The control module is connected with the chassis air taking device through the air inlet pipe to obtain compressed air, and is connected with the power takeoff and the air control reversing valve through the air conveying pipe to perform lifting operation, and the control module is not limited in the embodiment.
It should be noted that the latch hook travel switch module may be a travel switch, which is also called a limit switch, and is a commonly used small current master control electrical appliance. In the implementation, the latch hook travel switch module can judge whether the latch hook works by judging whether the latch hook pushes the contact of the travel switch, and the embodiment is not limited.
The locking hook travel switch module 100 is configured to receive a lifting signal, generate a closing signal according to the lifting signal when the locking hook is in a working state, and send the closing signal to the control module 200.
In this embodiment, the latch hook stroke switch module pushes the stroke switch contact according to the latch hook, so that the switch is compressed, and it can be determined that the latch hook is in the working state at this time, that is, the latch hook is not unloaded or there is another misoperation, if the latch hook stroke switch module also receives a lifting signal at the same time, this indicates that the car is lifted and the latch hook is in the misoperation, the car and the dump truck are both in a dangerous state, and the latch hook stroke switch module needs to stop lifting the car, so as to generate a closing signal, so that the control module performs stop control, which is not limited in this embodiment.

When the latch hook corresponding to at least one switch in the left switch and the right switch of the latch hook travel switch module works, the latch hook travel switch module generates a closing signal when receiving a lifting signal, and the embodiment is not limited.
It can be understood that, the latch hook travel switch module does not push the travel switch contact according to the left and right latch hooks, the switch is in a free state, it can be judged that the left and right latch hooks are in a non-working state at the moment, that is, the left and right latch hooks are unloaded or other misoperation does not exist, if the latch hook travel switch module also receives a lifting signal at the same time, it indicates that the carriage is lifted and the left and right latch hooks are not operated correctly, the carriage and the dump truck are both in a normal working state, and the latch hook travel switch module can send the lifting signal to the control module, so that the control module performs lifting control, and the.
And the control module 200 is configured to receive the closing signal and control the car to stop lifting according to the closing signal.
It can be understood that, after the control module receives the closing signal, the control module does not perform lifting control, so that the carriage is not lifted, and the safety of the carriage, the dump truck and the user is ensured, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The locking hook travel switch module 100 is further configured to generate an alarm signal according to the lifting signal when the locking hook is in the working state, and send the alarm signal to the buzzer 300.
And the buzzer 300 is used for receiving the alarm signal and alarming the misoperation of the lock hook according to the alarm signal.
It should be noted that, when the carriage is not lifted and the left and right latch hooks are not operated, the carriage is in an initial flat state, and the latch hook travel switch module does not control the buzzer to alarm. When the carriage is not lifted and the left and right lock hooks work, the carriage is still in an initial flat state, the buzzer is not controlled by the lock hook travel switch module to give an alarm, and the embodiment is not limited.
It is easy to understand that, when the carriage lifts and at least one during operation in the left and right latch hook, the latch hook travel switch module can judge this moment carriage lifts and will take place the accident, and latch hook travel switch module generates alarm signal to control buzzer warning, thereby make the user of service carry out troubleshooting, improve dump vehicle work efficiency, this embodiment does not put the restriction.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a locking hook misoperation prevention control circuit of the dump truck according to a second embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a circuit diagram of the anti-misoperation control circuit of the dump truck latch hook according to the present invention.
Further, based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the latch hook misoperation prevention control circuit for the dump vehicle according to the present invention is provided.
In this embodiment, the dump truck lock hook misoperation prevention control circuit further includes a lifting switch module 400, and a lifting switch signal output end of the lifting switch module 400 is connected to a lifting switch signal input end of the lock hook travel switch module 100.
It should be noted that the lifting switch module may be a single-pole single-throw switch, and the lifting switch module may also be a switch with one output, which may be selected according to the actual needs of the user in a specific application, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The lifting switch module is used for receiving a lifting trigger instruction, generating a lifting signal according to the lifting trigger instruction and sending the lifting signal to the latch hook travel switch module.
It can be understood that, a user makes the lifting switch in the on state, that is, a trigger instruction is given to the lifting switch module, a lifting signal is generated after the lifting switch is closed, and the lifting switch module sends the lifting signal to the latch hook travel switch module, so that the latch hook travel switch module further determines whether lifting control can be performed, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the anti-lock hook misoperation control circuit of the dump truck further includes a stopper 500, and a closing signal output end of the stopper 500 is connected to a closing signal input end of the control module.
