Firstly, cleaning and peeling vegetables by workers, then placing the vegetables in the mincing mechanism 1, if the size of the vegetable block is too large, simply cutting the vegetables into blocks, after all the vegetables to be processed are placed in the mincing mechanism 1, the mincing mechanism 1 starts to work, the output end of the mincing mechanism 1 smashes the vegetables, because the vegetables can contain a large amount of moisture, the vegetables are smashed into vegetable liquid by the output end of the mincing mechanism 1 rotating at high speed, then the smashing valve 2 is opened, the vegetable liquid flows into the conveying pipe 3 and the water pump 3a starts to work, the water pump 3a conveys the vegetable liquid to the inside of the drying mechanism 4 through the conveying pipe 3, the drying mechanism 4 starts to work, the drying mechanism 4 dries the vegetables at high temperature, the moisture in the vegetable liquid is evaporated after drying, and the solid part of the remaining vegetables forms a vegetable cake, then the material transfer mechanism 5 starts to work, the output end of the material transfer mechanism 5 drives the drying mechanism 4 to be far away from the discharge end of the conveying pipe 3 and close to the feed end of the grinding mechanism 6, the vegetable cake in the drying mechanism 4 is poured into the grinding mechanism 6 by the output end of the material transfer mechanism 5, then the grinding mechanism 6 starts to work, the vegetable cake is ground by the output end of the grinding mechanism 6, the vegetable cake is formed into particles after being ground, the discharge end of the grinding mechanism 6 falls into the sieving mechanism 7, the sieving mechanism 7 starts to work, the output end of the sieving mechanism 7 screens the size of the vegetable powder, the vegetable powder which meets the specification falls into the blanking box 8, and the blanking box 8 collects the vegetable powder;

When the stirring rod 1c rotates, the pressing plate 1c7 presses against the supporting roller 1f5 to slide, when the stirring rod 1c rotates, the pressing plate 1f4 has a certain height, so that the pressing plate 1c7 is in an inclined state, the sliding control shaft 1c5 can be pressed against to slide, the swinging block 1c2 can be pressed after the sliding control shaft 1c5 slides, the swinging of the blade 1c1 can be controlled, when the blade 1c1 swings, vegetables can be crushed, the vegetable crushing efficiency is greatly improved, the pressing plate 1c7 is pressed by the first spring 1c8, the pressing plate 1c7 can be reset, the limiting rod 1c6 is arranged on the stirring rod 1c, and the swinging block 1c2 can be limited by the limiting rod 1c6, thereby controlling the swing range of the swing block 1c 2.

When the knocking disc 1g rotates, the sliding ball 1g5 can further slide on the guide disc 1g6, the guide disc 1g6 is provided with a corrugated guide groove, and the swinging of the knocking shaft 1g3 can be controlled, so that the swinging of the knocking head 1g8 can be controlled, vegetables can be knocked after the knocking head 1g8 swings, the vegetable crushing effect is greatly improved, the swinging of the knocking shaft 1g3 can be elastically pressed by the second spring 1g4, the knocking shaft 1g3 can be reset, and the control base 1f can be supported by the base support frame 1f 1.
As shown in fig. 11 to 15, a first pulverizing motor 2a3 for driving the first pulverizing disk 2a2 to rotate is disposed in the pulverizing valve 2, a second pulverizing motor 2a17 for driving the third pulverizing disk 2a15 to rotate is further disposed in the pulverizing valve 2, a sliding hole corresponding to the fifth rotating shaft 2a10 is disposed on the second pulverizing disk 2a11, the fifth rotating shaft 2a10 is disposed in a square shape, a supporting rotary disk 2a14 rotating on the third pulverizing disk 2a15 is disposed at an end of the fifth rotating shaft 2a10, a second spring 2a13 for elastically pressing the third pulverizing disk 2a15 to slide is disposed on the supporting rotary disk 2a14, a fourth rotating shaft 2a8 is disposed in the first pulverizing disk 2a2, a pressing cams 2a9 are disposed at two ends of the fourth rotating shaft 2a8, and pressing cams 9 are disposed on the second pulverizing disk 11 a11, the fourth rotating shaft 2a8 is provided with a first gear 2a7, the first crushing disc 2a2 is internally provided with a rotating driving meshing wheel 2a5, the driving meshing wheel 2a5 is correspondingly meshed with the first gear 2a7, the first crushing disc 2a2 is internally provided with a third rotating shaft 2a6 supporting the driving meshing wheel 2a5 to rotate, and one side of the crushing inner cavity 2a1 is provided with a meshing fluted disc 2a18 correspondingly meshed with the driving meshing wheel 2a 5.
