Abstract
The invention discloses a full-automatic particle packaging machine which comprises an automatic packaging bag feeding machine, a rolling device, a quantitative blanking machine, an edge sealing machine, a cutting machine and a rotary collecting device. The automatic packaging bag feeding machine is used for conveying packaging bags for packaging to a packaging area, and the rolling device is arranged on the rack and used for overlapping two edges of the packaging bags to enable the packaging bags to be rolled into a cylinder. The quantitative blanking machine is arranged on the frame and used for regularly and quantitatively adding products into the packaging bag which is rolled into the cylinder. The edge sealing machine is used for sealing the edges of the packaging bag in a hot pressing mode. The cutting machine is used for carrying out hot-press sealing on the head end and the tail end of the sealed packaging bag and carrying out intermittent cutting on the sealing position, so that quantitative granular products exist in the small packaging bag surrounded by the edge sealing machine and the cutting machine after processing. The rotary collecting device is arranged at the bottom of the dividing machine, and the packaged products are collected in a rotary mode.
