Description

Token automatic issuing system, method and storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of token management, and in particular, to an automatic token issuing system, method, and storage medium.
Background
In order to ensure the safety of the production system and reduce the operation risk and moral risk of technicians, the principle of minimum authorization of system functions is adopted for the password of the production system in the field with higher safety requirements. When super authorities such as change are managed, double authorization or secondary authorization is required when necessary, so that risks caused by manual operation are reduced.
When an operator changes the production environment, secondary authorization is needed, and the authorization authentication mode is dynamic password token authentication. The management mode of the dynamic password token of the existing production operation and maintenance system is manual issuing and recycling, and a user applies for change operation in the system and issues a corresponding token to the user by a token issuing personnel after approval is passed. After the user finishes the token authentication, the token is returned to the token issuing personnel, and then the token issuing personnel recovers and files the token. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the following examples are illustrative only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
[ example 1 ]
Fig. 1 is a schematic system configuration diagram of an automatic token issuance system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for automatically issuing tokens by the token automatic issuing system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. The automatic token issuing system according to the embodiment of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the token automatic issuing system of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to: a control subsystem 100, a token management subsystem 200, a token vault 300, and a token locker 400. The automatic token issuing system can automatically issue tokens through the following methods:
s101: the control subsystem responds to the token getting operation of the user, acquires the identity information and the getting time of the user, and sends the identity information and the getting time of the user to the token management subsystem 200.
S102: the token management subsystem acquires a token application approval sheet matched with the pickup time of the user from an approval sheet library according to the identity information and the pickup time of the user, determines a token ID to be issued according to the token application approval sheet, and sends the token ID to be issued to a control subsystem, wherein the approval sheet library stores the approved token application approval sheets of the users and the pickup time and the return time corresponding to the token application approval sheets.
S103: and the control subsystem acquires the token to be issued from the token library according to the token ID, transmits the token to be issued from the token library to the token cabinet, and sends a cabinet door opening instruction to the token cabinet.
S104: the token cabinet responds to the cabinet door opening instruction to open the cabinet door, so that the user draws the token from the token cabinet.
The automatic token issuing system provided by this embodiment can obtain the identity information and the drawing time of the user in response to the operation of drawing the token by the user, determine the token to be issued according to the identity information and the drawing time of the user, and further transmit the token to be issued from the token pool to the token cabinet, so as to automatically issue the token for the user. The whole process is controlled by the system, manual watching and issuing are not needed, labor cost can be saved, and token issuing efficiency and reliability are improved.
Specifically, the control subsystem 100 may be an intelligent device, on which a face information collecting device for collecting face information of a user and an information input device for inputting password information by the user may be installed. The face information acquisition device can be a camera for real-time monitoring and the like. The information input device may be, for example, a touch display screen or the like through which a user can input information. When the user receives the token, the user can receive the token, such as clicking a receiving button and the like, and can perform face recognition at the face information acquisition device and input a password at the information input device. In response to the token receiving operation of the user, the control subsystem 100 may obtain password information input by the user, face information of the user, and receiving time of the user, and then send the password information, the face information, and the receiving time of the user to the token management subsystem 200. The receiving time of the user may be determined by the control subsystem 100 according to the time when the user performs the token receiving operation. In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the control subsystem 100 may also consider that the user performs the token extraction operation after detecting that the user performs face recognition and inputs password information.
After receiving the password information, the face information, and the drawing time of the user sent by the control subsystem 100, the token management subsystem 200 may determine the token ID to be issued according to the password information and the face information of the user.
Specifically, the token management subsystem 200 may obtain the user ID of the user from the user information base according to the password information and the face information of the user. And obtaining the token application approval sheet of the user and the pickup time corresponding to the token application approval sheet from the approval sheet library according to the user ID of the user. And then matching the pickup time of the user with the pickup time corresponding to the token application approval sheet of the user, and further acquiring the token application approval sheet matched with the pickup time of the user.
The user information base stores user information of each user, such as face information, password information, contact information, superior leadership and the like. Each user may register in the token management subsystem 200 in advance, and may upload the user ID, password information, and face information of the user to the token management subsystem at the time of registration. Thereafter, the token management subsystem 200 may store the user ID of each user and its corresponding password information and face information in the user information base. Of course, in other implementations, the token management subsystem 200 may interface with other systems, obtain the user information of each user from other systems, and then store the user information of each user in the user information base. For example, the token management subsystem may interface with an employee system to obtain user information for each user from the employee system.