The crushed vegetables automatically fall into the crushing inner cavity 2a1 through the communication port 2a, the first crushing disk 2a2 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the first crushing motor 2a3, and then the first crushing knife rest 2a4 can be driven to rotate, the third crushing disk 2a15 can be driven to rotate through the rotation of the second crushing motor 2a17, and then the third crushing knife rest 2a16 is driven to rotate, the third crushing knife rest 2a16 rotates in the first crushing knife rest 2a4, the rotation direction of the first crushing disk 2a2 is opposite to the rotation direction of the third crushing disk 2a15, so that the crushing effect on the vegetables is greatly improved, when the first crushing disk 2a2 rotates, the driving meshing wheel 2a5 and the meshing wheel 2a18 can be correspondingly meshed and connected, and then the driving meshing wheel 2a5 can rotate, so as to drive the first gear 2a7 to rotate, the fourth rotating shaft 2a8 is driven to rotate, so that the rotation of the jacking cam 2a9 can be controlled, the second crushing disk 2a11 can slide after the second crushing disk 2a11 is jacked and slid by the rotation of the jacking cam 2a9, and the second crushing disk 2a11 is jacked by the second spring 2a13, the fifth rotating shaft 2a10 is provided with a supporting turntable 2a14, the supporting turntable 2a14 rotates on the third crushing disk 2a15, the fifth rotating shaft 2a10 can be supported by the supporting turntable 2a14, the second crushing disk 2a11 can slide by the rotation of the first crushing disk 2a2, the sliding of the second crushing knife rest 2a12 can be further controlled, and the crushing effect on vegetables is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 4, the stirring driving assembly 1d includes a first servo motor 1d1, a first synchronous wheel 1d2, a second synchronous wheel 1d3 and a synchronous belt 1d4, the first servo motor 1d1 is mounted on the tank body 1a, the first synchronous wheel 1d2 is located at the output end of the first servo motor 1d1 and fixedly connected with the first servo motor, the second synchronous wheel 1d3 is located at the stressed end of the stirring rod 1c and fixedly connected with the stirring rod, and the first synchronous wheel 1d2 and the second synchronous wheel 1d3 are in transmission connection through the synchronous belt 1d 4;
the stirring driving assembly 1d starts to work, the output end of the first servo motor 1d1 drives the first synchronizing wheel 1d2 to rotate, the first synchronizing wheel 1d2 drives the second synchronizing wheel 1d3 to rotate through the synchronizing belt 1d4, and the second synchronizing wheel 1d3 drives the stirring rod 1c to rotate at a high speed.
As shown in fig. 5, the drying mechanism 4 comprises a material tray 4a and a heating plate 4b, the heating plate 4b is installed at the output end of the material transfer mechanism 5, the material tray 4a is positioned at the top of the heating plate 4b, and one side of the material tray 4a is hinged with the non-working part of the material transfer mechanism 5;
the vegetable liquid containing tray 4a is used for containing vegetable liquid, the heating plate 4b is composed of a resistance wire, the resistance wire generates heat after being electrified, and the heat heats and dries vegetables through the vegetable liquid containing tray 4a to form vegetable cakes.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the material transfer mechanism 5 comprises a linear driver 5a, a bottom plate 5b, a pushing cylinder 5c and a connecting rod 5d, wherein the bottom plate 5b is positioned at the output end of the linear driver 5a and is fixedly connected with the output end of the linear driver 5a, a heating plate 4b is installed at the top of the bottom plate 5b, one side of the material containing plate 4a is hinged with the bottom plate 5b, the fixed end of the pushing cylinder 5c is hinged with the side of the bottom plate 5b, and the output end of the pushing cylinder 5c is connected with the material containing plate 4a through;
the material transfer mechanism 5 starts to work, the linear driver 5a starts to work, the output end of the linear driver 5a drives the material containing disc 4a to be far away from the discharge end of the conveying pipe 3 and to be close to the feed end of the grinding mechanism 6 through the bottom plate 5b, the pushing cylinder 5c starts to work, the output end of the pushing cylinder 5c pushes one side of the material containing disc 4a through the connecting rod 5d, the material containing disc 4a starts to turn over after being stressed, and vegetable cakes in the material containing disc 4a are poured into the grinding mechanism 6 after being turned over.
