Abstract

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, preferably, the second moving wheel set comprises a third mounting rod 23 with one end inserted horizontally into the end of the second mounting rod 22 close to the electric pole 1, and the other end of the third mounting rod 23 is rotatably connected with a second roller 24 pressed axially on the electric pole 1, so as to realize the rolling connection between the insulating blind 3 and the electric pole 1, and make the movement thereof smoother; a second spring 25 is further arranged in the second mounting rod 22, and two ends of the second spring are respectively fixedly connected with one end of the second mounting rod 22, which is inserted into the second mounting rod 22, of the third mounting rod 23; wherein the third mounting rod 23 is slidably connected to the second mounting rod 22, the second roller 24 is similar to the first roller 18, and the contact surfaces of the first roller 18 and the second roller 24 with the electric pole 1 are both arc-shaped, so that they are in surface contact with the outer wall of the electric pole 1, not in line contact, and the movement is more stable.
