After the APP on the terminal equipment is opened by a user, the APP can identify a target user through modes of face recognition and the like, a matched washing program is selected for the articles to be washed selected by the user through the mode of the embodiment of the invention, then the APP informs the washing machine of the selected washing program through the server, and the washing machine operates the selected washing program according to the informed information.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an instruction processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where an execution subject of the method is the terminal device, specifically, an APP running on the terminal device, or may also be the server. For convenience of description, the following embodiments of the present invention are described by taking an execution subject as an example of a terminal device. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301, identifying a target user indicating washing.
Optionally, the user may start the APP on the terminal device after putting the article to be washed into the washing machine. After the APP is started, the camera of the terminal device is called to collect the face information of the user, and the collected face information is identified so as to identify the user.
Optionally, the APP may collect face information of a plurality of users in a family in advance, and a user operating the APP inputs identity information of each user in the family, such as a name, a nickname, and the like, and stores the face information of each user and the identity information corresponding to the face information. Furthermore, in this step, after the face information is collected through the camera of the terminal device, the face information is matched with the stored face information to determine the user currently using the APP. Illustratively, the APP may directly call a camera of the terminal device to acquire face information of each user, or may also acquire face information of the user by another terminal device and send the face information to the APP. The other terminal devices can be terminal devices with image acquisition functions, such as intelligent doorbells, intelligent fitting mirrors, intelligent televisions and the like.
In an alternative, the APP may perform the above process directly after starting to determine the current user, and use the determined user as a target user for indicating washing.
In another alternative, after the APP is started and the user clicks a button for indicating washing, the APP performs the above process to determine the current user, and uses the determined user as the target user for indicating washing.
S302, determining the articles to be washed corresponding to the target user according to the information of the used articles, wherein the used articles comprise the articles used by the target user.
The object to be washed corresponding to the target user is the object to be washed which is determined according to the information of the used object. The object to be washed corresponding to the target user may be an object belonging to the target user, such as clothes or the like worn by the target user, or may be an object not belonging to the target user, such as an object belonging to other members of the family.
The used article may include an article used by the target user, that is, an article belonging to the target user. In addition, the used articles may include articles used by a related user who uses the same washing apparatus as the target user. The washing device may in particular be a washing machine. The number of the associated users may be plural. Illustratively, the associated user may be other users in the home of the target user.
The articles to be washed, which are put into the washing machine by the target user, may only include the target user's own articles, or may include both the target user's own articles and the articles of the associated user.
In an alternative, after the target user is identified, the APP directly displays the articles used by the target user for selection by the target user. The target user may or may not select the item that he or she has used. If the items put into the washing machine comprise the items of the associated users, the target user can trigger the APP to display the items used by the associated users by clicking a button in an APP page and the like, and the target user can select the items. The APP can determine the articles needing to be washed at this time, namely the articles to be washed, according to the selection of the user.
Before executing the step, the APP needs to collect information of the target user and the used articles of the associated user to obtain information of the articles used by the target user and information of the articles used by the associated user. The process of collecting this information will be described in detail in the examples below.
And S303, selecting a washing program matched with the article to be washed according to the attribute information of the article to be washed.
Optionally, the attribute information of the object to be washed may include color, material, style, weight, volume, fading, and the like. The attribute information of the articles to be washed can be automatically identified by the APP when the information of the articles used by the user is collected, and the APP can also prompt the user to manually input the information when the information of the articles used by the user is collected. The embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited to this.
Each washing program of the washing machine can be suitable for articles with specific attributes, and after the APP determines the articles to be washed, the washing program which is most matched with the articles to be washed can be selected from the washing programs supported by the washing machine according to the attributes of the articles to be washed.
And S304, according to the washing program matched with the articles to be washed, indicating to wash the articles to be washed.
Optionally, the APP may send a start instruction to the washing machine, and the start instruction carries an identifier of a washing program matched with the articles to be washed. After receiving the starting instruction, the washing machine can start operation according to the washing program corresponding to the identification, so that the washing of the articles to be washed is completed.
In this embodiment, after the target user indicating washing is identified, the article to be washed can be determined according to the information of the used article, and the washing program most matched with the article to be washed is selected for washing according to the attribute information of the article to be washed, so that the clothes to be washed can achieve a better washing effect.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a washing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, an optional manner of determining an article to be washed corresponding to a target user according to information of an article used in step S302 includes:
s401, information of the used article is displayed.
As mentioned above, the used article includes an article used by the target user, and optionally, an article associated with the user. In an alternative, after the APP identifies the target user, the APP may directly display information of an article used by the target user. The preset period of time may be, for example, one week. If the articles used by the associated user need to be washed, the target user can also instruct the APP to display the information of the articles used by the associated user within the preset time period. Wherein, when displaying the information of the item used by the target user and/or the information of the item used by the associated user, the information of the item used by the target user and/or the associated user within a preset time period before the current time may be displayed.
Optionally, the information about the used article may be, for example, a picture of the article.
S402, receiving the selected article from the used articles by the target user.
