obtain the contact manner of the user from the user information library according to the user ID, thereby sending a pickup prompt to the user.
In another implementation of this embodiment, the token management subsystem 200 may detect whether the issued token returns on time and send an alert message to the user who did not return the token on time and his superior pickup to prompt the user to return the token as soon as possible.
Specifically, the token management subsystem may put the token ID of the issued token, the token application approval ticket corresponding to the token, and the return time into the issued token stack, and periodically poll whether the issued token in the stack returns on time, for example, when the return time of the token is reached, detect whether the state of the token is updated to be returned, and if not, consider that the token does not return on time. If the token is not returned on time, the token ID and the corresponding token application approval ticket which are not returned on time can be put into an alarm stack. Then, a token approval form can be obtained from the alarm stack, a user ID is obtained from the token application form, then the contact way of the user which is not returned on time and the contact way of the upper level leader thereof are obtained from the user information base according to the user ID, and then the alarm information is sent to the user which is not returned on time and the upper level leader thereof.
Through the mode, the method and the device can automatically remind the user of picking up the token and returning the token, so that the user is reminded of picking up and returning the token in time, and user experience is improved. And when the user does not return the token, the embodiment simultaneously sends prompt information to the user who does not return the token on time and the superior leader thereof, so that the user can be reminded to return the token as soon as possible.
