All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In the prior art, users need to actively select a washing program according to the self-cognition of articles to be washed and the washing program. Because the user's knowledge about the items to be washed and the washing procedure may not be sufficient, some users cannot determine what washing procedure should be selected for a certain item to be washed, and thus may select only a certain simple washing procedure, resulting in not achieving an optimal washing effect, and at the same time, resulting in that each program function of the washing machine cannot be effectively utilized.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention aims to solve the problems.
Fig. 1 is a schematic Application scenario diagram of an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, in this scenario, a terminal device held by a user is installed with an Application program (APP) corresponding to a washing machine, and the terminal device and the washing machine are connected through a wireless local area network. After a user opens an APP on a terminal device, the APP can identify a target user through face recognition and the like, and a matched washing program is selected for an object to be washed selected by the user by using the method of the embodiment of the invention, and then the APP informs the washing machine of the selected washing program, and the washing machine operates the selected washing program according to the informed information.
Fig. 2 is another schematic application scenario diagram of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, in this scenario, an APP corresponding to a washing machine is installed on a terminal device held by a user, where the distance between the terminal device and the washing machine is relatively long, and the terminal device and the washing machine cannot be connected through a wireless local area network. The APP is in communication connection with the server, and the server is in communication connection with the washing machine. After a user opens an APP on a terminal device, the APP can identify a target user through face recognition and the like, and a matched washing program is selected for an object to be washed selected by the user by using the method of the embodiment of the invention, and then the APP informs the washing machine of the selected washing program through a server, and the washing machine operates the selected washing program according to the informed information.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an instruction processing method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where an execution body of the method is the above-mentioned terminal device, specifically, an APP running on the terminal device, or may also be the above-mentioned server. For convenience of description, the following embodiments of the present invention will take an execution body as a terminal device as an example. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301, identifying a target user indicating washing.
Optionally, the user may start the APP on the terminal device after placing the article to be washed this time into the washing machine. After the APP is started, a camera of the terminal equipment is called to collect face information of the user, and the collected face information is identified to identify which user the user is.
Optionally, the APP may collect face information of a plurality of users in a family in advance, and the user operating the APP inputs identity information, such as a name, a nickname, etc., of each user in the family, and stores the face information of each user and the corresponding identity information thereof. Furthermore, in this step, after face information is acquired by the camera of the terminal device, the face information is matched with the stored face information, so as to determine the user currently using the APP. For example, the APP may directly call the camera of the terminal device to collect face information of each user, or may collect face information of the user by another terminal device and send the face information to the APP. The other terminal equipment can be, for example, terminal equipment with an image acquisition function such as an intelligent doorbell, an intelligent fitting mirror, an intelligent television and the like.
In an alternative, the APP may perform the above procedure directly after start-up to determine the current user, and take the determined user as the target user for the instruction of washing.
Alternatively, after the APP is started, the APP performs the above procedure to determine the current user after the user clicks a button for indicating washing, and uses the determined user as the target user for indicating washing.
S302, determining the articles to be washed corresponding to the target user according to the information of the used articles, wherein the used articles comprise the articles used by the target user.
The articles to be washed corresponding to the target user are articles to be washed, which are determined according to the information of the used articles. The items to be washed corresponding to the target user may be items belonging to the target user, such as clothes or the like penetrated by the target user, or may be items not belonging to the target user, such as items belonging to other members of the family, or the like.
The used items may first include items that the target user has used, i.e. items belonging to the target user. In addition, the used items may further include items that have been used by an associated user who uses the same washing apparatus as the target user. The washing device may in particular be a washing machine. The associated user may be plural. The associated user may be, for example, other users in the home of the target user.
The articles to be washed put in the washing machine by the target user may include only the articles of the target user, or may include both the articles of the target user and the articles of the associated user.
In one alternative, after identifying the target user, the APP directly displays the items that the target user has used for selection by the target user. The target user may or may not select items that have been used by himself. If the articles put in the washing machine comprise the articles of the associated user, the target user can trigger the APP to display the articles used by the associated user by clicking a button in the APP page and the like, and the target user can select the articles. The APP can determine the articles to be washed, namely the articles to be washed, according to the selection of the user.
Prior to performing this step, the APP needs to collect information of the object user and the use items of the associated user to obtain information of the items that the object user has used and information of the items that the associated user has used. The process of collecting this information will be described in detail in the following examples.
S303, selecting a washing program matched with the to-be-washed object according to the attribute information of the to-be-washed object.
Optionally, the attribute information of the to-be-washed items may include color, material, style, weight, volume, whether to fade, etc. The attribute information of the articles to be washed can be automatically identified by the APP when the information of the articles used by the user is collected, and the APP can also prompt the user to manually input when the information of the articles used by the user is collected. The embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
Each washing program of the washing machine may be adapted to an article having a specific attribute, and after the APP determines the article to be washed, a washing program most matching the article to be washed may be selected from washing programs supported by the washing machine according to the attribute of the article to be washed.
S304, according to the washing program matched with the to-be-washed articles, the to-be-washed articles are instructed to be washed.
Alternatively, the APP may send a start instruction to the washing machine, and carry in the start instruction an identification of a washing program matching the item to be washed. After receiving the starting instruction, the washing machine can start running according to the washing program corresponding to the mark, thereby finishing washing the articles to be washed.
In this embodiment, after identifying the target user indicating washing, the article to be washed may be determined according to the information of the used article, and the washing program most matched with the article to be washed is selected to wash according to the attribute information of the article to be washed, so that the article to be washed can achieve a better washing effect.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a washing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, in the step S302, an optional manner of determining, according to information of used articles, articles to be washed corresponding to a target user includes:
s401, displaying information of the used articles.
