Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of printing and dyeing processes, and particularly relates to a printing and dyeing method of gambiered canton silk.
Background
The gambiered canton silk is popular because of the advantages of cool and pleasant fabric, easy washing and quick drying, deep color, dirt resistance, no skin adhesion, light weight, no easy creasing and the like. However, the traditional gambiered canton silk is limited by the manufacturing process and is difficult to meet the increasing market demand.
At present, the traditional production process of the gambiered canton silk is a dyeing and finishing process of gambiered canton-cup by manual operation, and the refined white blank silk is manufactured by complicated procedures of gambiered canton-cup juice soaking, gambiered canton-cup sun-drying in the sunning ground, gambiered canton-cup juice sealing, silk boiling, pond sludge passing and the like. The unique color and texture of the gambiered canton silk is mainly derived from the special and very complex dyeing and finishing processing technology.
Besides the gamboge juice, the pond sludge is also one of key material factors for producing gamboge silk. Not all pond sludge is suitable for the production of gambiered silk. The grey black river mud in the Shunde area of Guangdong province is rich in high-valence iron ions, is not polluted, and is the best pond mud for producing black rice from gambiered Guangdong silk. The color of the pond sludge is changed into black after the silk is aired with the dioscorea cirrhosa, which is a phenomenon generated by chemical reaction between tannin in the dioscorea cirrhosa dye and iron ions in the pond sludge. The iron tannate formed on the silk fabric is soft and astringent in luster after being irradiated by sunlight. Therefore, in the printing and dyeing process of the gambiered silk, the use of the pond sludge enables the preparation of the gambiered silk to be limited by regions, and the production cycle of the gambiered silk is prolonged.
In addition, in the traditional gambiered canton silk printing and dyeing process, complicated processes are required for obtaining gambiered canton silk with good quality, so that the production cycle of the gambiered canton silk is greatly prolonged.
And the traditional printing and dyeing process of the gambiered Canadian silk also needs a large drying yard, so that the production factory is often limited by the size of the yard.
