the low-voltage wire harness welding module comprises a four-axis servo motion mechanism, a fourth jacking positioning mechanism, a welding iron and a welding protective cover plate, wherein the welding iron is arranged on the four-axis servo motion mechanism, and the welding protective cover plate is arranged right above the fourth jacking positioning mechanism;
solder joint AOI detects the module and includes camera and PLC control system, the camera is connected with PLC control system electricity.
The corresponding processing method of the new energy automobile high-voltage PTC product processing equipment comprises the following steps:
step 1, driving an ion air gun to remove dust on a bottom shell assembly on a jacking positioning mechanism through a three-axis servo movement mechanism, and collecting the dust by connecting a dust collection pipe with a dust collection cover;
step 2, controlling a manipulator to drive a sucker component to adsorb the PCBA single-board component through a manipulator controller and then placing the PCBA single-board component on a bottom shell component on a jacking positioning mechanism, checking whether the PCBA horizontal plane is placed in place through a lower vision CCD component and an upper vision CCD component, and testing whether the PCBA horizontal height is placed in place through a laser height measuring sensor;
step 4, driving a burning instrument to burn the PCBA on the jacking positioning mechanism through the burning mechanism;
step 6, picking up the IGBT assembly through a manipulator and placing the IGBT assembly in a bottom shell assembly of the jacking positioning mechanism, and then detecting that the IGBT is placed in place through a lower vision CCD assembly;
step 9, driving a welding pen to weld the IGBT pin on the jacking positioning mechanism through a four-axis servo movement mechanism, placing a welding protection cover plate above the PCBA during welding to prevent soldering tin slag from falling into the PCBA, sucking out welding smoke generated by welding through a smoke suction instrument, blowing tin after each welding of the soldering tin is finished, and collecting the soldering tin in a tin slag box;
step 11, driving a servo electric screwdriver to adsorb screws in a screw feeder through a three-axis servo movement mechanism, then locking the screw screwdriver on a bottom shell assembly in a jacking positioning mechanism, aligning the servo electric screwdriver and the jacking positioning mechanism through a screw aligning mechanism, and performing point inspection through a torque calibrator each time;
step 12, driving a welding pen to weld the IGBT pin on the jacking positioning mechanism through a four-axis servo movement mechanism, placing a welding protection cover plate above the PCBA during welding to prevent soldering tin slag from falling into the PCBA, sucking out welding smoke generated by welding through a smoke suction instrument, blowing tin after each welding of the soldering tin is finished, and collecting the soldering tin in a tin slag box;
and step 13, checking IGBT welding spots, low-voltage wiring harness welding spots and high-voltage wiring harness welding spots in a bottom shell assembly on the jacking positioning mechanism through the AOI detection mechanism, and displaying detection results in an industrial personal computer.
The production process adopts various automatic production equipment to replace the original manual production, has high production efficiency, low production cost and good product quality consistency, only needs a small amount of control and management staff, lightens the working intensity of the staff, has low staff mobility and low management cost, occupies small area and saves space.
Further, in step 2, the PCBA board is subjected to board loading through a board loading machine, the two-dimensional code on the PCBA is scanned through a scanning gun, whether the PCBA is a current production product is checked, and the PCBA bar code is recorded, so that the purpose of error prevention is achieved.
Further, the servo screwdriver adopted in the step 3 has a torque recording and uploading function, can be calibrated on line, has a screw stripping alarm function, avoids the phenomenon that the screw is locked, controls the number of rotating turns simultaneously, prevents the situation that the lock is not in place from occurring, scans the two-dimensional code by using a scanning gun, prompts and alarms in the process that the previous process is not scanned, and avoids the continuous operation of unprocessed products.
Furthermore, in the step 4, the PCBA burning instrument can burn times, and the burning thimble is subjected to vulnerable part management, so that the phenomenon that unqualified products flow out or a production line alarms due to damage of the thimble is avoided.
Further, whether the glue is completely covered or not is checked through the lower station CCD in the step 5, and the phenomenon that the glue is not completely coated due to the fact that air exists in the glue to cause the phenomenon that the glue is broken is avoided, so that the service life is shortened due to insufficient heat conduction in the using process.
Furthermore, a NG product offline process is carried out after the process of the step 7, defective products in which process can be tracked through code scanning, a mechanical lock is added in the defective product process, and only qualified specially-assigned persons can open the mechanical lock and carry out upgrading treatment.
Further, in step 13, AOI detection can identify whether welding spots are complete, alarm can be given after 3 pieces of unqualified welding spots are continuously detected, and starting can be carried out after line stop and problem analysis contact alarm.
In conclusion, according to the processing method and the processing equipment for the new energy automobile high-voltage PTC product, provided by the invention, a series of operations including PCBA board assembling and locking, heat dissipation aluminum piece attaching, IGBT device and pressing piece assembling, IGBT device welding, high-voltage wire harness welding, grounding wire screw locking, pin welding and welding spot detection are sequentially performed, so that the qualified new energy automobile high-voltage PTC product can be rapidly processed, the production efficiency is improved, and the product quality consistency is higher.