As previously described, the used items include items that have been used by the target user, and optionally, may also include items associated with the user. In an alternative way, the APP, after identifying the target user, may directly display information of the articles used by the target user. The preset period of time may be, for example, one week. If the used articles of the associated user are required to be washed this time, the target user can also instruct the APP to display the information of the used articles of the associated user in a preset period. Wherein, when displaying the information of the articles used by the target user and/or the information of the articles used by the associated user, the information of the articles used by the target user and/or the associated user in a preset period before the current time can be displayed.
Alternatively, the information of the used article may be, for example, a picture of the article.
S402, receiving an article selected by the target user from the used articles.
The target user can select the articles which are put into the washing machine at this time from the articles displayed by the APP. These selected items may include items that have been used by the target user, as well as items that have been used by the associated user.
S403, taking the article selected by the target user as the article to be washed.
In the process, the APP displays the information of the used articles, and the user selects the articles which are put into the washing machine from the articles, so that the articles to be washed determined by the APP according to the user selection are consistent with the articles which are actually put into the washing machine by the user, and further, the washing program selected by the APP is consistent with the washing program which is actually required.
As described above, before determining the laundry items from the information of the used items, the APP needs to collect information of the used items of the target user and the associated user to obtain information of the used items of the target user and information of the used items of the associated user. The process of collecting this information is described below.
It is worth noting that the acquisition procedure described below applies to both the target user and the associated user. For convenience of description, the following will take the target user as an example.
Optionally, the APP may obtain information of the article used by the target user according to behavior information of the article used by the target user, where the behavior information includes behavior information of taking the article and/or behavior information of wearing the article.
Optionally, the terminal device for installing the APP can be connected with intelligent devices such as an intelligent wardrobe and an intelligent fitting mirror in the family of the target user. These smart devices are capable of collecting behavioral information of the user using the item. Illustratively, the target user takes a piece of clothes from the intelligent wardrobe, and the intelligent wardrobe can know that the target user takes the clothes a and does not put the clothes back, and then the intelligent wardrobe can send the identification (e.g. face information) of the target user, the identification (e.g. picture of the clothes a) of the clothes a, the behavior identification (i.e. taking the clothes a) and the time information of the behavior occurrence to the APP. After the APP receives information sent by the intelligent wardrobe, it can be judged that the target user uses the clothes A based on the information, and then the APP can increase pictures of the clothes A to information of articles used by the target user, and meanwhile, the using time of the clothes A is recorded. When the items to be washed corresponding to the target user are determined according to the information of the items used in the above step S302, the items used in the preset period before the current time may be selected from the items used according to the time of use of the items for the user to select. In another example, the target user wears the clothes before the intelligent fitting mirror, the intelligent fitting mirror can recognize the face of the user and the clothes worn by the user, and send the face, the picture of the clothes and the wearing time to the APP, and the APP adds the picture of the clothes to the information of the articles used by the user according to the method in the above example, and records the time of using the clothes.
In the process, the APP can acquire the information of the used articles of the target user according to the behavior information of the articles used by the target user, so that the APP can determine the articles to be washed according to the information of the used articles when the target user indicates washing.
As an alternative embodiment, the APP may also prompt the target user to indicate a wash. This can be implemented in either of two ways.
In the first mode, when the number of the articles used by the target user is greater than or equal to the preset number, a prompt message is output, and the prompt message is used for prompting the target user to wash the articles.
The preset number may be preset by a user.
The number of used articles of the target user can be updated in real time, and after the APP acquires that the target user uses one article in the mode, the APP can be added to the used articles. After the item is washed and/or placed back in the intelligent closet, the APP may delete the item from the items that the target user has used.
Alternatively, the APP may perform the above-described determination process according to a certain period or under a certain trigger condition. For example, the APP may determine, at a specific time every day, whether the number of articles used by the target user has reached a preset number, and if so, output a prompt message to the user. Or, after the target user opens the APP, the APP may determine whether the number of articles used by the target user has reached a preset number, and if so, output a prompt message to the user.
In the second mode, when the unwashed time period of the target user is greater than or equal to the preset time period, a prompt message is output, and the prompt message is used for prompting the target user to wash the articles.
The preset time period may be preset by a user.
The unwashed time period refers to a time period from when the user has last selected an article to be washed from the used articles and indicates a time period between the time of washing and the current time.
Optionally, no matter what prompting mode is used, after the prompting information is output to the target user, an option of whether washing is indicated or not can be provided for the target user, if the target user indicates washing, used articles are displayed for the target user according to the process, and a matched washing program is selected.
As an optional implementation manner, before selecting a washing program matched with the to-be-washed items according to the attribute information of the to-be-washed items, the APP may further determine whether the to-be-washed items can be washed simultaneously according to the attribute information of the to-be-washed items when the to-be-washed items are plural.
As described above, the attribute information of the laundry may include color, material, style, weight, volume, whether color is lost, etc. In this embodiment, whether the articles to be washed selected by the target user can be washed simultaneously may be determined according to the attributes such as color, whether the articles fade, etc., and if it is determined that the articles to be washed can be washed simultaneously, a matching washing program may be selected and washing may be indicated according to the attribute information of the articles to be washed. If it is determined that the washing cannot be performed simultaneously, a prompt message can be output to the user to prompt the user to reselect the items to be washed.
As an alternative embodiment, APP may also recommend wearable items for the target user in combination with information of items not used by the target user and future weather information.
Specifically, when the APP deletes the washed items from the used items in the foregoing manner, the items may be added to the unused items of the target user, and further, the APP may acquire weather information for several days in the future, and recommend wearable items to the user according to attribute information of the unused items, such as materials, styles, and the like.
