The working principle is as follows:
when the belt conveyor is used, firstly, the first motor 202 is started to drive the first belt pulley 203 and the second belt pulley 204 to rotate, the first belt pulley 203 and the second belt pulley 204 respectively drive the two conveying belts 209 to move on the third belt pulley 205, the fourth belt pulley 206 and the fifth belt pulley 207, so that the integral movement of the conveying belts 209 is realized, the third belt pulley 205 and the fourth belt pulley 206 are arranged to tension the conveying belts 209, the condition of insufficient power can not occur during the conveying, and the conveying stability of the conveying belts 209 is ensured;
when the conveyor belt 209 is started, the PCB support with the PCB board is placed in the support groove 46, the conveyor table 4 is driven by the conveyor belt 209 to move to the position right below the pressing mechanism 3, and at this time, the first motor 202 is turned off to stop the movement of the conveyor belt 209;
the second motor 304 is started to drive the output end thereof to drive the driving wheel 305 to rotate, the driving wheel 305 drives the driven wheel 306 engaged therewith to rotate, the driven wheel 306 drives the worm 307 to rotate, the worm 307 drives the worm wheel 312 engaged therewith to rotate, the worm wheel 312 drives the rotating shaft 310 to rotate, the rotating shaft 310 drives the half gear 311 to rotate, when the toothed part of the half gear 311 is engaged with the rack on the lifting rod 318, the slide block 316 on the lifting rod 318 is driven to move upwards on the slide rod 315, so as to drive the pressing rod 319 between the two lifting rods 318 to move upwards, when the toothed part of the half gear 311 is not engaged with the rack on the lifting rod 318, the lifting rod 318 moves downwards under the action of gravity, so as to drive the pressing table 320 on the pressing rod 319 to move downwards, the pressing lug 321 on the pressing table 320 moves downwards to press and press the PCB support with the PCB board in the support groove 46, so that the PCB board is pressed into the PCB support, completing the pressing process;
after one of the PCB supports is pressed, the third motor 44 is started to drive the second bevel gear 45 to rotate, the second bevel gear 45 drives the first bevel gear 43 engaged with the second bevel gear to rotate, the first bevel gear 43 drives the second rotating rod 42 to rotate, the second rotating rod 42 drives the rotating table 41 to rotate for 90 degrees and then stops, so that the support groove 46 after pressing is completed rotates for 90 degrees and leaves the position under the pressing bump 321, the support groove 46 for completing the pressing process rotates to the position under the pressing bump 321, the pressing process is continuously repeated, and until the four support grooves 46 all complete the pressing process, the first motor 202 is started to drive the conveying belt 209 to move, and the conveying table 4 is conveyed for blanking. Through being provided with a plurality of support grooves 46 on the revolving stage 41, realize that a plurality of PCB boards carry out the equipment of continuity, degree of automation is high, and the continuity is strong, has improved the efficiency of equipment processing.

1. The PCB assembling and processing equipment is characterized by comprising a workbench (1), wherein a conveying mechanism (2) is arranged on the lower surface of the workbench (1), the conveying mechanism (2) comprises a conveying chamber (201), the top end of the outside of the conveying chamber (201) is fixed with the lower surface of the workbench (1), a first motor (202) is fixed on the inner rear end wall of the conveying chamber (201), a first belt pulley (203) and a second belt pulley (204) are fixed at the output end of the first motor (202), the first belt pulley (203) and the second belt pulley (204) are respectively positioned at the rear end and the front end of the conveying chamber (201), third belt pulleys (205) which are symmetrically distributed are respectively arranged at positions, close to the lower part, of two sides of the first belt pulley (203) and the second belt pulley (204), fourth belt pulleys (206) which are symmetrically distributed are respectively arranged at positions, close to the upper part, of two sides of the first belt pulley (203) and the second belt pulley (204), fifth belt pulleys (207) are symmetrically arranged at positions close to the upper parts of the two sides of the fourth belt pulley (206), and a transmission belt (209) is arranged between the two fifth belt pulleys (207);
a pressing mechanism (3) is arranged above the workbench (1), the pressing mechanism (3) comprises two first supporting rods (301) which are symmetrically distributed, a second supporting rod (302) is arranged between the two first supporting rods (301), a motor chamber (303) is fixed at the bottom end of the second supporting rod (302), a second motor (304) is fixed at the top end of the interior of the motor chamber (303), a driving wheel (305) is fixed at the output end of the second motor (304), driven wheels (306) which are symmetrically distributed are arranged on two sides of the driving wheel (305), the driving wheel (305) is meshed with the driven wheels (306), a worm (307) is fixed at the center of the lower surface of the driven wheels (306), the bottom end of the worm (307) penetrates through the bottom of the motor chamber (303) and is rotatably connected with the motor chamber (303), and third supporting rods (308) and fourth supporting rods (309) which are symmetrically distributed are fixed on two sides of the bottom end of the exterior of the motor chamber (303), a rotating shaft (310) is arranged between the third supporting rod (308) and the fourth supporting rod (309), and a half gear (311) and a worm gear (312) are respectively fixed on the rotating shaft (310);
the top of two conveyer (209) is equipped with conveying platform (4), the top of conveying platform (4) is equipped with rotation platform (41), the lower surface center department of rotating platform (41) is fixed with second dwang (42), the outside of second dwang (42) is fixed with first bevel gear (43), first bevel gear (43) are located the inside of conveying platform (4), an inside lateral wall of conveying platform (4) is fixed with third motor (44), the output of third motor (44) is fixed with second bevel gear (45), first bevel gear (43) and second bevel gear (45) mesh mutually.

