Abstract
The invention provides an automatic end sealing machine which comprises a rack, a winding device, a packaging assembly and a forming device, wherein the winding device is arranged on the rack; the winding device is used for fixing a packaging piece on the end part of the section bar, and a packaging space for placing the end part of the section bar is formed in the winding device; the winding device is arranged on the rack; the packaging assembly is used for cutting the package and conveying the package into the packaging space; the packaging assembly is arranged on the frame and is positioned at an upper station of the winding device; the forming device is arranged on the rack and comprises a driving assembly and a plurality of plugboard blocks, and the driving assembly is used for driving the plugboard blocks to enter and exit the packaging space and inserting the packaging piece to wrap the end part of the section bar. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, an automatic head sealing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a frame 1, a winding device, a packaging assembly and a forming device; the winding device is used for fixing a packaging piece on the end part of the section bar 2, and a packaging space 3 for placing the end part of the section bar 2 is formed in the winding device; the winding device is arranged on the frame 1; the packaging assembly is used for cutting the package and conveying the package into the packaging space 3; the packaging assembly is arranged on the frame 1 and is positioned at an upper station of the winding device; the forming device is installed on the rack 1 and comprises a driving assembly 5 and a plurality of plugboard blocks 4, the driving assembly 5 is used for driving the plugboard blocks 4 to enter and exit the packaging space 3, and the plugboard blocks 4 are plugged into the packaging piece to enable the packaging piece to be wrapped on the end part of the section bar 2.
The automatic end sealing machine realizes cutting, folding and conveying of raw materials of a packaging piece to the packaging space 3 by arranging the packaging component; by providing forming means, the folded package is wrapped on the end of the section bar 2; by providing the winding means so that the wrapping released by the winding means secures the package to the profile 2; by providing a drive assembly 5 and a plurality of the peg blocks 4, the plurality of peg blocks 4 are controlled by the drive assembly 5 to engage the packages so that the packages wrap around the end of the profile 2. The invention solves the problems that the packaging quality of products is uneven and the subsequent packaging process and production quality are greatly influenced due to the phenomena that the paper folding is asymmetric, the paper folding cannot completely cover the surface of the section bar 2 and the like caused by strong subjective awareness of manual operation, thereby improving the automation level and the packaging efficiency of the section bar 2 packaging.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, an automatic head sealing machine further comprises a conveying device for conveying the end of the section bar 2 into the packaging space 3, the conveying device being located at an upper station of the winding device. By providing the conveying device in this way, it is possible to convey long profiles 2 or profiles 2 having a large volume.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the winding device comprises a base 9 and a winding machine 10 which can slide away from and close to the conveying device, wherein the winding machine 10 and the forming device are respectively connected with the base 9 in a sliding manner. In this way, the distance between the winding machine 10 and the conveying device can be adjusted conveniently according to the length of the section bar 2, and the requirements of the section bars 2 with different lengths can be met.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the packaging assembly comprises a workbench, and a cutting position, a folding position, a limiting position and an adsorption position are sequentially arranged on the workbench along the conveying direction of the packaging pieces; the packaging assembly further comprises a cutting device 11, a folding assembly, a pressing device 12 and an adsorption device 13; the cutting device 11 is used for cutting the package, and the cutting device 11 is located in the cutting position; the folding assembly is used for folding the package, and the folding assembly is located in the folding position; the pressing device 12 is located in the limit position, the pressing device 12 includes a cutter, a gantry, and a pressing block capable of moving up and down relative to the gantry, the pressing block is used for pressing the package, and the cutter is used for cutting the package; the suction device 13 is used for sucking the package, and the suction device 13 reciprocates between the packaging space 3 and the suction position. Wherein, when the pressing block is pressed on the packaging piece, the cutting knife cuts the packaging piece along the transverse direction of the packaging piece and reserves a part of the joint, thus being best prepared for the subsequent folding process.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the folding assembly includes a pressing plate block 14, an insertion block 15, a first driving device 16 and a second driving device 17; the inserting block 15 is positioned above the pressing plate block 14; the first driving device 16 drives the pressing plate block 14 to press the package, and the second driving device 17 drives the insertion block 15 to move towards the pressing plate block 14, so that the insertion block 15 is inserted into the package to fold the package.
Furthermore, the forming device also comprises a cutter device, and the cutter device comprises a cutting block and a third driving device for driving the cutting block to enter and exit the packaging space 3; the cutting block is used for cutting the winding material output by the winding machine 10.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a detection device 18 for detecting the end outer contour dimension of the profile 2 is further provided on the frame 1, and the detection device 18 is communicatively connected to the forming device and the packaging component, respectively. Therefore, the detection device 18 is used for detecting the outer contour dimension of the section bar 2, and then controlling the size and the shape of a package manufactured by the package assembly and controlling the position relation among the plurality of plug boards 4, so that the accurate package of different section bar 2 sizes is met.
In one embodiment, the outer contour of the plugboard block 4 is L-shaped, the L-shape includes a transverse portion and a vertical portion, the transverse portion is connected with the driving component 5, the length direction of the transverse portion extends along the length direction of the profile 2, and the length direction of the vertical portion extends along the width direction of the profile 2.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the number of the plug blocks 4 is three, and three plug blocks 4 are matched to form a forming space for the end of the profile 2 to enter. Further, the driving assembly 5 comprises a first driving block, a second driving block and a third driving block, and the three plugboard blocks 4 are respectively connected with the first driving block, the second driving block and the third driving block; the first driving block, the second driving block and the third driving block are all cylinders; the three plugboard blocks 4 are respectively positioned on two sides and above the end part of the section bar 2 and driven by a first driving block, a second driving block and a third driving block, so that the packaging piece is plugged in and the end part of the section bar 2 is wrapped by taking the end part of the section bar 2 as a crease.

firstly, the packing paper sequentially passes through a cutting device, a folding assembly and a pressing device to realize cutting and folding of a packing piece, and then the folded packing paper is conveyed to a packing space 3 through an adsorption device 13; then, the conveyor conveys the end of the profile 2 into the packaging space 3; further, three plugboard blocks 4 are inserted with the packing paper under the action of a driving assembly 5 and are included on the end part of the section bar 2 along the end part of the section bar 2 as a crease; again, the winder 10 fixes the wrapping paper to the end of the section bar 2 by means of adhesive tape; finally, the conveyor pushes the packed profile 2 out of the packing space 3.