After receiving the password information and the face information sent by the control subsystem 100, the token management subsystem 200 may match the received password information and the face information with the password information and the face information in the user database. If the face information of the user matches the face information of the user stored in the user database, and the password information of the user matches the password information of the user stored in the user database, that is, the password information and the face information both match, the token management subsystem 200 may obtain the user ID of the user. If one of the password information and the face information does not match, the token management subsystem 200 may send an identity mismatch message to the control subsystem 100. In response to the identity mismatch message, the control subsystem 100 may prompt the user for an authentication failure, e.g., display an authentication failure message on a touch screen display. At this point, the user may re-enter the identity information. Further, when the verification fails more than the set number of times, the token management subsystem 200 may freeze the account of the user and send a freeze message to the control subsystem, and in response to the freeze message, the control subsystem 100 may prompt the user that the account is frozen, and ask the user to contact the token administrator to reset the password.
In this embodiment, the ID, the password information, and the corresponding face information of the user are stored in the user information base in advance, when the user receives the token, partial identity information (i.e., the password information and the face information) of the user is obtained, and then the user ID is obtained according to the partial identity information of the user, so that the security of the identity authentication can be improved. Further, when the user ID is acquired, the present embodiment adopts a dual identity information authentication mode of password information and face information, which can further improve the security. Of course, in other embodiments, other authentication methods may be used, for example, authentication is performed according to account information and password information input by the user.
After determining the user ID, the token management subsystem 200 may obtain the token application approval sheet of the user and the pickup time corresponding to the token application approval sheet from the approval sheet library according to the user ID. The examination and approval list library stores information such as each examined and approved token application examination and approval list, and user ID, receiving time, returning time and the like corresponding to each token application examination and approval list. Then, the token management subsystem 200 may match the pickup time of the user with the pickup time corresponding to the token application approval sheet of the user, and if the pickup time of the user can be matched with the token application approval sheet of the user, obtain the token application approval sheet matched with the pickup time of the user. If not, the token management subsystem 200 may send the pickup time mismatch information to the control subsystem 100, and the control subsystem 100 may prompt the user that the pickup time is mismatched. Further, when the picking time is not matched, the token management subsystem 200 may obtain the picking time corresponding to the token application approval sheet of the user, and send a message that the picking time is not matched to the control subsystem 100, and at the same time, send the picking time corresponding to the token application approval sheet of the user to the control subsystem 100, so that the control subsystem 100 may prompt the user of the correct picking time, so that the user picks the token before the correct picking time.
After obtaining the token application approval sheet of the current token receiving user, which is matched with the current receiving time, the token management subsystem 200 may analyze the token application approval sheet, and obtain application context information, such as context information of the user applying to use the token, from the token application approval sheet. After obtaining the application scenario information, the token management subsystem 200 may obtain a token ID corresponding to the application scenario information from a preset mapping relationship table between the application scenario and the token ID. The token in this embodiment refers to a dynamic token device, and a dynamic password may be displayed on the device. The token ID is a number that uniquely identifies the token device, such as a device serial number that uniquely identifies the dynamic token device. Upon obtaining the token ID, the token management subsystem 200 may return the token ID to the control subsystem 100.
The control subsystem 100, upon receiving the token ID to be issued, may automatically issue a token based on the token ID.
Specifically, after obtaining the token ID, the control subsystem 100 may obtain the token to be issued from the token pool according to the token ID, place the token to be issued on the conveyor belt, and then convey the token to be issued from the token pool 300 to the token locker 400. After the token is passed to the token locker 400, the control subsystem 100 may send a door open command to the token locker 400. In response to the command to open the door, the token locker 400 may open the door so that the user may draw the token from the token locker 400. Wherein the token chest may include an electrically controlled door that may be opened or closed in response to a command. Various token devices for authorizing various links of the operation and maintenance system can be stored in the token base. The token cabinet 400 and the token pool 300 may be connected by a carousel. By arranging the token cabinet and the token bank, the embodiment can automatically finish the ex-warehouse, in-warehouse and filing of the tokens through token transmission between the token bank and the token cabinet, thereby providing convenience for record and statistics of token issuing and recovery.
