In an alternative embodiment, the mounting cover 10 is provided with a mounting bracket 27; two mounting brackets 27 are symmetrically arranged in the vertical direction with respect to the mounting cover 10, and a plurality of reinforcing rods 28 are connected between the two mounting brackets 27; the reinforcing rods 28 are arranged vertically.