It should be noted that, the stopper is a safety device for protecting the machine and its user, and in practical application, if the lifting angle is too small, the goods in the carriage cannot be dumped, and if the lifting angle is too large, the whole vehicle has a risk of overturning when the whole vehicle has inclined goods. The anti-locking hook misoperation control circuit of the dump truck can control the angle of the container at a fixed value through the limiter, so that the lifting function is optimized, the safety performance of the dump truck is improved, and the embodiment is not limited.
The stopper 500 is configured to generate a closing signal when the car inclination reaches a preset inclination, and send the closing signal to the control module 200.
It is easily understood that the preset inclination angle can enable goods in the carriage to be convenient for dumping and the whole vehicle still is in the inclination angle of the safe state, the preset inclination angle can also be set according to the actual requirements of users, and the embodiment is not limited.
And the control module 200 is further configured to receive the closing signal, and stop delivering the compressed gas to a power takeoff gas pipe of the power takeoff and a lifting gas pipe of the pneumatic control reversing valve according to the closing signal, so as to stop lifting the carriage.
It is easy to understand that, after receiving the closing signal, the control module may stop waking up the power takeoff and the pneumatic commutator to close the power takeoff and the pneumatic commutator, and stop delivering the compressed gas to the power takeoff and the pneumatic commutator, so as to stop the car from lifting at the position corresponding to the preset inclination angle, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the anti-latch hook misoperation control circuit for the dump truck further includes a descending switch module 600 and a slow descending switch module 700.
It should be noted that, a descending switch module is added to the lifting control circuit of the dump truck to control the lifted carriage to descend, so that the carriage is quickly restored to the original flat state from the unloading state. This embodiment is not limited.
It should be noted that, the slowly-descending switch module added in the lifting control circuit of the dump truck can also control the lifted carriage to slowly descend. When still placing remaining goods in the carriage, the fast decline easily causes adverse effect such as damage or reveal to the goods, then can make the carriage resume to initial state of keeping flat with the steady speed from the discharge state through slowly falling the control, and the steady speed can set up according to user's actual demand, does not restrict in this embodiment.
The descending switch signal output end of the descending switch module 600 is connected with the descending switch signal input end of the control module 200, and the slow descending switch signal output end of the slow descending switch module 700 is connected with the slow descending switch signal input end of the control module 200.
It can be understood that when a user makes the descending switch module in the on state, it is equivalent to that the user gives the descending trigger instruction to the descending switch module, and after the descending switch module is turned on, a descending signal is generated, and the descending signal can adjust the pneumatic control commutator to the descending state, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It can be understood that the descending switch module may be a single-pole single-throw switch, and the descending switch module may also be a switch having one output, which may be selected according to the actual requirement of the user in a specific application, and one output of the descending switch module may perform descending control, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It is easy to understand that, after receiving the descending signal, the control module starts the pneumatic control commutator and delivers compressed gas to the pneumatic control commutator, so that the pneumatic control commutator is adjusted to a descending state, the carriage descends, and the carriage is reset, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It is easy to understand that when the user releases the descending switch, the descending switch is turned off, the descending line is disconnected, the descending switch module is not triggered, the descending switch module and the control module are in the idle state again, the carriage is neither lifted nor descended, and stays at the position after the descending control, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It can be understood that when a user makes the slow-falling switch module in the on state, the user gives a slow-falling trigger instruction to the slow-falling switch module, and after the slow-falling switch module is turned on, a slow-falling signal is generated, and the slow-falling signal can adjust the pneumatic control commutator to the slow-falling state, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It can be understood that the slow-falling switch module can be a single-pole single-throw switch, the slow-falling switch module can also be a switch with one output, the slow-falling switch module can be selected according to the actual requirement of a user in specific application, and the one output of the slow-falling switch module can be controlled to be slowly fallen. When the self-dumping truck lifting control circuit does not need the slow-descending function, the slow-descending line can be kept in the open-circuit state all the time, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It is easy to understand that, after receiving the slow descending signal, the control module starts the pneumatic control commutator and delivers compressed gas to the pneumatic control commutator, so that the pneumatic control commutator is adjusted to a slow descending state, and the carriage slowly descends at a slow speed to complete carriage resetting, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It is easy to understand that, when the user loosens the slow descending switch, the slow descending switch is turned off, the slow descending line is disconnected, the slow descending switch module is not triggered, the slow descending switch module and the control module are in the idle state again, the carriage is neither lifted nor descended, and stays at the position after the slow descending control, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the control module 200 includes a lift and power take-off solenoid valve 202.
