本发明公开了一种用于灭火装置的顶部电子控制阀,涉及灭火设备技术领域,本发明包括阀体,所述阀体内设置有上下两端贯通的阀腔,所述阀体侧面设置有与阀腔连通的出气口,所述阀腔内设置有阀杆密封机构,所述阀体顶部外侧设置有外螺纹,所述阀腔顶部内侧设置有内螺纹,阀体顶部两侧对称设置有与阀腔连通的竖直条孔,所述阀腔顶部设置有驱动阀杆密封机构升降的电子控制机构,电子控制机构包括与阀腔顶部内螺纹配合的驱动螺纹管;本发明具有结构简单、电控打开阀门,在危机情况下省时省力的优点。

Description

一种用于灭火装置的顶部电子控制阀
技术领域
本发明涉及灭火设备技术领域,更具体的是涉及用于灭火装置的顶部电子控制阀技术领域。
背景技术
灭火器具是一种平时往往被人冷落,急需时大显身手的消防必备之物灭火器,一旦有了火情,没有适当的灭火器具,便可能酿成大祸。灭火器是一种可携式灭火工具。灭火器内放置化学物品,用以救灭火灾。灭火器是常见的防火设施之一,存放在公众场所或可能发生火灾的地方,不同种类的灭火器内装填的成分不一样,是专为不同的火灾起因而设。使用时必须注意以免产生反效果及引起危险。
目前灭火器阀门通常包括阀体、阀杆、压把和提把等组成,阀杆安装在阀体内,阀杆设有与阀体配合形成密封结构的密封圈。现有的灭火器阀门都是手动式阀门,这种阀门必须操作人员手动启动阀门才能灭火,对于装有灭火系统的公共交通汽车来说,当出现火灾险情时,可能由于火势过大火或者车辆变形严重,人员不方便去拿去灭火器火灾,故设计一种灭火装置顶部用电子控制阀很有现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决现上述技术问题,本发明提供一种用于灭火装置的顶部电子控制阀。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
一种用于灭火装置的顶部电子控制阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设置有上下两端贯通的阀腔,所述阀体侧面设置有与阀腔连通的出气口,所述阀腔内设置有阀杆密封机构,所述阀体顶部外侧设置有外螺纹,所述阀腔顶部内侧设置有内螺纹,阀体顶部两侧对称设置有与阀腔连通的竖直条孔,所述阀腔顶部设置有驱动阀杆密封机构升降的电子控制机构,电子控制机构包括与阀腔顶部内螺纹配合的驱动螺纹管,驱动螺纹管下侧与阀杆密封机构顶部接触,所述电子控制机构还包括与阀体顶部外螺纹螺纹配合的定位管,定位管顶部设有微型电机,微型电机的输出轴外壁设置有与驱动螺纹管内部配合的螺纹,微型电机的输出轴带动驱动螺纹管升降。
进一步地,所述阀体设置有控制电子控制机构开闭的手动开关或者温控开关。
进一步地,所述阀杆密封机构包括阀杆组件和弹性密封组件,所述阀腔包括从上到下依次连通且中心线重合的阀杆腔、锥形腔和进气腔,所述出气口与阀杆腔底部连通,所述阀杆组件位于阀杆腔内并能够上下移动,所述弹性密封组件位于锥形腔内并与阀杆组件末端连接,所述弹性密封组件顶部与锥形腔顶部接触密封,所述进气腔内设通过螺纹形式连接有与灭火器瓶体内部配合的立管座,所述弹性密封组件底部固定在立管座内。
进一步地,所述弹性密封组件包括套置在阀杆组件底部的密封圈、用于定位密封圈的定位块和设置在定位块下方的锥状弹簧,所述锥状弹簧底部与立管座内部固定连接。
进一步地,所述立管座内部设置有用于承载锥状弹簧的环状凸台。
进一步地,所述阀杆组件包括杆体和套设在杆体上防止气体从阀杆腔上端溢出的辅助密封件。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明结构简单,把本发明安装在灭火器的瓶口上,当发生险情时,可以通过人工开启电子控制阀实现灭火装置的启用,当人工不能靠近灭火装置时,当环境温度过高会触发温控开关开启电子控制阀的开起,实现灭火装置的使用,这种结构的设置省时省力,效率高。
2、阀杆密封机构包括阀杆组件和弹性密封组件,电子控制阀驱动阀杆组件向下移动,从而带动弹性密封组件向下移动,弹性密封组件与锥形腔分离开形成缝隙,从而连通了阀杆腔和锥形腔,使灭火器中的泡沫可以顺利从阀杆腔进入到锥形腔在进入到出气口,完成了使用,在不需要使用时松开手动驱动机构,弹性密封组件实现复位密封住锥形腔的顶部。
3、所述弹性密封组件包括套置在阀杆组件底部的密封圈、用于定位密封圈的定位块和设置在定位块下方的锥状弹簧,所述锥状弹簧底部与立管座内部固定连接,这种弹性密封组件的设置方便复位,具有很强的可靠性。