Claims (9)
1. A processing method of a high-voltage PTC product of a new energy automobile is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, presetting a bottom shell assembly and a PCBA, and loading the PCBA into the bottom shell assembly and locking the PCBA on the bottom shell assembly; a heat dissipation aluminum piece is integrally formed on the bottom shell assembly;
s2, dispensing on one side face of the heat dissipation aluminum piece away from the bottom shell assembly;
s3, presetting an IGBT device and a pressing sheet, placing the IGBT device on the side surface of the heat dissipation aluminum piece subjected to glue dispensing, abutting the pressing sheet on the IGBT device, and pressing the IGBT device on the heat dissipation aluminum piece through the pressing sheet;
s4, welding the electric connection pin of the IGBT device and the corresponding pad on the PCBA board;
s5, presetting a high-voltage wire harness, assembling the high-voltage wire harness on the bottom shell assembly and welding the high-voltage wire harness with the PCBA;
s6, presetting a grounding wire screw, and locking the grounding wire screw on the bottom shell assembly;
s7, presetting a pin on the base component, and welding the pin and the PCBA board;
and S8, detecting whether all welding spots meet the welding requirements, and if so, obtaining a qualified new energy automobile high-voltage PTC product.
2. The processing method of the new energy automobile high-voltage PTC product according to claim 1, wherein step S1 is preceded by the steps of:
and step S0, performing dust removal operation on the interior of the bottom shell assembly.
3. The method for processing the high-voltage PTC product for the new energy automobile according to claim 1, further comprising between step S1 and step S2:

4. The processing method of the new energy automobile high-voltage PTC product according to claim 1, wherein step S8 further comprises:

The new energy automobile high-voltage PTC product processing equipment is characterized by comprising a PCBA (printed circuit board assembly) module, a PCBA locking module, an aluminum component dispensing module, an IGBT (insulated gate bipolar translator) assembly module, a pressing sheet locking module, an IGBT welding module, a high-voltage wire harness welding module, a ground wire locking module, a low-voltage wire harness welding module and a welding spot AOI (automated optical inspection) module which are connected in sequence;
the PCBA board assembly module is used for loading the PCBA board into the bottom shell assembly; a heat dissipation aluminum piece is integrally formed on the bottom shell assembly;
the PCBA plate locking and attaching module is used for locking and attaching the PCBA plate to the bottom shell assembly;
the aluminum piece dispensing module is used for dispensing on one side surface of the heat dissipation aluminum piece away from the bottom shell assembly;
the IGBT assembly module is used for placing the IGBT device on the side surface of the heat dissipation aluminum piece subjected to glue dispensing;
the pressing sheet locking and attaching module is used for enabling the pressing sheet to abut against the IGBT device and enabling the IGBT device to be tightly pressed on the heat dissipation aluminum piece through the pressing sheet;
the IGBT welding module is used for welding the electric connection pin of the IGBT device with the corresponding pad on the PCBA board;
the high-voltage wire harness welding module is used for assembling a high-voltage wire harness on the bottom shell assembly and performing welding operation with the PCBA;
the ground wire locking and attaching module is used for locking and attaching a ground wire screw on the bottom shell assembly;
the low-voltage wire harness welding module is used for welding a contact pin preset on the base component with the PCBA board;
and the welding spot AOI inspection module is used for detecting whether all welding spots meet the welding requirements.
6. The new energy automobile high-voltage PTC product processing equipment according to claim 5, wherein an ion dust removal module is further arranged at the front end of the PCBA board assembly module and used for removing dust inside the bottom shell assembly.
7. The new energy automobile high-voltage PTC product processing equipment according to claim 5, wherein a PCBA board burning module is further arranged between the PCBA board locking module and the aluminum component dispensing module and used for conducting software burning operation on the PCBA board.

The new energy automobile high-voltage PTC product processing equipment according to claim 5, wherein a defective product recovery module and a two-dimensional code scanning gun are further arranged at the rear end of the welding spot AOI inspection module, the two-dimensional code scanning gun is used for scanning a two-dimensional code preset on the surface of the bottom shell assembly, and the defective product recovery module is used for placing a defective product into a recovery area.

The new energy automobile high-voltage PTC product processing device according to claim 5, further comprising a conveyor belt, wherein the conveyor belt sequentially penetrates all the modules, and all the modules are respectively provided with a sensor electrically connected with the controller, the sensors are used for detecting the position of the semi-finished product or the finished product on the conveyor belt, and the driving mechanisms of all the modules are respectively electrically connected with the controller.
