Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment of the method for preventing a printed document from being forgotten according to the present invention, the method is applied to an electronic device, and the method for preventing the printed document from being forgotten includes the steps of:
step S10, collecting the printing file images at the printing outlet of the printing equipment at preset time intervals;
in this embodiment, a camera is installed at the printing outlet of the printing apparatus, and can shoot images at the printing outlet, and the camera may be independent or a camera built in the printing apparatus. If the camera is independent, the electronic equipment is connected with the camera through a wired or wireless network, and then the camera is controlled to collect the printed file image at the printing outlet of the printing equipment at preset time intervals. If the camera is a camera built in the printing equipment, the collecting instruction can be sent to the printing equipment at preset time intervals, so that the printing equipment controls the built-in camera to shoot the printing file image at the printing outlet, and sends the collected printing file image to the electronic equipment through a wired network or a wireless network.
Step S20, according to the preset special font identification model, carrying out image identification on the collected current printing file image to obtain the special font type or the position information of the characters with the special font type in the current printing file image;
in this embodiment, the text may be a chinese text and/or an english alphabet, and the preset special font identification model is a special font identification model based on a neural network or a non-neural network. After the current printing file image is collected, the current printing file image is preprocessed, the preprocessed image is input into a special font identification model, and the special font identification model outputs a special font type in the current printing file image or outputs position information of characters with the special font type in the current printing file image.
Specifically, step S20 includes:
step S21, graying the collected current print file image to obtain a grayscale image;
step S22, binarizing the gray level image to obtain a binarized image;
step S23, creating a minimum circumscribed rectangle of the binary image;
step S24, obtaining an inclination angle according to the minimum circumscribed rectangle;
step S25, rotating and adjusting the binary image according to the inclination angle to obtain the adjusted binary image;
and step S26, inputting the adjusted binary image into a preset special font identification model, and obtaining the position information of the special font type or the characters with the special font type in the current printing file image.
Graying the collected current printing file image to obtain a grayed current printing file image, then carrying out binarization processing on the grayed image to obtain a binarized image, then creating a minimum circumscribed rectangle through a Moment Estimation (Moment Estimation) algorithm, wherein the minimum circumscribed rectangle is a minimum rectangle completely covering characters in the printing file image, determining the inclination angle of the minimum circumscribed rectangle, carrying out rotation adjustment on the binarized image through the inclination angle to finish inclination correction on the binarized image to obtain an adjusted binarized image, finally inputting the obtained binarized image into a preset special font identification model, automatically carrying out line segmentation and character segmentation on the adjusted binarized image, extracting features, inputting the features into a classifier, and finally realizing identification on the special font type in the current printing file image to obtain the special font type in the current printing file image, or identifying the special font type in the current printing file image and marking the characters with the special font type to obtain the position information of all the characters with the special font type in the current printing file image.
It should be noted that there may be no print file at the print outlet of the printing device under some circumstances, so after the camera transmits the shot print outlet image back to the electronic device, before the electronic device performs step S20, it may first perform preliminary identification on the image shot by the camera, whether the image is a print file image, that is, whether a paper print file exists at the print outlet is identified, if the image is identified as a print file image, step S20 is performed, otherwise, it continues to wait for the next time to collect the image at the print outlet.
Step S30, obtaining the feature code of the current print file image according to the preset conversion rule and the special font type in the current print file image or according to the preset conversion rule and the position information of the characters with the special font type in the current print file image;
after the special font type in the current print file image or the position information of the characters with the special font type in the current print file image is obtained, the feature code can be obtained by adopting any one of two methods, wherein the first method is to obtain the feature code of the current print file image according to the preset conversion rule and the special font type in the current print file image, and the second method is to obtain the feature code of the current print file image according to the preset conversion rule and the position information of the characters with the special font type in the current print file image.
When the preset conversion rule includes the mapping relationship between the special font type and the feature code, a first method is adopted, that is, after the special font type in the current printing file image is obtained, the feature code corresponding to the special font type in the current printing file image is obtained according to the mapping relationship between the special font type and the feature code and is used as the feature code of the current printing file image, for example, the feature code corresponding to the identified special font type is 0003, and then 0003 is the feature code of the current printing file image.
When the preset conversion rule includes a preset encoding rule and a preset special font type, a second method is adopted, namely after the position information of the characters with the special font type in the current printing file image is obtained, the characteristic code of the current printing file image is obtained according to the preset encoding rule and the position information of the characters with the special font type, for example, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of the collected current printing file image, the number of the characters with the special font type in the current printing file image is identified to be 8, the position information is respectively the 5 th character and the 16 th character in the first line, the 6 th character and the 11 th character in the second line, the 7 th character and the 9 th character in the third line, the 1 st character and the 24 th character in the fourth line, when the encoding rule is that the characteristic code is formed according to the number of the characters between the two special fonts in the same line, then the characteristic code of the print document image is 10050122 and when the coding rule is to code directly according to the line number of the line with the special font and the position of the text in the line, then the characteristic code of the print document image is 010516020611030709040124.