The PCB assembling and processing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the third belt pulley (205), the fourth belt pulley (206) and the fifth belt pulley (207) is four, two groups of the third belt pulley (205), the fourth belt pulley (206) and the fifth belt pulley (207) are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the first belt pulley (203) and the second belt pulley (204), a first rotating rod (208) is fixed at the center of one side, away from each other, of each group of the third belt pulley (205), the fourth belt pulley (206) and the fifth belt pulley (207), the number of the first rotating rods (208) is twelve, and one end, away from the corresponding belt pulley, of each first rotating rod (208) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the conveying chamber (201).

The PCB assembling and processing device according to claim 1, wherein the conveying belts (209) are respectively sleeved on one sides of the two fifth belt pulleys (207) far away from each other, the bottoms of the conveying belts (209) sequentially pass through the upper side of the fourth belt pulley (206), the lower side of the third belt pulley (205), the upper sides of the first belt pulley (203) and the second belt pulley (204), the tops of the workbench (1) and the conveying chamber (201) are respectively provided with a movable groove, the tops of the conveying belts (209) pass through the movable grooves and are positioned above the workbench (1), and the two conveying belts (209) are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the interior of the conveying chamber (201).

The PCB assembling and processing equipment as recited in claim 1, wherein the bottom ends of the first supporting rods (301) are fixed with the upper surface of the workbench (1), and the two ends of the second supporting rod (302) are respectively fixed with the top ends of the two first supporting rods (301);
the third supporting rod (308) and the fourth supporting rod (309) are vertically arranged, the third supporting rod (308) is located at the rear end of the fourth supporting rod (309), two ends of the rotating shaft (310) are respectively connected with the third supporting rod (308) and the fourth supporting rod (309) in a rotating mode, the worm wheel (312) is meshed with the worm (307), and the half gear (311) is located at the rear end of the worm wheel (312).

The PCB assembling and processing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein symmetrically distributed sliding seats (313) are fixed on one side of each of the two first supporting rods (301) close to each other, symmetrically distributed sliding grooves (314) are formed on one side of each of the two sliding seats (313) close to each other, sliding rods (315) are arranged inside the sliding grooves (314), sliding blocks (316) and expansion springs (317) are respectively sleeved on the outer sides of the sliding rods (315), lifting rods (318) are fixed on one sides of the sliding blocks (316) far away from the sliding grooves (314), racks are arranged on one sides of the lifting rods (318) far away from the sliding blocks (316), the racks are meshed with toothed parts of the half gears (311), pressing rods (319) are arranged between the two lifting rods (318), and two ends of the pressing rods (319) are respectively fixed with the bottom ends of the two lifting rods (318).

The PCB assembling and processing equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein two ends of the sliding rod (315) are respectively fixed with the top end and the bottom end of the inside of the sliding groove (314), the sliding block (316) is slidably connected with the sliding rod (315), and two ends of the expansion spring (317) are respectively fixed with the bottom of the sliding block (316) and the bottom end of the inside of the sliding groove (314).

The PCB assembling and processing equipment of claim 1, wherein the external bottom end of the transmission platform (4) is contacted with the top of the transmission belt (209), and the bottom end of the second rotating rod (42) passes through the transmission platform (4) and is rotatably connected with the internal bottom end of the transmission platform (4).

The PCB assembling and processing device according to claim 1, wherein the rotating table (41) is disc-shaped, four symmetrically distributed bracket grooves (46) are formed in the upper surface of the rotating table (41), a PCB bracket is installed inside the bracket grooves (46), a PCB is arranged inside the PCB bracket, a pressing table (320) is fixed at the bottom end of the pressing rod (319), a pressing bump (321) is fixed at the center of the lower surface of the pressing table (320), the pressing bump (321) and one of the bracket grooves (46) are on the same vertical line, and the size of the pressing bump (321) is matched with the size of the bracket groove (46).

thirdly, a second motor (304) is started to drive the output end of the second motor to drive a driving wheel (305) to rotate, the driving wheel (305) drives a driven wheel (306) meshed with the driving wheel to rotate, the driven wheel (306) drives a worm (307) to rotate, the worm (307) drives a worm wheel (312) meshed with the worm to rotate, the worm wheel (312) drives a rotating shaft (310) to rotate, the rotating shaft (310) drives a half gear (311) to rotate, when the toothed part of the half gear (311) is meshed with the rack on the lifting rod (318), a sliding block (316) on the lifting rod (318) is driven to move upwards on a sliding rod (315), so that a pressing rod (319) between the two lifting rods (318) is driven to move upwards, when the toothed part of the half gear (311) is not meshed with the rack on the lifting rod (318), the lifting rod (318) moves downwards under the action of gravity to drive a pressing platform (320) on the pressing rod (319) to move downwards, the pressing lug (321) on the pressing table (320) moves downwards to extrude and press the PCB bracket with the PCB in the bracket groove (46), so that the PCB is pressed into the PCB bracket to finish the pressing process;
and fourthly, after one PCB support is pressed, starting a third motor (44) to drive a second bevel gear (45) to rotate, driving a first bevel gear (43) meshed with the second bevel gear (45) to rotate by the second bevel gear (43), driving a second rotating rod (42) to rotate by the first bevel gear (43), driving a rotating platform (41) to rotate by 90 degrees by the second rotating rod (42) to stop, rotating the support groove (46) which is pressed by 90 degrees, leaving the position right below the pressing bump (321), driving the support groove (46) which is not pressed to rotate to the position right below the pressing bump (321), continuously repeating the pressing process, and starting a first motor (202) to drive a conveying belt (209) to move until the four support grooves (46) finish the pressing process, so as to convey and discharge materials by the conveying platform (4).