It should be noted that the solenoid valve is a tool for controlling industrial equipment by electromagnetic force, belongs to an automatic actuator for controlling fluid, and is not limited to controlling hydraulic pressure or pneumatic pressure. The solenoid valve may be comprised of a solenoid and a core, and may have a valve body with one or more holes, and when the solenoid is energized or de-energized, the operation of the core will cause fluid to pass through the valve body or be cut off, thereby achieving the purpose of changing the direction of the fluid, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It will be appreciated that the lift and power take-off solenoid valve may cause the power take-off to be opened or closed, and when the power take-off solenoid valve opens a passage from the control module to the power take-off, gas is delivered from the power take-off gas line to the power take-off. Meanwhile, the lifting and power takeoff electromagnetic valve can also enable the air control reversing valve to be started or closed, a lifting channel from the control module to the air control reversing valve is opened through the lifting electromagnetic valve, and gas is conveyed to the air control reversing valve from a lifting gas pipe. The lift and power takeoff solenoid valve may also be replaced by a power takeoff solenoid valve and a lift solenoid valve to achieve the same function, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It is understood that in fig. 3, the X ends are air release ports, and P is an air intake port of the control module, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The switch signal output end of the latch hook travel switch module 100 is connected with the switch signal input end of the lifting and power takeoff electromagnetic valve 202.
It is easy to understand that, after the lifting and power takeoff electromagnetic valve receives the lifting signal, the lifting and power takeoff electromagnetic valve can make the fluid in the valve body pass through, and awaken the power takeoff and the pneumatic commutator, so that the power takeoff and the pneumatic commutator are started, and the power takeoff provides lifting power for the pneumatic commutator, so as to lift the carriage for unloading.
It can be understood that when the latch hook stroke switch module outputs a closing signal, no fluid passes through the valve body of the lifting and power takeoff solenoid valve, and the carriage is not lifted, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the control module 200 includes a limit valve solenoid valve 201.
It can be understood that the limiting valve solenoid valve can control the output of the power takeoff and the lifting air source, and control the lifting angle of the hydraulic cylinder, so as to achieve the limitation of the carriage angle, in fig. 3, a is the output port of the power takeoff air source, and B is the output port of the lifting air source, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The air source output end of the lifting and power takeoff electromagnetic valve 202 is connected with the air source input end of the limit valve electromagnetic valve 201, the closing signal output end of the limiter 500 is connected with the closing signal input end of the limit valve electromagnetic valve 201, the power takeoff air source output end of the limit valve electromagnetic valve 201 is connected with the power takeoff air pipe, and the lifting air source output end of the limit valve electromagnetic valve 201 is connected with the lifting air pipe.
It is easy to understand that when the lifting and power takeoff solenoid valve is switched on and the limit valve solenoid valve works, the air source passes through the lifting and power takeoff solenoid valve but cannot pass through the limit valve solenoid valve, a and B have no air source output, the power takeoff and the lifting do not work, and the carriage stops lifting, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the control module 200 further includes a descent solenoid valve 203.
It can be understood that the descending electromagnetic valve can start or close the pneumatic control reversing valve, and open a descending channel from the control module to the pneumatic control reversing valve through the descending electromagnetic valve, so as to convey gas from the descending gas pipe to the pneumatic control reversing valve, where C in fig. 3 is a gas outlet of the descending electromagnetic valve, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The descending switch signal output end of the descending switch module 600 is connected with the descending switch signal input end of the descending electromagnetic valve 203, and the descending air source output end of the descending electromagnetic valve 203 is connected with the descending air pipe of the pneumatic control reversing valve.
It is easy to understand that after the descending solenoid valve receives the descending signal, the descending solenoid valve can make the fluid in the valve body pass through, and awaken the pneumatic control commutator, so that the pneumatic control commutator is started, so that the pneumatic control commutator is adjusted to the descending state, the carriage descends, and the carriage is reset, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It can be understood that when the user releases the descending switch module, the descending switch module is turned off, no fluid passes through the valve body of the descending solenoid valve, and the carriage is neither lifted nor descended and stays at the position after the descending control, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the control module 200 further includes a slow descent solenoid valve 204.
It can be understood that the slow descending electromagnetic valve can start or close the pneumatic control directional valve, and open a slow descending channel from the control module to the pneumatic control directional valve through the slow descending electromagnetic valve, so as to convey gas from the slow descending gas pipe to the pneumatic control directional valve, where D in fig. 3 is a gas outlet of the slow descending electromagnetic valve, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The slow-descending switch signal output end of the slow-descending switch module 700 is connected with the slow-descending switch signal input end of the slow-descending electromagnetic valve 204, and the slow-descending air source output end of the slow-descending electromagnetic valve 204 is connected with the slow-descending air pipe of the pneumatic control reversing valve.