Further, the control subsystem 100 may detect whether a user has removed a token from the token locker 400. For example, within a set time period after a token to be issued is transferred from the token pool to the token locker, whether the token is in the token locker 400 is identified by the image identification device provided in the body of the token locker 400, and if not, the user is determined to take the token out of the token locker. Upon detecting that the user has picked up a token from the token locker 400, the control subsystem 100 may send an issue success message to the token management subsystem 200. In response to the issuance success message sent by the control subsystem 100, the token management subsystem 200 may update the token status of the token taken by the user as issued.
Through the mode, the token management subsystem of the embodiment can automatically record and file the issuing state of each token without manual account checking and recording, so that labor is saved and mistakes are avoided.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, in addition to automatically issuing tokens, the token automatic issuing system provided in this embodiment may also automatically recycle tokens. The method of automatically recycling tokens is described in detail below.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a method for automatically recycling tokens by an automatic token issuing system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, in addition to automatically issuing tokens, the automatic token issuing system according to the embodiment of the present invention may automatically recycle tokens in the following manner:
s201: and the control subsystem responds to the operation of returning the token by the user, acquires the token ID of the token to be returned and sends the token ID to the token management subsystem.
S202: and the token management subsystem matches the token ID with the token ID of the released token, and if the matching is successful, a matching success message is sent to the control subsystem.
S203: and the control subsystem responds to the matching success message and sends a cabinet door opening instruction to the token cabinet.
S204: the token cabinet responds to the cabinet door opening instruction to open a cabinet door, so that a user can return the token to be returned to the token cabinet.
Specifically, after the user uses the token, the token can be automatically returned by the token automatic issuing system provided in the present embodiment. When returning, the user can input the token ID information of the token to be returned at the control subsystem 100 and perform the token returning operation. For example, the user may enter token ID information to be returned and confirm the return of the token in an information input device of the control subsystem 100. In response to the user's return token operation, the control subsystem 100 may acquire the token ID to be returned and then transmit the token ID to be returned to the token management subsystem 200.
The token ID is usually a relatively long and complicated character string information, and it is very inconvenient for the user to input the token ID. The control subsystem 100 may also provide a radio frequency identifier for user operation. The user only needs to put the token to be returned onto the radio frequency identifier, and the radio frequency identifier can automatically identify the token ID of the token to be returned, so that the user is prevented from inputting complex token ID information, and the user experience is improved.
In one implementation of this embodiment, the control subsystem 100 may consider the user to return the token when it detects that the user identifies the token to be returned by placing the token on the rfid. At this time, the control subsystem 100 may automatically acquire the identified token ID from the radio frequency identifier and transmit the token ID to the token management subsystem 200.
After receiving the token ID of the token to be returned sent by the control subsystem 100, the token management subsystem 200 may match the token ID of the received token to be returned with the token ID of the issued token (i.e., the token whose state is the issued token), and send a matching success message to the control subsystem 100 when the matching is successful. In response to the matching success message sent by the token management subsystem 200, the control subsystem 100 may send a door open command to the token locker 400. By the method, the user does not need to return the token personally, and convenience can be provided for the user to return the token.
Further, the control subsystem 100 may detect whether the user puts the token to be returned into the token locker 400, for example, within a set time period after the cabinet door is opened, identify whether the token is in the token locker through an image identification device provided in the token locker 400, and if so, consider that the user has put the token to be returned into the token locker. Upon detecting that the user has returned the token to be returned to the token locker 400, the control subsystem 100 may transfer the token from the token locker 400 to the token pool 300 and then send a return success message to the token management subsystem 200. In response to the return success message, the token management subsystem 200 may update the token state of the token returned by the user to be returned.
Through this kind of mode, this embodiment can carry out automatic recording and file to the return information of each token, need not artifical reconciliation and record, can use manpower sparingly manual, avoids manual operation mistake.
In one implementation of this embodiment, the token management subsystem 200 may detect whether each token is timely picked up, and send an alarm message to a user who does not pick up the token timely, so as to prompt the user to pick up the token as soon as possible.
Specifically, the token management subsystem 200 may obtain the approved token application approval tickets and the pickup time corresponding to each token application approval ticket from the approval ticket library, detect that when the pickup time is reached, obtain the token ID from the token application approval ticket corresponding to the pickup time, detect whether the state of the token is updated to be picked according to the token ID, if not, obtain the user ID from the token approval ticket, obtain the contact information of the user from the user information library according to the user ID, and send a pickup prompt to the user.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the token management subsystem 200 may detect whether a released token is returned on time, and receive and send alarm information to a user who does not return the token on time and a superior level thereof, so as to prompt the user to return the token as soon as possible.
