Abstract

Technical Field

The existing testing method adopts manual setting of the output resistance of the variable resistance box to replace the output of the temperature sensor, the precision is 0.1 omega, the adjustable range is 0-2000 omega, 3 working conditions are provided, and 15 setting values are provided; the method adopts the manual setting of the output voltage of a direct-current power supply to replace the output of a liquid level sensor and a hydraulic sensor, the precision is 0.1V, the voltage range is 0-28V, 5 working conditions and 10 setting values are provided; the working state, the test result and the like of the environment control unit are monitored by CANTest general test software, and then the CAN message is manually observed according to the software interface definition and manually converted to obtain the test result.
With the increasing demand of electronic equipment, the production quantity of the environmental control units is increased. The existing test system can only meet the test capability of a small number of products in the process of development and trial production and cannot adapt to large-scale production.

Compared with the existing method, the universal automatic test system for the environmental control units shortens the test time of a single set of environmental control units by 80%, avoids the human error of input signals, standardizes the test process, improves the test precision and the production efficiency, and meets the requirement of batch production of the environmental control units.
Different input signals are configured through software, so that the ring control units of the same type of products with different models can be tested, and the test system is generalized.