如图1到3所示,本实施例提供一种用于灭火装置的顶部电子控制阀,包括阀体4,所述阀体4内设置有上下两端贯通的阀腔6,所述阀体4侧面设置有与阀腔6连通的出气口7,所述阀腔6内设置有阀杆密封机构,所述阀体4顶部外侧设置有外螺纹,所述阀腔6顶部内侧设置有内螺纹,阀体4顶部两侧对称设置有与阀腔6连通的竖直条孔8,所述阀腔6顶部设置有驱动阀杆密封机构升降的电子控制机构1。
电子控制机构1包括与阀腔6顶部内螺纹配合的驱动螺纹管1-4,驱动螺纹管1-4下侧与阀杆密封机构顶部接触,所述电子控制机构1还包括与阀体4顶部外螺纹螺纹配合的定位管1-3,定位管1-3顶部设有微型电机1-1,微型电机1-1的输出轴1-2外壁设置有与驱动螺纹管1-4内部配合的螺纹,微型电机1-1的输出轴1-2带动驱动螺纹管1-4升降。
所述阀体4设置有控制电子控制机构1开闭的手动开关或者温控开关。
把本发明安装在灭火器的瓶口上,当发生险情时,可以通过人工开启电子控制阀实现灭火装置的启用,当人工不能靠近灭火装置时,当环境温度过高会触发温控开关开启电子控制阀的开起,实现灭火装置的使用,这种结构的设置省时省力,效率高。
阀杆密封机构包括阀杆组件和弹性密封组件,电子控制阀驱动阀杆组件向下移动,从而带动弹性密封组件向下移动,弹性密封组件与锥形腔分离开形成缝隙,从而连通了阀杆腔和锥形腔,使灭火器中的泡沫可以顺利从阀杆腔进入到锥形腔在进入到出气口,完成了使用,在不需要使用时松开手动驱动机构,弹性密封组件实现复位密封住锥形腔的顶部。

所述弹性密封组件3包括套置在阀杆组件2底部的密封圈3-1、用于定位密封圈3-1的定位块和设置在定位块下方的锥状弹簧3-2,所述锥状弹簧3-2底部与立管座5内部固定连接。
所述立管座5内部设置有用于承载锥状弹簧3-2的环状凸台5-1。
所述阀杆组件2包括杆体2-2和套设在杆体2-2上防止气体从阀杆腔6-1上端溢出的辅助密封件2-1。

1.一种用于灭火装置的顶部电子控制阀,包括阀体(4),所述阀体(4)内设置有上下两端贯通的阀腔(6),所述阀体(4)侧面设置有与阀腔(6)连通的出气口(7),所述阀腔(6)内设置有阀杆密封机构,其特征在于,所述阀体(4)顶部外侧设置有外螺纹,所述阀腔(6)顶部内侧设置有内螺纹,阀体(4)顶部两侧对称设置有与阀腔(6)连通的竖直条孔(8),所述阀腔(6)顶部设置有驱动阀杆密封机构升降的电子控制机构(1),电子控制机构(1)包括与阀腔(6)顶部内螺纹配合的驱动螺纹管(1-4),驱动螺纹管(1-4)下侧与阀杆密封机构顶部接触,所述电子控制机构(1)还包括与阀体(4)顶部外螺纹螺纹配合的定位管(1-3),定位管(1-3)顶部设有微型电机(1-1),微型电机(1-1)的输出轴(1-2)外壁设置有与驱动螺纹管(1-4)内部配合的螺纹,微型电机(1-1)的输出轴(1-2)带动驱动螺纹管(1-4)升降。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于灭火装置的顶部电子控制阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆密封机构包括阀杆组件(2)和弹性密封组件(3),所述阀腔(6)包括从上到下依次连通且中心线重合的阀杆腔(6-1)、锥形腔(6-2)和进气腔(6-3),所述出气口(7)与阀杆腔(6-1)底部连通,所述阀杆组件(2)位于阀杆腔(6-1)内并能够上下移动,所述弹性密封组件(3)位于锥形腔(6-2)内并与阀杆组件(2)末端连接,所述弹性密封组件(3)顶部与锥形腔(6-2)顶部接触密封,所述进气腔(6-3)内设通过螺纹形式连接有与灭火器瓶体内部配合的立管座(5),所述弹性密封组件(3)底部固定在立管座(5)内。