The target user can select the articles which are already put into the washing machine at this time from the articles displayed by the APP. These selected items may include items that have been used by the target user, and may also include items that have been used by the associated user.
And S403, taking the article selected by the target user as the article to be washed.
In the process, the APP displays the information of the used articles, and the user selects the articles put into the washing machine at this time from the articles, so that the articles to be washed determined by the APP according to the user selection are consistent with the articles actually put into the washing machine by the user, and the washing program selected by the APP is guaranteed to be consistent with the washing program actually needed.
As described above, before determining an article to be washed according to information of an article used by a user, the APP needs to collect information of the article used by the target user and an article used by an associated user to obtain information of the article used by the target user and information of the article used by the associated user. The process of collecting this information is described below.
It is worth noting that the acquisition process described below applies to both target users and associated users. For convenience of description, the target user is taken as an example for explanation.
Optionally, the APP may obtain information of an article used by the target user according to behavior information of the article used by the target user, where the behavior information includes behavior information of an article to be taken and/or behavior information of an article to be worn.
Optionally, the terminal device for installing the APP may be connected to intelligent devices such as an intelligent wardrobe and an intelligent fitting mirror in the home of the target user. The intelligent devices can collect behavior information of the user using the article. For example, if the target user takes a piece of clothing from the intelligent wardrobe, and the intelligent wardrobe can know that the target user takes the clothing a and does not put back, the intelligent wardrobe can send the identification (for example, the face information) of the target user, the identification (for example, the picture of the clothing a) of the clothing a, the behavior identification (i.e., the taking away) and the time information of the behavior occurrence to the APP. After the APP receives the information sent by the intelligent wardrobe, the target user can be judged to use the clothes A based on the information, then the APP can increase the picture of the clothes A to the information of the articles used by the target user, and meanwhile, the service time of the clothes A is recorded. When the articles to be washed corresponding to the target user are determined according to the information of the used articles in step S302, the used articles in the preset time period before the current time can be selected from the used articles according to the use time of the articles for the user to select. In another example, the target user tries clothes before the intelligent fitting mirror, the intelligent fitting mirror can identify the face of the user and clothes worn by the user, and send the face, pictures of the clothes and the dressing time to the APP, the APP adds the pictures of the clothes to information of articles used by the user according to the method in the above example, and records the using time of the clothes.
In the process, the APP can acquire the information of the articles used by the target user according to the behavior information of the articles used by the target user, so that when the target user indicates to wash, the APP can determine the articles to be washed according to the information of the used articles.
As an alternative embodiment, the APP may also prompt the target user to indicate a wash. This can be implemented in either of the following two ways.
In the first mode, when the number of articles used by the target user is greater than or equal to the preset number, prompt information is output, and the prompt information is used for prompting the target user to wash the articles.
The preset number may be preset by a user.
The number of the used articles of the target user can be updated in real time, and after the APP acquires that the target user uses one article through the method, the APP can be added to the used article. After the item is washed and/or placed back in the intelligent wardrobe, the APP may delete the item from the items already in use by the target user.
Optionally, the APP may execute the foregoing determination process according to a certain period or under a certain trigger condition. For example, the APP may determine whether the number of articles used by the target user has reached a preset number at a certain specific time every day, and if so, output prompt information to the user. Or, the APP can judge whether the number of the articles used by the target user reaches the preset number or not after the target user opens the APP, and if yes, prompt information is output to the user.
In the second mode, when the unwashed time of the target user is longer than or equal to the preset time, prompt information is output, and the prompt information is used for prompting the target user to wash articles.
The preset time length can be preset by a user.
The unwashed time period is a time period from a time when a user selects an article to be washed from used articles last time and indicates washing to a current time.
Optionally, no matter which prompting method is used, after the prompting information is output to the target user, an option of whether to instruct washing or not may be provided to the target user, and if the target user instructs washing, the used articles are displayed for the target user according to the foregoing process, and the matched washing program is selected.
As an optional implementation manner, before selecting a washing program matched with an article to be washed according to the attribute information of the article to be washed, the APP may further determine whether the article to be washed can be washed simultaneously according to the attribute information of the article to be washed when the article to be washed is multiple.
As described above, the attribute information of the laundry may include color, material, style, weight, volume, fading, etc. In this embodiment, whether the articles to be washed selected by the target user can be washed simultaneously or not may be determined according to attributes such as color, fading, and the like, and if it is determined that the articles to be washed can be washed simultaneously, a matching washing program may be selected and washing may be instructed according to the attribute information of the articles to be washed. If the articles to be washed are determined not to be washed simultaneously, prompt information can be output to the user to prompt the user to reselect the articles to be washed.
As an optional implementation, the APP may also recommend wearable items for the target user in combination with information of items not used by the target user and future weather information.
Specifically, when the APP deletes the washed articles from the used articles in the aforementioned manner, the articles may be added to articles that are not used by the target user, and further, the APP may obtain weather information for several days in the future and recommend wearable articles for the user according to the attribute information of the unused articles, such as material, style, and the like.
