Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of electrical appliance surface treatment after a fire disaster, and particularly discloses a method for treating the surface of an electrical appliance after the fire disaster by using dearomatized solvent oil, which comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing isopropanol powder and dearomatized solvent oil at normal temperature in a state of little water to uniformly mix the isopropanol in the dearomatized solvent oil to prepare a treatment mixture; and step two, when the temperature of the surface of the electric appliance is reduced to the normal temperature after the fire disaster, the gray-white powdery metal compound generated by the combustion of the surface of the electric appliance is solidified, and the treatment mixture is selected as a reaction raw material. The method of the invention utilizes the dearomatization solvent oil to treat the surface of the electric appliance after the fire, improves the dissolving efficiency of the aerosol mixture containing smoke particles which is generated in the fire and attached to the surface of the electric appliance, and in addition, the isopropyl alcohol and the dearomatization oil-melting agent can be volatilized rapidly in the cleaning process, thereby avoiding a large amount of cleaning operations.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of surface treatment of electric appliances after a fire disaster, and particularly relates to a method for treating the surface of an electric appliance after the fire disaster by using dearomatized solvent oil.
Background
The dearomatized hydrocarbon solvent oil replaces the traditional solvent oil, such as: kerosene and 200 # mineral spirits. After years of use authentication, the dearomatized solvent oil can achieve the standards of safety, health and environmental protection while maintaining good dissolution characteristics.
The method for treating the surface of the electric appliance after the fire by utilizing the prior art not only can reduce the reaction and dissolution efficiency of the off-white powdery metal compound on the surface of the electric appliance, but also is very inconvenient because a large amount of water is needed for cleaning the oil dissolving agent when the oil dissolving agent is cleaned, so that the method for treating the surface of the electric appliance after the fire by using the dearomatized solvent oil is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for treating the surface of an electrical appliance after a fire by using dearomatized solvent oil, so as to overcome the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the method for treating the surface of the electrical appliance after fire by using the dearomatized hydrocarbon solvent oil comprises the following specific steps:
firstly, mixing isopropanol and dearomatized solvent oil at normal temperature to uniformly mix the isopropanol in the dearomatized solvent oil to prepare a treatment mixture;
step two, when the temperature of the surface of the electric appliance is reduced to the normal temperature after the fire disaster, selecting a treatment mixture as a reaction raw material, and covering the surface of the electric appliance after the fire disaster by dipping with a brush or spraying the treatment mixture with a spraying can under the normal temperature condition, so that the dearomatized solvent oil is used as the aerosol mixture reaction catalyst containing smoke particles attached to the surface of the electric appliance in the fire disaster;
after a plurality of seconds of reaction, the mixture of the smoke particles on the surface of the electric appliance and the treatment mixture react at normal temperature and volatilize rapidly;
and step four, wiping the surface after the reaction by using dust-free cloth or dust-free paper, so that the metal compound is wiped off completely.
Further, in the step one, the isopropanol and the dearomatization solvent oil are uniformly stirred, and the dearomatization solvent oil is poured into the isopropanol to prevent excessive contact of the isopropanol with water vapor in the air after the sequence is reversed.
Further, the ratio of the isopropanol to the dearomatized hydrocarbon solvent oil in the first step is 1:1-1: 3.
Further, the ratio of the treatment mixture to the mixture of the smoke particles on the surface of the electric appliance in the step two is 2: 1.
Further, in the fourth step, the dust-free cloth or the dust-free paper is wiped off, so that the smoke particle mixture is wiped off, and the part to be volatilized of the isopropanol is further volatilized, so that the surface of the electric appliance is wiped off.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the method provided by the invention can be used for performing a covering reaction between the treatment mixing agent and the grey white powdery metal compound on the surface of the electric appliance, so that the reaction efficiency of the grey white powdery metal compound on the surface of the electric appliance is improved, meanwhile, the solvent amount ratio between the treatment mixing agent and the grey white powdery metal compound on the surface of the electric appliance is 2:1, so that the reaction efficiency is improved, in addition, in the treatment process, hydrolysis reaction is performed between water generated by the reaction and isopropanol, so that the aromatic hydrocarbon removal oil melting agent after the reaction and an isopropanol solution are subjected to an emulsification reaction while the metal compound is dissolved, and a large amount of cleaning operation is avoided.