The second method is also used when the predetermined conversion rule includes a predetermined encoding rule, a predetermined translation function, and a predetermined special font type. In the process of identifying the special font type, the special font identification model uniformly divides an input image into a preset number of areas, obtains character position information with the special font type in the current printing file image as the character position information of the special font type in each area, obtains translated feature codes of the current printing file image according to a preset coding rule and the position information of characters with the special font type after obtaining the character position information with the special font type in the current printing file image, inputs the translated feature codes into a preset translation function for inverse translation, and obtains feature codes before translation, wherein the feature codes before translation are the feature codes of the current printing file image. For example, fig. 7 is another schematic diagram of the captured current print document image, it should be noted that the rectangular frame in fig. 7 does not exist in the current print document image, and is to illustrate the divided regions more clearly, the number of the characters with the special font type identified in the current print document image is 4, each region has one, and the position information of each region is respectively the 3 rd character in the upper left region, the 5 th character in the upper right region, the 9 th character in the lower left region, and the 12 th character in the lower right region, when the encoding rule is that the position of the character with the special font in each region is encoded clockwise, the translated feature of the print document image is encoded to be 03050912, and the translation function is input and then reverse translation is performed to obtain the pre-translation feature encoded to be 12030509.
Note that, the encoding rule is not limited here, as long as the feature code can be obtained from the encoding rule.
Step S40, judging whether the feature code of the previous printed file image is the same as the feature code of the current printed file image;
and step S50, when the feature code of the current printed file image is the same as the feature code of the current printed file image, inquiring the employee ID corresponding to the feature code of the current printed file image in the feature code library, and sending the reminding information to the terminal corresponding to the employee ID.
After the feature code of the current printed file image is obtained, the stored feature code of the previous printed file image is inquired and compared with the feature code of the current printed file image, whether the feature codes are the same or not is judged, if yes, the current printed file image and the printed file image collected last time are the same, namely the existing time of the printed file at the printing outlet of the printing equipment reaches the preset interval time, the printed file can be determined to be forgotten by a staff, at the moment, the staff ID corresponding to the feature code of the current printed file image is inquired from a feature code library, then the terminal corresponding to the staff ID is determined according to the staff ID, and reminding information is sent to the terminal corresponding to the staff ID, wherein the terminal can be a mobile phone of the staff or an office computer of the staff.
It should be noted that after obtaining the employee ID, the email address or the mobile phone number corresponding to the employee ID may also be obtained, and the reminder information is sent to the email address or the mobile phone in an email form or a short message form. The execution subject of the present embodiment may be the printing apparatus executing steps S10 to S50 in addition to being the electronic apparatus.
The embodiment collects the printing file images at the printing outlet of the printing equipment at preset time intervals; and then identifying the feature code in the document printing image, comparing the feature code identified at present with the feature code identified at the previous time, when the feature code identified at present is the same as the feature code identified at the previous time, determining that the printed document printed at the present printing outlet is the same as the printed document printed before the preset time, and determining that the forgotten printed document exists at the printing outlet, inquiring the employee to which the forgotten printed document belongs according to the binding relationship between the feature code and the employee ID, and sending a reminding message to the employee to take the forgotten printed document away in time, so that the risk of information leakage caused by the forgotten printed document is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the present application printing document anti-forgetting method is proposed according to the first embodiment of the present application printing document anti-forgetting method, and in the present embodiment, step S10 is preceded by:
step S60, receiving the electronic document and employee ID sent by the user terminal;
in this embodiment, the electronic device is connected to any user terminal via a wireless network or a wired network, and the electronic device is connected to the printing device via a wireless network or a wired network. When the employee needs to print the electronic document, a print request including the electronic document and the employee ID is sent to the electronic device through the user terminal. After receiving a printing request sent by a user terminal, the electronic device acquires an electronic document and an employee ID in the printing request.
Step S70, inquiring a feature code corresponding to the employee ID in a feature code library;
a feature code library is pre-established in the electronic equipment, feature codes corresponding to all employee IDs are stored in the feature code library, and the feature codes are composed of pure numbers, pure English or combination of the pure numbers and the English. After the electronic device obtains the employee ID in the print request, the feature code corresponding to the employee ID in the feature code library is queried.
Step S80, converting the original font type of at least one character in the electronic document into a special font type according to a preset conversion rule and the characteristic code, and obtaining a converted electronic document;
after the feature code corresponding to the employee ID is found, the feature code is analyzed according to a preset conversion rule, at least one character position in the first page, the last page or each page of the electronic document is determined, and the original font type of the characters at the determined position is converted into a special font type, so that the converted electronic document is obtained, wherein the special font can be a font type different from all font types appearing in the electronic document to be printed in the existing common font types, for example, all font types appearing in the electronic document to be printed are a song style body and a regular script body, and the special font type can be a black body, a clerk style and the like; the special font type can be a self-constructed special font type, or can be based on the existing standard font, the standard font can be a Song style, a black body or a regular font, and the existing standard font is modified according to a preset modification rule to form a new special font. For example, the adopted standard font is the song style, the characteristics of the song style are mainly the shape of the front entering and the shape of the back entering, and the original length and width characteristics of the standard font can be modified to form a new special font by changing the shape of the front entering from the original triangle into the rectangle.
Specifically, the preset conversion rule includes a preset mapping relationship between the feature code and the special font type, and step S80 includes:
step S81, obtaining a special font type corresponding to the feature code according to a preset mapping relation between the feature code and the special font type;