As shown in fig. 6, the linear actuator 5a includes a base 5a1, a threaded rod 5a2, a guide rod 5a3, a working block 5a4, a working block 5a4 and a second servomotor 5a5, the threaded rod 5a2 and the guide rod 5a3 are both mounted on the base 5a1 and rotatably connected therewith, the second servomotor 5a5 is mounted on the base 5a1, an output end of the second servomotor 5a5 is connected with a stressed end of the threaded rod 5a2, the working block 5a4 is respectively sleeved on the threaded rod 5a2 and the guide rod 5a3, the working block 5a4 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 5a2, and the working block 5a4 is slidably connected with the guide rod 5a 3;
the linear driver 5a starts to work, the output end of the second servo motor 5a5 drives the threaded rod 5a2 to rotate, the threaded rod 5a2 drives the working block 5a4 to move along the guide rod 5a3, the working block 5a4 drives the material containing tray 4a to be far away from the discharge end of the conveying pipe 3 and to be close to the feed end of the crushing mechanism 6, and the base 5a1 is used for fixing and supporting.
As shown in fig. 7, the grinding mechanism 6 includes a housing 6a, a first grinding roller 6b, a second grinding roller 6c and a grinding driving assembly 6d, the housing 6a is installed on the top of the sieving mechanism 7, the housing 6a is a rectangular cylinder body penetrating longitudinally, the top of the housing 6a is provided with an anti-falling plate 6a1, the anti-falling plate 6a1 is an arc-shaped plate facing the discharging end of the material transferring mechanism 5, the first grinding roller 6b and the second grinding roller 6c are symmetrically arranged inside the housing 6a and rotatably connected with the same, the grinding driving assembly 6d is installed on the housing 6a, and the output end of the grinding driving assembly 6d is respectively in transmission connection with the first grinding roller 6b and the second grinding roller 6 c;
the vegetable cake is poured into the shell 6a, the anti-falling plate 6a1 is used for preventing the vegetable cake from falling out of the shell 6a, the grinding driving component 6d starts to work, the output end of the grinding driving component 6d drives the first grinding roller 6b and the second grinding roller 6c to rotate oppositely, the vegetable cake is ground into powder through the first grinding roller 6b and the second grinding roller 6c, and the ground vegetable powder falls into the output end of the screening mechanism 7.
As shown in fig. 8, the grinding driving assembly 6d includes a third servomotor 6d1, a first gear 6d2, a second gear 6d3, a third gear 6d4 and a fourth gear 6d5, the third servomotor 6d1 is mounted on the housing 6a, and an output end of the third servomotor 6d1 is connected with a force receiving end of the first grinding roller 6b, the first gear 6d2 is mounted at a force receiving end of the first grinding roller 6b, the fourth gear 6d5 is mounted at a force receiving end of the second grinding roller 6c, the second gear 6d3 and the third gear 6d4 are positioned between the first gear 6d2 and the fourth gear 6d5 and rotatably connected with the housing 6a, and the first gear 6d2, the second gear 6d3, the third gear 6d4 and the fourth gear 6d5 are sequentially engaged with each other;
the grinding driving component 6d starts to work, the output end of the third servo motor 6d1 drives the first grinding roller 6b to rotate, the stressed end of the first grinding roller 6b drives the first gear 6d2 to rotate, the first gear 6d2 drives the second gear 6d3 to rotate in reverse direction, the second gear 6d3 drives the third gear 6d4 to rotate in forward direction, the third gear 6d4 drives the fourth gear 6d5 to rotate in reverse direction, the fourth gear 6d5 drives the second grinding roller 6c to rotate in reverse direction, and the first grinding roller 6b and the second grinding roller 6c rotate in opposite directions;
as shown in fig. 9, the screening mechanism 7 includes a screening pocket 7a, a funnel material introducing bin 7b and a reciprocating driving assembly 7c, the screening pocket 7a is located at the top of the funnel material introducing bin 7b, a slide rail 7b1 is arranged at the top of the funnel material introducing bin 7b, the screening pocket 7a is slidably connected with the funnel material introducing bin 7b through a slide rail 7b1, the reciprocating driving assembly 7c is arranged at the side of the funnel material introducing bin 7b, the output end of the reciprocating driving assembly 7c is connected with the non-working part of the screening pocket 7a, and the blanking box 8 is located at the discharge end of the funnel material introducing bin 7 b;
vegetable powder falls into sieve pocket 7a, then reciprocal drive assembly 7c begins work, and reciprocal drive assembly 7 c's output drives sieve pocket 7a and carries out horizontal reciprocating motion along slide rail 7b1, and the continuous rocking of sieve pocket 7a is sieved again after the vegetable powder atress in the sieve pocket 7a, and the powder that accords with the size passes sieve pocket 7a and is introduced feed bin 7b landing by the funnel again and is gone into in blanking box 8.
